I have been coming to Check into Cash for well over a year now and almost all my experiences have been with Ann. She is awesome! Very personable, friendly and most importantly professional! She has always made my experience a delightful one. She makes sure to call and remind you of your payments, and waits til monday if your out of town or working and dont make it in to the store to pay. I even moved this last year and still drive all the way to the citrus heights store because Ann makes it worth it! If you want great service, Go see Ann at the Citrus Heights Check into Cash!!

As much as I would like to get out of payday loans, the service at this particular location is OUTSTANDING!! I have been a customer here for 2 years, give or take. One of the representatives here in particular, Deja, is extremely friendly, she is quite informative, very personable and always has a good attitude!If it isnt too out of your way and you need extra cash, I would most definitely recommend this location.

Came in on a Friday expecting a line and short tempered clerks.. Was met with the exact opposite from Ann! Super professional and made the experience as easy as it possibly could have been! Will definitely be back.... if needed!

Miss Ann is very helpful and friendly staff from Auburn Citrus Heights she deserve 5 stars.

They tricked me into the line of credit saying it was a better value. But month 2 and I took out less than last month and they charged me more than the first time. They also took it out of my account 2 days early. I wont be doing this again.

Worst experience ever! The older lady working seemed bothered to have to type our information into the computer. And basically told us no before even inputting any data from our very organized information. She didnt even talk about possible options that were available . I understand that people have bad days but it definitely did not help their business. We walked out. She should not be in the business of helping others.
