We needed probably a new hot water tank. And the young man came to the house and examined our water heater they indeed said that it would need to be replaced. They first set down and made out a detailed work list and a bottom line number. They showed it To me and I excepted the offer. They then got to work and approximately 4 to 4 1/2 hours later I had a new working hot water heater. They were professional and courteous and explained everything they were doing and were going to do. When they finished they showed me the final product and told me how to use it properly. I have always had good service from Mullin’s and these young men (STEVE and Daniel) did an excellent job. I would highly recommend Mullin plumbing!

We just had to call Mullin out for many things, and Daniel was by far the best person we have ever worked with there. He was easy to talk to, he explained everything so that I could understand it well, and he did whatever it took to get me up and going. I have to say I feel as though I’ve been screwed on the cost to have 1 guy install the hot water tank that I had already bought. I was charged just over $600. The guy was here for 1 hour and 45 minutes from the time he pulled up until the time he drove off. The guy replaced a few parts that one wouldn’t think would cost that much. Yes I understand there is some markup but $600 for call it 2 hours labor and a few parts? Really? I have nothing bad to say about the guy installing the tank. Having said all of that, I think it’s safe to say I won’t ever use Mullin Plumbing again.

I had sewage Backing into my house and unfortunately shortly after moving into this home we realized we didn’t have a clean out. Not many places will get on top of your roof, but they did and they did it in a quick timely manner. Haven’t had any issues since. I feel comfortable using them again so they will be coming back to install a clean out for me. I highly recommend

Excellent service for a reasonable price! Weve had a nightmare issue with our plumbing for nearly a week. First we went through our home warranty company and they assigned us a disreputable plumber. They charged us hundreds of dollars to lie about our issue and not fix the problem.Thankfully, I opted to call Mullin plumbing! They got the job done correctly, professionally, and quickly! Rude- Unprofessional- Unable to keep appointment times- Your time is not worth anything to the woman answering the phone!!!We had an appointment between 8am-1pm for leak detection in a concrete slab leak. By 12:30pm we had received no call to update us. When I called to check on the situation (they certainly had no intention of calling us) they just wanted to change the appointment to Monday- like I had not already missed a half day of work/pay for them not to come during the scheduled appointment time! I told them I had to work Monday- I already took of today! I need them here today. The gentleman said he would make a note and they would try to get to our house today (Friday- we have no water- none!). At 3:45pm, I call again, the woman that answered tells me- no, there is no chance of them making it today. They can come Monday! I explain once again why that’s a problem and ask if they work on Saturdays? She proceeds to tell me that they do but it’s much more expensive. I ask her why I have to pay more when they didn’t come on the scheduledappointment time. She continues to repeat over and over again, they can either schedule me for Monday, or charge me more, continuously… over and over again! Literally, that’s all she says to me-“we can schedule you for Monday or we can charge more we can schedule you for Monday or we can charge you more!” I feel like I should not be charged for this company not keeping the appointment they made with me. I missed a day of work and was were I was supposed to for the entire time I was scheduled to be there! They didn’t even have the common courtesy to call me to update the situation! If I hadn’t called throughout the day I would never have known they weren’t going to make it!

Had a problem with my a/c unit. Turns out it was a fuse. Seemed to me that 300.00 was pretty high. For that. Going to try the platinum plan. Hope it works out.

We needed an emergency plumber over this past weekend so we called this company and my husband talked to a dispatcher and was told someone would be calling us back, we waited three hours with no return call or response. When we tried calling the dispatcher back it would ring and hang up. We ended up having to call a different company. It was a little disappointing.

I mean employee explained they send someone to make sure the line is not backed up. I explained at the time of the call I had aerobic system. They didn’t come until after 4 and now having to wait for them to get to call to send someone who is familiar with that system. Already didn’t want to pay all the overtime for weekend and now I pray they can complete the service tomorrow! Haven’t had water since Sat early morning

I needed a toilet and pedestal sink reset after having flooring replaced. Mullen technician called late the day of my first appointment to say he was held up at previous job and asked if he could come the following day. It hook him 2.5 hours to reset the sink alone. My bill was for 3 hours for what should have taken 1.5 at the most. Then, I was asked to sign a release of liability which seemed odd. Apparently, they will hold your electronic receipt if you dont sign a release? Never received a receipt as promised. Probably wont use them again. $302 is a bit excessive to replace fixtures.

Rebecca found someone to come by immediately to shut the water off at the tank and then he said it was only one of the water lines so instead of having to wait several hours until someone can fix it he went and got the material and fixed it on the spot. The technician came to place 2 screws on the outside faucet and put a fast drying concrete. I had already told them what the problem was prior and the dispatcher had mentioned the technician usually carries the necessary parts in his truck. But when he arrived he immediately had to go to Lowe’s to pick up the screws and was going to charge me for the hr it took him to go to Lowe’s to pick up the screws. I definitely recommend to always be at the site when any technicians come to your house.

I had 2 toilets that had become loose. Plumber gave explanation of issue and worst case scenario and cost before completing work. Luckily, it wasnt as bad to fix and cost was lower than initial estimate. They were both friendly and professional.

Driver did not call ahead and noticed his truck backed into my driveway. So I went out to let him know I was home and he was asleep in the truck so I tapped on the window. Also I don’t like paying for something without getting to look at the ticket. All he had was a total on his iPad. Also he tried to charge me for two hours labor and I had my stop watch set when he came in the door and he was here for less then one hour. Also I had new flushers installed in three bathrooms and what he charged me for them was twice what I can buy them for on the exact item. I still need my receipt so I can see what else I was charged for.

We had the Platinum Service Plan for our Aerobic system at our home for 8.5 years. Always excellent service. We just moved and don’t have a need for this type of service at the new home; otherwise we would still have your company’s service. Every employee whether on the telephone or in person at our home was polite, cheerful and ready to assist in any way needed. Thank you for providing great service. I called Mullin, as we had used them for drain cleaning in the past and we were most satisfied. I noticed that our water heater was leaking. When I called, they asked if we wanted a reapair or replacement. Since it was a 2008 model, I suggested replacement. Stephen, their tech, still checked to se if a repair was possible, to save us money! It had multiple issues so replacement was necessary. He was great! We were so comfortable having him in our home that we while we went out to a Chamber of Commerce gathering. He even gave us a price if we wanted to buy the water heater on our own for him to install, again to save us money! We had him handle everything. It was not cheap, but with the 10 warranty we feel great about the purchase!

We have been Platinum members for over 2 years. Could not be happier!! We needed a repair on our air conditioner on the 4th of July. I called Mullin and they said they would send someone and would call when they were on their way. I went right out to open the garage door and the red Mullin truck was pulling into our driveway!A month ago I called Mullin because we noticed water on the floor in the guest bathroom. Soon a Mullin plumber arrived at our door. He took a look and determined that all we needed was some silicone run between the counter top and the wall. He got the silicone, put it on, and didnt even send us a bill.Everyone we call Mullin, there receptionists are so friendly and helpful. The service folks - guys and gals - are knowledgeable, always polite, they take care to make sure their shoes are covered, and they always do a great job.As a senior with a disabled spouse, Mullin folks have gone above and beyond - even changing the batteries in our smoke alarms for us.I have - and will continue - to recommend Mullin Plumbing and their awesome Platinum Plan. We sleep better knowing we never have to worry about a huge heat or air repair bill. Love it!

I called to establish platinum air service. Technician told me I had a Freon leak. Got a $250 quote to find the leak and I agreed. Technician held tester to one spot on the condenser and it went off, indicating a leak. I asked if the charge would still be $250 since it took him only 2 minutes and he said yes. Unbelievable. There’s more. Based on the location the leak he said I needed a new condensing unit and quoted me $3500. I said I’d let him know. I immediately called another hvac company for a second opinion. They came out trailering a condensing unit. However they tested mine, including the area of interest to the Mullin tech, and said there is NO leak in the condensing unit. My wife has called to get a refund on the $250 two minute “leak test” but so far no response from Mullin.Update: My money was finally refunded.

Showed up quickly, made repairs and a couple extra while there to save a return trip, and arranged for the City inspection. Respectful, courteous, and did not a waste my time.

I understand sometimes there are unknowns in leak detection. However, as a business that touts customer service I was left with a feeling of only being taken advantage of. My leak still was not completely pinpointed after 2 visits and I was not offered any consideration in price discounts for their lack of understanding what was going on or their not scheduling enough time or bringing enough equipment or the right equipment to do the job. Very disappointed as they were recommended by professional contractor and promote themselves very well. I feel they have let politics creep into their business model too much and no longer do the customers matter! It seems to be all about the bottom line.Michael Hughes

The work was great...very nice technician. However, the price was outrageous. It cost me nearly $900 to repair a small irrigation pipe.

The men working were very good. It did take a few days to get our drain working but it was on a holiday weekend.

Both techs were knowledgeable and fixed me right up. I should have called these guys out sooner instead of waiting my time and monon plumbers with out the right tools for the job. My water pressure is the best Ive ever seen it, and my other issues will get resolved with the same results, Im sure of that.

I am giving a FIVE STAR review for my service today from Mullen! This was a strange issue involving an unusual style of two under utilized sink faucets. This was the third trip for Mullen to deal with a low flowing faucet. Anthony came out today and third plumber was the charm! I was prepared with new faucets but they would not be a good match for the pewter color of the shower fixtures:/ Anthony was polite and patient, as we problem solved the issues and discussed failed prior attempts. Long story short, he was patient enough to allow me to clean the 2 faucet lines/filters that connect to the water supply! CLR two mins on each filter and they drained out fine! Success! Thanks Anthony!

We called Mullin out to locate and fix a small leak and to unclog our main drain. We had several issues.They were not upfront about their rates and didnt have a conversation with us at all about cost until we were already sitting at $2,000 (at which point, neither task had been completed). We know that plumbing is expensive, but if youre billing at $200/hour and over, it should be made clear before youve done 9 hours of work.This was also the point where we were informed that the leak could not be repaired without re-running all of our cold water lines or busting up our slab. Turns out, the pipe they needed to cap was behind the sink in our main bathroom.As for the drain issue, we ended up having to call a different company to fix it after we had already paid Mullin $400 to do so.We called the office several times to discuss our issues and were told a supervisor would get back to us, which never happened.

Maintains and repairs my aerobic system monthly. Correct or fixes any problem that develop. I have a platinum membership for repairs, well worth the monthly price. They have exceeded their efforts in keeping my system running, and alert me when they are to be at my house. Highly recommend this company because they work with the integrity of doing a good job.
