Absolutely the best service, price and honesty. Luis texted updates and was very prompt and courteous. His honesty and integrity is unparalleled. I was out of town and had to arrange for a tow for my vehicle in Sacramento. They provided a quote and stuck to it. My wife was there to pay him and misunderstood what I told her the quote was and offered more than the quote. He said absolutely refused to accept the extra. Unheard of in a fairly slimy industry. Do not waste your time calling others. Call Luis.

I called Menas towing to get my car towed home from the grocery store. My roadside assistant, Luis was extremely polite, prompt, and professional. My car was already dropped off at my home within less than an hour of my initial phone call to them, with a very reasonable price.I would definitely recommend them if youre looking for a tow.

I honestly would run to Menas every single time i need a tow because they are AFFORDABLE and their customer service was awesome! i was in such a dangerous situation with my break going out and vehicle not being able to stop all because of Midas not doing their job correctly the first time around. Menas tow truck driver knew what situation i was in and kindly dropped everything just to come rescue me. (THANK GOD)i have called around and every single place cost so much and would take longer than i needed. i needed a tow ASAP and every place gave me a 2-3 hr wait. i was NOT having it because i didnt want CHP to tow my vehicle to the pound. mind you I WAS IN THE WAY OF TRAFFIC!!! so i knew with how busy their schedule was, they really helped me out. i could not afford my car being towed to a pound.over all i am very thankful for how Menas understood my situation and took it into consideration. i know other companys dont care and would just tell costumers to wait hours!DONT THINK TWICE, GIVE MENAS A CALL & FIND OUT YOURSELF HOW AWESOME THEY REALLY ARE.
