First photo: I got my nails done for graduation and they turned out gorgeous! The only issue I have is that the left pointer finger is slightly crooked.Second photo: I wanted some cute summer nails and they are fabulous. I wish I asked for the technicians name because she was gentle, kind, and talented.

Everything was great nel Tech was amazing. He really took his time and made sure my nails where straight and even. Only reason why I wont score it a 5star is because I feel that the pedicure was not worth $35 for a basic petty.

Worth every star!! I have been coming here for a couple years almost and I have tried other nail salons, was dissatisfied with how other places places are. Royal nails is clean, precise, great with their work, very friendly. I usually go to Anne and Jenny and they do an amazing job! They also remembered me and I haven’t been there since last year.

I was looking around for a nail place. This one was near by and I thought Id try it. I had great service. They turned my over flip flopped no lotioned feet to beauties again.I also have a legit solid coated gel manicure.I recommend if youre looking for a place and are researching like myself.

I’m assuming I was assigned to a new nail technician, so I won’t be harsh, but my nails look horrible.I kept trying to explain what I wanted, but the technician and I were having difficulty understanding each other. I looked over to the other technician, who was obviously aware of the issue at hand, and asked her a question, and she literally snapped at me and told me to ASK THEM and pointed to my tech.I was livid at this point, but I allowed them to finish my nails. I just got them done maybe 2 days ago, and they already look like I need a fill and DEFINITELY a “design” change.It would be nice to get my money back so that I can go somewhere else.

Yesterday my daughter and I had appointments at 10am for pedis and 1 fill which I didnt get done cause of the service that was going on during the Pedi. I have never been treated so badly from a nail place in my life

This salon is horrible the staff is not professional they make me wait more than thirty minutes and they didnt care about my appointment time, after all of that I asked for French gel polish pedicure and manicure on my real nails with a little sticker they didnt mention that they gonna charge me a hell of money for that...they charge 100$ for regular package!! I will never go there again 👎

I ABSOLUTELY loved this place ! It was so quite and peaceful . The ladies who did mine and my sisters pedicures were super sweet! They did an amazing job on my pedicure and it was so relaxing . Honestly, probably the best pedicure Ive had! They took their time and and made it worth every penny. Speaking of, the price was more than reasonable ! PAMPER YOURSELF WITH A PEDICURE...Thats what I do when I visit. From a $25 basic which feels like a total pamper with lengthy feet, lower legs and toes massaged for 20+ minutes, after your tootsies soak in a scented warm foot bath, scrubbed and lotioned, toenails trimmed and carefully painted, as you feel the electric massage features in the chair soothe your aching body and listen to relaxing music...the basic pedicure works great for me. If you want to spend a little more with a honey treatment and orange potion, its $35. Add increments of about $10 for more pampering in a longer amount of time. Royal Nails also does gels and other fingernail treatments. Friendly staff and no scent of nasty odors. Enjoy yourself at Royal Nails and be treated like royalty.

They gave me excellent customer service as a walk in. Took their time and didnt rush. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Explained services. Offered pedicure even though I had a broken toenail AND didnt make me feel uncomfortable about it at all. Soooo glad I was able to come here. Just had the worst experience of my life! as someone who gets her nails done very frequently that is saying a lot. NO ONE SHOULD GO HERE. I went in for simple nail removal. I had acrylic nails and they had grown out about two weeks length. I was planing on getting my nails done at my regular place the following day, but did not want my outgrown nails to be visible in photos for party I was going to later that night. Not only did she not use acetone to remove them, despite me asking her to, she used nail clippers and begin ripping up my own nail bed. I told her that she was hurting me, and she assured me I was fine. I again told her she was hurting me. This process continued until my finger began bleeding. My body shook with pain and I almost gave up on letting her finish. I asked her again if she had acetone she could use to loosen them instead. She told me to put my hand in something and I hesitated wanting her to put the liquid in there first. She told me to put my hand in again and when I did she poured alcohol over my bleeding finger. This shoot pain into my entire hand, she then cut my cuticles while they were dry without attempting to soak them in water or apply cuticle oil. I washed my bleeding hands off in the sink. Then I paid as a courtesy because I work in the service industry, and despite the lack of service couldnt bring myself not to. I left and will never go back there again. Other people should be warned that they clearly are not trained to do what they specialize in..nails.

I have seen this location since i was a kid. Well i took my mom in to get our nails and toes done. My mother hates her feet and was reluctant. But the staff here was so kind to us, my mother is willing to go back. The following day we had to go in to fix one of her nails( mom broke one ) they fixed ir right away even gave us a chocolate. Id recomend this place to everyone. ❤

Ive been getting my nails done for years, and finally found my go to place at royal nails.

Horrible customer service. My daughter and her friend went to get their nails done for prom, my daughter had three nails that needed to be fixed. Her friends nails were horribly done. When they called they were told by the owner he would give her the money back. When we got there he said he didn’t say that and they would fix it. That was unacceptable since he would have to rip them all off. He would not refund her money. Another customer offered to pay for them because his customer service was horrible and she felt bad for the girl that was crying since she didn’t want to upset the owed. We will never go back

Aug.18:did a very good job on what i wanted an how i wanted my nails an toes. im gettin my nails finished as i write this. the people that work here are also very cool.aug. 19: I wanted powder on my toes right because that what i like. the ladies was telling me nail polish is better an last for weeks. well guess what i got them done yesterday an the paint is already chipping. such a lie i will not be going back there now.

Ive been here 3 times and on 2 occasions have been cut by the instruments they work with. Once my cuticle and yesterday the side of my finger from the electric dremel. Im finding a new place to go...
