Elias towed my car today and the experience was excellent. He was early for the set arrival time that I was given, and he was very quick and efficient. He found the drop off location very easily and was fast with his delivery. The price was very good for the distance I needed the car towed. It came in $50-$100 lower than every other place I called. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to get their car towed in the greater Sacramento region.

I was attempting to put a spare tire on my car when the jack fell and I narrowly avoided serious injury. At that point, with the axel sitting on the ground, I decided to call for a tow. Easy Tow was the only company to answer late on a Friday evening. The technician Ali was prompt and communicative as he made his way to me. Upon arriving he offered to change the tire for me so I didnt have to pay for a tow. He was very professional and friendly as he performed the tire change. Overall I was very satisfied with the service and interaction with Ali. I would not hesitate to return to him for service if I need it in the future. Kudos to Ali, 5 stars!!

My car broke down at a gas station and wouldn’t start. I googled tow truck services around me and found this tow company. I called and spoke to a really nice dispatcher who said her closest driver was about 20 minutes away. The driver, Izzy, called me about ten minutes later saying he will be there in a few minutes. Izzy was super nice and professional and I immediately felt comfortable that he knew what he was doing. He quickly loaded up my car on his truck and dropped it right in my garage for me. This was the most pleasant tow I’ve ever had by some some super nice people. I would highly recommend calling these guys first before anyone else. Thanks Izzy!!!

They asked me how many miles to the location I said I believe it’s 8 miles because it’s only 7.4 miles from my house. So instead of looking up the two addresses and doing there job and telling me the difference and not waiting until last minute to tell me it was actually 11 miles. So now they charge me an additional $55 on top of the 280 they told me was going to be and $10 of that is a credit card fee which I have no way to pull out extra cash in time to pay him considering they had my truck on the hitch already. Horrible way to run business I feel like I was cheated and scammed after spending two hours on the phone looking for a reasonable priced towing company. I do not recommend them. Then theY ask me if I wanted to disconnect the drive line and it was a additional cost but if I decided not to it would not hurt the vehicle. Just found out from the mechanic thats a lie!!! Horrible horrible company don’t use them!!!!

Their pricing is such a SCAM! They rush through the pricing over the phone and don’t give you a price over until the tow person is there.They wanted to charge me $210 for a 10 mile tow. Don’t do business with these people. They told me the tow would be there in 45 minutes. I waited over 2 hours. I didn’t receive any proactive calls letting me know the wait was longer than expected. I had to call in twice to get any sort of update.If I could give a negative star rating I would.
