Awesome experience with Cooks! I was traveling across country when my transmission failed. AAA towed me to a transmission shop, and it turned out it would take a week and about $2,500 to fix it. Not having the time, and probably not worth the investment, I decided to scrap it, buy a new car, and move one. I googled scrap yards in the area near the transmission shop, and found Cooks with the highest rating, so decided to start there. They were immediately friendly, compassionate, helpful, and up-front honest. They told me theyd go over and take a look and call me back - which they did in short order. I stopped by their shop a bit later, they had a bill of sale written up and cash ready for me, and again they were wonderfully friendly and helpful. AND THEN, a few days later, I realized Id left something in the vehicle - I called, and they said theyd find it, box it up, and ship it right out. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Thank you, Cooks!! I had a great experience with Cooks Auto! I was in an accident where someone backed into my truck and they did an amazing job fixing the damage. My truck was done in a timely manner and Jim was really nice and took time to talk to me every time I called. Great customer service and I would recommend them to anybody.

Excellent work! I had my 2005 mustang worked on many times and my new to me 2013 Dodge charger HiD low beam head light replacement. I have never had more honest and reliable mechanics to work on my car. Jim a Stan are the most kind and honest mechanics and they will be only ones to be working on me and my familys cars.
