I was in desperate need of a quick pedicure last Thursday, and they fit me in no problem! Not only did they do an amazing job, they were efficient and incredibly nice! The two women were so personable and made it an overall amazing experience! Did I mention their prices were just as great? I will definitely be going back soon!

So I been here twice my first service was excellent I gave them 5 stars but my 2 pedicure was horrible Im not sure if I will ever go back my first pedicure was so nice and clean and cuticles were remove my second pedicure nothing was done Im very disappointed what I meant was she didnt remove my cuticles

I went into Macys hair and nails with a horrible nail job that a other Salon had done. I saw Jeff who did a wonderful job fixing my nails . He listen to everything I said and gave me exactly what I wanted and my nails look wonderful. They look just like my own nails, I couldnt be happier and Ill definitely be going back to see Jeff hes a true artist.

Had a basic pedicure . She remove the old polish and and push some cuticle, I asked to cut the cuticle but she didn’t. She file the top of the nail but not the edges. Put a new polish on and called it pedicure . What a waste of $30 and time. And yes I know the difference between cuticle and ingrown. I don’t allow anybody to touch my toenails if ingrown is swollen. So please don’t make any excuses. Do better next time.

Excellent services. The atmosphere and environment are safe, clean, and relaxing. They have professionals who will work with you, are patient, and go above and beyond the call of duty. You will feel like a million bucks afterwards. I highly recommend their services.

Leo is wonderful and gave me the best pedicure I’ve ever had and I’m pretty picky! Place is spotless brand new massaging chairs. I highly recommend this place very very professional and the prices are so reasonable.Get the deluxe pedicure you won’t be sorry!

It was my first time at Macy’sNail salon, the owners are very kind. I was short 5$ from the 25$ Hair cut. A little pricy for a 2 inch trim I asked for, but at the end of the hair cut she still styled my hair a little no charge. I read their menu and it had so many options I could go to Macy’s alone to get my usual eye brow nail and ped fix up. They had specials for your feet that seemed very relaxing. I will definitely be back when I get paid with a fat tip for my hair.

My daughter got her nails done for homecoming. Nail technician was very nice. Standard polish, fingers and toes. Very uneven filing. Polish skipped in spots. Price wouldve been plenty fair at around $40 if they had turned out better.

Needed my nails filled last minute (originally had them done else where) and they turned out great, so so much better than the last salon I went to!!!! I couldnt have asked for more last minute, Got in quick and was out in about one hour. The other customers there seemed to be regulars and its obvious why. Great work and friendly.

I literally just left there. I arrived at 12:28PM and left at 3:40PM. I was with a group of 3 all I got was a gel mani and pedi and they got pedi with clear coat and the other just regular polish and full set of acrylics with regular polish. They were very nice to us but they kept leaving us to help many other people that came in after us then got back to us. I would never go back there again.

I have been going to Macys nails for years n drive an hour out of my way each time i go there n i always see Dan cuz hes usually good. I wanted coffin shape n i wanted pink and white ombre i like them coated thick. He messed up big time. I never get gel only got it this time because they were soo thin ewwww! He said something about a more natural look but thats not what I wanted! Then added the gel to make them thicker but had to pay more for his mistake? Wtff.. then he messed up on the shape I left Macys nails on St.Patricks day with a broken nail, all very thin nails, and the shape was wayyy off more like squared french tips n said he didnt have that color pink to make the fade? I showed him my nails before i left showing him the broken one and his response was no one will notice...ummm no i dont go get my nails done that day n have them come out broken😡😡 mistakes happen but not the whole process in one sitting sooo crazyyy to me cuz hes usually good usually...this rating might be changed if my problem is fixed
