I have to agree with the last two posts. This place is horrible and will charge you without even letting you know. I had to go back bc my nails were peeling the next day and was treated like it is my fault. In addition, they were rude and made me feel unwelcomed.

This place is HORRIBLE. I always try to give places a few chances and they let me down every time. I got a mani pedi a few days ago and the service was terrible. The lady cut my cuticle and it was gushing blood. I didn’t want to get my nails painted, just a manicure with buffing and she charged me an additional $6 for buffing when I didn’t even get color. To make matters worse, the lady who checked me out did not know what she was doing with the system. I paid with card and let. I checked my bank statement today and SHE CHARGED ME TWICE. You don’t accidentally double charge using cards because you have to approve each charge. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS. DO NOT COME HERE. THEY ARE TERRIBLE.

I gave this place a lot of tries, the polish gets off very easily, very bad quality!And when I asked the manager to help me fix it coz it got off the same day, she was very unhelpful and unprofessional, she made me wait for a long time and told me your polish is not getting off easily I need to soak it!!! She behaved in a way and transmitted a message that their polish isn’t getting off and my claim is not true!!! Each time I say I am not coming back but this is the last time!

The best salon by far. Great service, quality work and wonderful people. Tina did my nails today. She always shares new and exciting nail art. Today we did a sugar effect with the SNS dip. Love.

My daughter and I usually go to Bella on 16th but were excited to give this place a try. . . First of all, it is beautiful and very clean inside. They do use sanitary practices and quality products so we were optimistic. They should not rush their services for the prices they charge. $24 for their basic pedicure and $33 for a gel manicure is what I paid for my daughter and I, each. You do the math. The price didnt bother me, it was the level of service provided. The lady doing my toes was very rough, I could not relax. She cut my big toe, and the lady doing my mani cut one of my cuticles and drew blood. A BIG no no for me. I did not even realize how bad my toes were until I took this picture! Maybe they were having an off day but when a technician cuts me, I wont give them a second chance. Super disappointed but will gladly stick with Bella Nails.

Rushed my gel nails and they are bubbly :/ Tried showing my nails to the lady there but she kept going. Theres also a lot of lumps from the cotton balls she used. Go somewhere else!

Went here for the 1st time to try the organic dip powder. Powder lifted after 7 days, they did repair it. Next time I went back to try regular gel, the gel chipped after 5 days, they repaired it. So today I returned because I do like the cleanliness of the salon, I decided to go back to trying the dip powder. I asked for a Dip powder manicure and regular pedicure.... The girl doing my nails rushed through, she did not cut my cuticles and I asked her why and she said that is extra and I need to ask for it (minding you I was being charged $41 for a Dip manicure already). she basically put the color on my nails and just filed them, and glopped on some cuticle oil. There was color all on the sides of my fingers, and I asked her if she was going to take it off my skin and she said it would come off with time as i wash my hands... WOW... ok. The lady doing my pedicure took her time but the paint job was not good, I paid $5 extra for french and it is crooked and not good. Although I am pretty picky when it comes to my nails, I do believe you should get what you pay for. At the end of this I was handed a $70.00 bill, walking out with no real manicure just dip powder color on my nails and skin as if my daughter painted my nails, and a uneven french pedicure. Complete waste of money, will not return and will no longer refer. Its the worst feeling to drop almost $100 on something and not have great quality.*If you so decide to go make sure you ask for the owner, she is usually busy so you may need an appointment but she is nice and the only one working there that does a good job.

Best nail salon in town, I will definitely come back because of the staffs and single disposable Jet technology of their new spa chairs, highly recommended salon !!

First time getting a dip.

Under staffed, sat us in the chairs and then made us wait almost an hour, gel manicure lasted almost a week before it chipped off.

I love this place and the service is excellent!!! Mary is gentle and soo sweet!!
