The place is not noticable when you drive by but they actually do a good job. Mine actually took time and redid my nails because he wasnt satisfied with the results. So I appreciate their effort.

I called in advance if they were available to take walk ins they said yes over the phone so I came just to have them tell me it will be a 15 minute wait. I’ve waited almost an hour and I left because I felt like they wasted my time. Never coming here again and wouldn’t recommend

Start off this would have been my 2nd time visiting this location. The women of the staff approached me RUDELY as soon as I walked in, Even when I made an appointment and made it on time. I came for a full set and nail removal.Before they started I asked if they do removals at this location because of the way they were acting. I ended up leaving with half of my nails off and a bloody nail. And after being cut by the person doing my nails his coworker started laughing at the situation.Not worth it.

I recommend it here . My nails are amazing, I love them so much . The people are kind n nice to all customers . Whoever walks in they all turn to welcome the customer(s) n they smile . The one who did my nails I didn’t get her name which sucks but she was amazing did my nails how I wanted n always had a positive attitude . Anyone who wants to get their nails done I recommend it here I completely love it here . Definitely will come back here .

Got this as a Valentines day gift. They were all great!!! Very nice, very clean, excellent massage. I got a foot and body massage. She did a great job. Im hoping to go back again soon, and this time my honey will get a massage too.

Absolutely worst experience ever:- nail appointment at 12 booked three days prior. I asked for trinity, they told me she doesn’t work there. I asked multiple time if they could do a gel extension fill. They said yes.- didn’t get into a chair until 1:30, got there 20 min early- they stripped the entire gel I had off and tried to do un acrylic- spend 5 min explaining I didn’t want acrylic or dip, I wanted a gel ext- he spend 10 min finding supplies and calling someone for directions- tried to do one nail before he realized he didn’t know what he was doing- told me they couldn’t do my nailsI now have to pay a different place not for a fill but to get a full set done.ABSOLUTELY AWFUL!

Lin Lin did a wonderful gel pedicure, thorough and gentle. Ben did an excellent manicure, dipped nails, beautiful outcome.

I went here with my two daughters and they are the nicest people that work in there. I will go there again someday.

Nail Icon is an amazing salon, I was really satisfied. The stuff takes the time so that the results are perfect. I loved it and recomend it 100%.

We got our nails done on Easter. They were the only salon that was open. The ladies did a great job and were very nice.

When I went I got a full set and a pedicure the pedicure was decent good priced and so was the full set the only problem I had was my shape it was not what I asked for although the shape was decent and the length was okay it still wasnt what I asked for I dont know if they know how to do anything other than Square and possibly oval I was the only person in there so all eyes and attention were on me if youre going to pay with your card you need to have this app that the owners use or you have to pay a fee for paying with credit or debit
