I would leave them ZERO if it were possible. I was attempting to have a part repaired on an appliance that arrived broken. In my pursuit, I was connected to the manager Dan and to another employee Tony - both treated me with utter disrespect from the start. They moved appointment dates/times on me and blamed everyone else for the changes and lied about the availability of the part that was needed for my job. It is shocking and apparent that this company does not view females as equals. Both men had no interest in helping with the resolve that their company is responsible for. This is both an equal rights and business ethics issue. I’m truly disgusted. WARNING to any future customer! Run!

The whole experience was great! Jennifer was very pleasant and worked to get us on the schedule. The technician, Jay, showed up on time and addressed our problem with honesty and upmost professionalism. Highly recommended!!!

We had three other companies out (two from the actual manufacturer) and one that the manufacturer sent out which was LAKE APPLIANCE. NONE of them fixed the dishwasher, in fact Lake Appliance did not even want to install the manufacturer parts that were shipped in and the dishwasher stopped working the next day!FINALLY I had the pleasure of speaking with Best Appliance. They came out at scheduled time and day and even called when they were on their way like they promised. Dennis was professional and installed the parts that were shipped in and the dishwasher is working.I would not hesitate to call this company again to repair any of my appliances. It is so hard to find good service, but this company was top notch. Look no where else.

I have been attempting to have a part replaced on a brand new dishwasher. The staff here has given me the run around to say the least. They called to move this appointment because they were no longer available on the date/time scheduled. THEN I got a 2nd call a few hours later saying that they needed to cancel the new appointment because the part doesnt exist-Anthony/Tony went into a full story about how the part needs to get made & is not available from any retailer & that he has no idea when it will be in stock. I called Bosch (who makes the part/stated that it is a standard part)& the gal confirmed they have several in stock that are available now. After confronting Tony, he became unbelievably rude & clearly had no interest in helping resolve this situation. I asked to be transferred to a manager. I was connected with Dan the manager. Dan, too, had no interest in helping, was unwilling to work with us, tried to then charge us for shipping on a part that they are responsible to fix, took no responsibility for the lies & proceeded to hang up on me.. awesome staff and customer service.

Best appliance staff (Rafael) came by to diagnose and fix our oven. I was impressed by their respectful and kind behavior, even when the kitchen hadnt been tidied before their arrival. They wore shoe coverings and were very patient and kept me in the loop for when parts would arrive. Truly a great experience for a house warranty referral. I would go to them with other concerns in the future or refer friends to them. Highly recommend

I first heard of this company when my son had a small car accident and we ended up in their parking lot. Although, closed a man came out to see why we were there so late and then put on their empathy hat and switched to how can I help mode. So of course I remembered them when my dishwasher broke. They were one time, quick. and clean. Dishwasher was fixed quickly. Very happy with this company.

You can find a similar review for Fidelity Home Warranty as they together, theyve made our experience horrible.For us, it was to repair the oven, Best Appliance came to check on it, they took it apart and found the broken part. Best Appliance then issued a repair order for the part stating that the part isnt available anymore and would need to be sent out for a rebuild and could take more than 2 weeks. That was on September 11, 2020, and till today November 23rd, we have not received the part.I contacted Best Appliance several times to ask for an ETA and all they could say was they sent an email to the manufacturer and are awaiting response but that I should contact Fidelity and tell them to change the oven for me. I did do that and contacted Fidelity as Best Appliance advised and Fidelity said no. I re-iterated that we do not know if the manufacturer is going to rebuild the part or when they will send it and informed them of what Best Appliance told me as they (BA) also mentioned that they will contact Fidelity and let them know. Come to find out that when Fidelity reached out to Best Appliance, they denied all theyve said to me about reaching out to Fidelity.Please do not purchase Fidelity Home Warranty nor use Best Appliance! You are better off repairing or replacing your appliances on your own.

First review:This is the third time were using Best Appliance for our repairs. They have a great customer service along with excellent technicians. Our favorite technician is Casey. He is friendly, knowledgeable and patient.He gives good advice and cares about his customers.This company is doing a great job in helping promptly with repairs especially now in these hard times.Well always come back to them. I had problems with a Wolf range. Clicking burners and the oven that would not ignite or heat up. Craig did an excellent job ! He fixed both problems on the first attempt and went out of his way to get my oven fixed in a timely manner. I would definitely call them again if needed.

The best experience ever. I got referred to these guys by Sub Zero as I didn’t trust all the online people who say they are do sub zero repairs. They are factory authorized and did a fantastic job rebuilding my 20 year old fridge. The tech I think was Dennis, he offered to wear booties got right to work on the fridge and had me up and running in an hour. Big thanks to the office for getting me in on short notice before I lost my food. If you need any appliance repairs these are your go to people. I understand why they have so many 5 start reviews.Happy holidays !!

I called and was able to have a technician come out right away. Dennis identified the problem immediately and answered our questions professionally. The dishwasher water valve was shut off, which we checked. We didnt let the dishwasher run long enough for the water to filter through because of the loud noise and a smell of electricity Dennis was awesome and prepared to enter my home with mask, gloves and shoe covers.

I cannot say enough great things about this company and Bosch. We tried another service co and they had no idea what they were doing even though there was 2 of them. They said they applied there service call but just a bait n switch because the minimum labor was $250. So service call $100 but we will apply it, so now a wrong diagnosis was gonna cost me $250 for 10 mins of work plus parts. I didn’t feel comfortable with them and didn’t believe there diagnosis.I called Bosch and they only recommend Best Appliance. Tech showed up had the part in the van and new exactly why was wrong. Estimate was detailed out and no weird applying or up charging. Dishwasher is fixed and running. My gut feeling was right the other company was totally wrong. Go with Best they know there stuff.

He showed me things I just never knew on how to work the power freezer. What a great service well done and thank you so much. I would recommend to anyone.

I had them out on a warranty service for my dishwasher. Lawrence was able to diagnose and fix it right away. The part needed was on the van and he was done in less than an hour. When he was finished he wiped down the appliance and cleaned up the work area as though he was never there. Very professional work. He also helped me out with another appliance issue which I asked him to take a look at. He notified his company and was able to provide a solution at a discounted secondary call rate. The problem was solved as well. First rate company and repair person.

Never enjoyed needing an appliance repaired but these guys make it so painless I cant believe it. They always show up at the scheduled time and always call when they are on their way. Casey is always extremely courteous, polite and neat when he was in our house. Hope I dont need another appliance repaired but Ill only use these guys in the future. They are great!

I used this company two times to repair a subzero wine fridge and once to repair a thermador fridge. Both times they did correct diagnostics and repaired the appliances. Its been a few months for the subzero and has been working great since the repair. I just repaired the thermador fridge and thus far its working great. I find them to be very honest and capable of doing the job right the first time around.

Best service hands down. Left them an email way late into the night and they called back in the early afternoon the next day. I explained to them the problem and they had some parts that werent on the Bosch parts list but were left over from a another repair that they offered to me for free to fix the problem. I just needed to come down or they could charge me for a home visit and install the parts for me. I couldnt believe it...great service guys. Ill be calling you again.

I was not very impressed with the technician that came to my home. I had already diagnosed the issue but needed someone to do the work. I knew it was a water valve for the ice maker that needed replaced so my ice maker would work again. The man showed up said yep that was the issue. Looked and they didnt have the part so it would need to be ordered. The man was there maybe 5 minutes and I had to pay him $79. I did tell him that I had a party coming up and would really like it if my ice maker worked for the party. He responded that bags of ice were cheap. The part arrived and it was fixed two weeks later. He never attempted to wear booties on my new carpet. Replaced the valve on the fridge, was there about 10 minutes. The total for the two times he was at my home was $230. After he left I noticed that he left a pile of dirty paper towels on my floor. I feel ripped off and I am not impressed.
