Well I’ve been coming to the Citrus Heights store to see Teresa for a few years now. She’s a pleasure to be around and always makes being there quick and easy. I would not go anywhere else. Unless Teresa moved to a different store.

I have to say first off I dont usually leave reviews unless a business really stands out to me whether great or horrible and this particular location on greenback is absolutely worth a five star rating . This was the first time using their payday advance and right away I really liked how kind and genuinely kind and bubbly the store manager was, her name is Therese. It was a very simple process and she was familiar with ihss and their pay dates . On the date my loan was due which was actually the 3 rd of September but I called her as she asked me to do on that date so she can set my repay date for the 7 th which was my actually pay date and since she was familiar with ihss and the pay dates she already prepared for this date change. Unfortunately on the 7 th I had the worst luck my Apple ID was hacked as it happened once before my card was literally only linked to my phone for 30 min and my card was charged over $2000 in charges which left my account negative $800 I let Therese know what happened and she was very understanding. It took 10 days for it to be cleared in which my account was refunded the charges. During those ten days Therese called me only once and still she was very understanding she didn’t threaten to send it to collections like any other payday advance center would definitely do . She was still very kind her tone of voice was still as kind as when I first came in . I let her know how grateful I was for being so understanding and waiting for my account to be cleared . She didn’t have to do that at all or trust me when I told her the situation especially since it was only my first time there . But she did and that’s why I am leaving this review . She deserves a great review because she is genuinely a great person and anyone that is looking for a payday loan with the intention of paying it back on time of course, my situation was a very unlikely situation just bad luck . But I recommend going there it’s easy your in and out within 20 min and Therese is a pleasure to talk to the other employees are nice as well but she’s the best !!!!!!

This Store is very professional! All the ladies are super sweet! And know you on first name basis is pretty neat. I love coming here and they give there costumers things for appreciation! Love it! I love when I get to take home a themed pen they make personal. Super cool! Overall a great business and awesome Staff!

The staff is avabsolutely amazing.Therese and Carolynn are always there to greet me and my children with a smile. They have taken the time to get to know me as a person and not just a customer. I agree with all of the other 5-star reviews. I have been a customer off and on for about 5 years. These folks are consistently just downright amazing. In a world where customer service has become casualty of profits and greed, Therese, Sue and all of their staff didnt get that memo. They still treat every single customer like they are the reason they are in business (and oh gee, they are....lol). You actually walk out with a smile on your face.Advance America on Greenback Lane is a world apart from all other payday / title loan stores. Keep up the great work, Customer Service DOES matter!!

I stop here multiple times a week for work. Ive always had an amazing experience, such kind and caring employees. They change up decorations for each holiday and are quick to offer a water which just shows that they go the extra mile. Theresa and Carolyn are the absolute best, I go out of my way to give this location my business because of them in particular.

This place is good. The staff is always cool, Therese is the best! I recommend to anyone who needs this type of business.

For us hard working citizens who work pay check to pay check, you are welcome here at this location with very friendly open arms! The ladies that work here are down right Amazing people! Its like theyre all on happy pills! Its to bad i dont have to do any more advances... I miss them already! Great customer service! They even have toys for the little ones to play with, and free candy.

The people there are SOOOO amazing. The environment. The staff. I went in to send moneygram and they were so friendly and helpful and the vibe was just welcoming. They really are so helpful. And had decorations for their customers. I highly recommend this center. The manager is just beyond amazing. 5 stars from me!!
