You Havent Fixed My Phone, Its Been 8 Days Since I WENT INTO CLAREMONT STORE, And They Said They Fix Issues, Im Being Charged For Apps I Cant Recieve,This is Horrible Experience ๐ซ
I had a fantastic experience working with Anthony and Israel. I came in with a complicated order of opening a new account with multiple lines and a variety of devices to bring over and devices needed to purchase. Both Anthony and Israel were extremely patient with me answering all of my numerous questions. Anthony made sure that the devices I was bringing over would be compatible and didnโt try to sell me items I didnโt need. Israel took the time to help me transfer all of my info from my old phones to the new phones when he couldโve just sent me on my way. The level of customer service and compassion I received here was amazing, and I will be recommending them to all of my friends and family. You definitely have a repeat customer on your hands. Thank you for your fantastic customer service.
Tristan and the other associate were very kind and patient with me. I had a lot of questions and needed a lot of help deciding which phone and options that I wanted. They were both willing to sit there and play out all of the options with me. They even helped me with some issues on my account. In the end, they gave me great advice and they werent all about trying to make a sale.They are also doing everything they can to stay safe and keep everyone else safe during this Pandemic.
I had originally gone to the Verizon in Riverside, but found the staff to be a bit condescending towards me, so I went to this location. Im so happy I did! The customer service was great and they clearly responded to all of my many questions. Im very happy with my purchase!

Verizon to the rescue.. I needed a phone on the go because I recently broke the screen on my last one. They helped me out tremendously and gave me every option possible that met my needs. This was a very helpful place to go for those of us non-tech people. The 2 representatives were patient, didnโt make you feel like an idiot and solved the problems with the phone while introducing innovations Verizon has already addressed. I wish a personable service like this was available for the computer!

Not the best service they are not organized. They have there returns mix with new phones and tablets they tried to sell you what they want not what you want. They couldnt active there own electronic had to come back 2 times to see if it was ready.
The store Manager David gave excellent customer service, help with everything I needed and answered all my questions.
Verizon just flat out cheats...gets caught...gets exposed, doesnt pay back those it cheated...and uses the $ to build the largest system on Earth. Guess cheaters do win after all in todays world.

How do you wait for the customer in this store hise an appdate for two weeks and today we come to pick up the cell phone and already had the hour and a half waiting and nothing that bad service ๐ก
