My husband and I work from home and we have to reset our internet at least 7-10 times a day by pressing the back button on the modem. It also affects our fire TV stick and we often have to reset that. Very disappointed.

When I moved I called them to get my service changed to the new address, they said someone would be out the next day but the person never showed. Three days later the person showed up and didnt even bring the tools he said he needed so he had to leave and ended up saying he would be back the next day. Two more days passed and when I called to check on the ticket they said that it was resolved and shows active service

Terrible Internet. We have to reset it minimum of 5 times a day for some reason when it hits 7PM it just stops working. I do not recommend this internet provider to anyone. I live in claremont NH

Great reliability, havent had an issue in 18 months, and my neighbors have Comcast which is always slow or not working
