Engine stopped on the highway and the insurance company sent them out. Josh was great! Polite, great customer service, and careful with my vehicle. What could have been a very awkward ride was actually very nice with his engaging conversation. Putting the business card in my wallet for future needs. 10/10 would recommend! 💯

Had a completely flat tire on the morning I was supposed to drive several hours home from Ft. Campbell. We were visiting on post, which limits the options for towing service. Called and spoke to a very polite and helpful dispatcher. Not long at all after that, the driver showed up, and he was also super nice and polite, as well as quick and efficient with the loading and unloading. I can’t recommend this company enough! Hopefully I won’t need another tow, but if I do, I know who I’m calling!

This place is the best. Ive had 2 experiences with them thus far:1. Tire looked a little low, refilled it. Looked low again, filled again. Couldnt find anything in the tire though. Wake up next morning - flat. Get it to Toms and they found the nail. Plugged it up for me quick and easy. Plug lasted me the two weeks it took for me to get a new tire.2. Got T-boned. Had part of their car stuck in between my tire and rim, but didnt actually puncture the tire. But couldnt get it out. Air Assualt Auto didnt have tools that night to do it and said Id have to keep it over morning for them to fix it. Managed to drive home and it wasnt flat next morning so took it to Tom since Id had a good experience last time. Had the right tools for my specialty tires and once again - Quick and easy they got it out without damaging the tire.-----They are super nice and friendly there. Would definitely recommend.

These guys were quick to go pickup a broke down car, bring it back, and diagnose it. Turned out to be a really simple fix. Had the car back on the road on a few hours. Friendly prompt service. Highly recommend!Thanks again

My daughter was murdered on October 8th in her car and her car ended up going to this tow lot.me and my husband went there to attempt to get this vehicle and was told we have to pay an outstanding amount, i ask lady yall charge deceased people a toll fee? then I found out that the Clarksville Police department had took it there two days earlier and they were responsible for the toll fee of $600 plus $ anything to get a dollar no matter the price. My daughter lost her life in. That car they can have it.then the lady said she had to have a title that it would cost them so much money if they had to go file this file that do this do that.she wanted me to go to the clerks office and pay to attempt to get a title file for a lost title I just felt like that was unnecessary theyre all about money they will not work with you

Called roadside assistance (USAA). They sent a tow truck and they arrived within 5 minutes. Quickest I have ever seen. Josh you helped me greatly, thank you. Harold thank you as well. I recommend these guys to anyone and everyone. Cant comment on price because roadside assistance took care of that. The knowledge, professionalism, and customer service is second to none.

My car was stolen from my apartment and was gone for almost a month at that time. The police came to let me know that they had the vehicle and that they would just release it to me. When I got there, they actually had it for 22 days and expected me to pay +$1,500 for all of the fees.

Went through this company unvoluntarily via AAA, The driver left our vehicle in the middle of the street even after my husband asked him to move it over alittle bit, it took the driver 40 mins to do this horrible job. After the driver dropped the vehicle he hopped in his wrecker and left quickly to avoid us asking him to move it over more. Called the office number and asked for assistance with moving it over alittle bit & the dispatch said thats where itll have to stay, because the car cant go in the grass, this is completely understandable but it shouldnt be in the center of the street neither. Called another company to clean up Tom & Tonys mess & the driver quickly moved our vehicle in the back of our home after we thought it was impossible with Tom and Tonys! Wouldnt recommend this service and we will be very clear with AAA if we are in need of a tow NOT to get this careless company again. Quality customer service goes a longggg way, We respect everyones livelihood and would never ask for something that was impossible. ****Look at the awesome Job the 2nd company did with putting our vehicle in the back yard! False advertisement. Definitely NOT 24 hours. Called at 11pm when my car started to overheat and leak fluid. I called for their service because a friend recommended it. They said no cars were available and the employee sounded asleep on the phone and was very rude. Not satisfied AT ALL!!!

I would have given them zero stars but I had to give at least one to be able to write a review. I called to get my truck towed from Clarksville heights apartment parking lot where it broke down. Mind you, as I told them, I do not live there. Then I gave them my address to tow it to. The woman I spoke and told me they could not tow my truck unless I gave them a proper address to pick it up from. I told her I would be at my truck waiting, but this was not good enough she said. I began debating the point, saying what if I was broke down on the side of the road. Would I have an address then to pick up from?? She hung up on me!!!! I guess they have no concern for their potential customers. Do not call them for a tow. They are far less than qualified to even take your info. God knows what the actual tow would be like.

Charged 2 days for vehicle to be stored and it was less than 24 hrs. Plus charged $50 gate fee. On top of that they were trying to tell me that I couldnt get the car back, not! They lie just to try to rip you off. Not cool!!!
