I went today asking for chrome nails just basic chrome nails no color! The nail tech filled 1 hand and tried to start coloring after messing up 3 times they had me sit at another booth where the next lady had to finish fill my nails and try to fix the hand the other lady did. After being in the shop for over a hr for just a fill. I told her to just make them clear after she kept forgetting to file fingers. I will not return they are to unprofessional and they definitely need more training. Prices are to high for the work they put out.

The woman that currently runs this place is not the one to pick if you want a good pedicure. She’s taking all the calls, booking her he appointments and handles all the walk in customers. What a waste of $30 not to mention the terrible job she did. None of the original ladies are there that I could tell at the time after the Covid. Nails not cut or filed, pieces of skin just still waiting to be removed. Just saying

Went in to repair/replace 2 broken nails. Nail lady tried to remove the old nail but it was on really well. Once it wouldnt budge instead of soaking it or using some other method she just pulled really hard and took off part of my nail. My finger is still throbbing.

Theyre very gentle on my wifes nails. She has very sensitive finger nails and she likes the compliment them for not hurting her. Amazing selection of colors. Customer service is great. Handicapped parking and ramps. Customer restrooms only.

I had appointment for a fill and they were on time but the lady that was doing my nails globed the acrylic on my nails and barley shaved it down after I had ask they are too think can you please shave it down and my nails are VERY uneven after I had ask multiple times to do the shape I requested. Over all she made me feel uncomfortable and did not do as I wanted. I would not recommend this nail salon.

They usually are really good !!! But after Covid it cost $40 bucks for a color change on ur toes. I wouldn’t recommend at all. I went there for a fill too and there not even...some longer then others. I should have just drove to roseville I Do recommend PRO TOP NAILS!!!

I made an appointment and they were on time. They are doing nails outdoors right now because of the pandemic. A Spa pedicure is 25 bucks. A manicure is 20. There was no Spa pedicure. My feet was placed in 3 inches of water inside a tub. No exfoliating of any kind. Just cuticles and paint. Same goes manicure. Yet they charged the same price. Then, you can’t sit and wait for your nails to dry because they are so busy. So today was 50 bucks for two paint jobs. I get our situation but then lower your prices to match the work.

They are an amazing nail salon. They treated my girls my mom and I with the best respect. The service is great. The designs are beautiful, the price is right.. fast service I didnt feel like I had to fall asleep from boredom.

I have been going to Top Star nails for years. Theyve always done a great job. They salon is clean and nicely arranged. All the other customers seem equally pleased with their manicurests.

They did an absolute chop Shop job on my nails. They told me that I needed a brand new set even though Id had a brand new set 2 months prior. But I said fine whatever she said it was the same amount as getting a fill anyway. Then its like she became completely absent and just started making mistakes like I dont like the way theyre shaped, I dont like the gel she put on top, it makes it look yellow and odd from the tips. And they charge $35 to fill so Im not impressed and Im still looking for a good place to go.

I LOVE THIS NAIL SALON! They do such awesome work and are always friendly. The salon is very clean. My 3 sisters and Mom also love it and always get their nails done here.

I really liked the place and they did a great job except for one thing. I had gotten gel manicure and gel pedicure. The lady who did my pedicure did great! But the lady who did my manicure did not do the 3 coats that made it the dark purple color I had chosen. When I asked her nicely to add another coat to make it the dark purple I had chosen. see l

They fixed my nail that was messed up in less than a week. Took me right away and did a very good job .

Pedicure for gel is 40$ now which is way to much for not even getting a massage or anything just literally threw your feet in a bucket of hot water while sitting outside which i understand but your prices are just alittle too much for the type of service right now

Very nice salon. Staff was polite and professional. I especially liked Gwen, she made my visit fun and did a great job on my toenails, especially one difficult broken one. I will definitely be going back.

In a rush, my sister got her nails done for her wedding, not only did the design look terrible but she also charged her to redo them. She explained it’s my wedding I want my nails to look good. They turned out lumpy and she was in such a rush 👎🏻

Terrible experience. They were rude and even asked me, “Do you have the money to pay for this?” And before the started they made me take my card out and show them. (They didn’t ask a single one of the four customers that walked in that same question or asked to see their cards.) My nails were messy and rushed and it took them multiple times to get them right all while talking smack in whatever language they speak to every nail tech there which caused a lot of them to glare at me. Don’t recommend this place. I’m sure there’s another nail salon that’s better.

Having an appointment and then having to wait over 45 minutes when I arrived on time and then taking someone who arrived after I did. I would not reccomend this place.

The overall shop seems very nice and the other ladies may do very well but I asked the woman at the front desk for a specific design before i scheduled an appointment. When I arrived I was paired with the first lady on the left and she was very rude telling me she couldnt do the design. She also did not smooth out my nails correctly and tried to fill in the divets with nail polish. On top of all of that the design she ended up doing looked like a childs drawing. She was overall very rude and unprofessional and didnt seem to know what shes doing.

The WORST nail experience Ive ever had!! My mother-in-law took me here to get my nails done for my wedding and I couldnt be more upset!! I havent even had these nails a week yet and the rhinestones have fallen off and the paint is starting to chip. Not to mention the lady who did my nails kept digging her nails so deep that she broke skin and made my fingers bleed. Im not one to pipe up when things arent absolutely perfect but this was just horrible!

Couldnt understand the shape almond. The Wanted nails for Halloween but ended up going with something very very basic because she did not seem capable of doing so. It has been a week and my acrylic nails with gel polish are already chipping at the edges and polish is starting to fade out. Would not go back.

Took my 4 year old daughter here. I dont know much about nails but the ladys working there were very sweet to her and the nails looked pretty good.

I get full sets and Pedis here. Tracy is my preferred nail tech. She always does a fantastic job and my nails never lift. I am very hard on them to as I do a lot of laborious work and gardening. I have had one bad experience here with a different newer tech who did a poor job on my set. I recommend Lin or Tracy.

The pedicure was rushed and nothing spectacular. They are also quite overpriced; they charged me $5 extra to paint my ring finger nail a different color (not gel or special paint just a regular diff. Colored polish) and told me this as they were painting it not before.

I have been several times everyone knows what they are doing and they are very talented artist. Bring in a picture of the nails you want and they can do it.

The lady who did my nails was extremely rough with my hands, cut two of my fingers with a filing board, and didn’t fully paint my nails all the way. First time I’ve ever gotten hangnails like this from getting my nails done. Don’t get your nails done here

VERY POOR Customer service.... very demanding, she yelled in my face because I wouldnt put my hand on the counter when she asked. She did my nails very crappy. She made a very big scene about my nails being crappy went back to get my money back and Gwen took a picture of my nails because who knows why. Gwen and the other employees are VERY rough and rude.

Love this place, most of the time. This time I had a new gal who tried to up-sell me and did the most childish version of a sunflower on my toes. Normally the gals are friendly, skilled, amd professional. I love Tracy...shes one of the best and has beem there for a while. Good deal too...only $22 for the basic pedi and Ive never had a problem with cleanliness as with other shops. Basic manis are $15...prices are competitive and fair for the service.

Came here with my cousin for a girls night and had a great time. people here were lovely and nice and i loved the lady who did my toes. lin was her name. i have a really nasty ingrown toenail and every other place ive gone too has just avoided it and tried not to cause me more pain. lin was able to get the nail out and yes it hurt like hell and cutting off my toe would have hurt less but she got it out and i have been pain free since. shes told me to not mess with it myself and just come into her if it ingrows again. she was amazing.
