Once or twice per month we make a trip to Sams Club to purchase bulk and single items to replintish our freezer.Great selection products ranging from packs of tooth brush to car tires, they have it.Were huge coffee and tea drinkers at our house, an example of savings on coffee 40oz. Starbucks ground is $16.98 compared to a large 20oz. at Kroger for $14.99, big savings when you go bulk.Household items, bleach, detergent, tissue paper, socks, under clothes, coats, electronics, and jewelry.

Sams. North Bend road in Cincinnati, Ohio. Was yelled at by the lady at the door saying I had to leave and come back again at 10. Meanwhile, loads of people of various ages were walking around me going right in. I understand the special shopping hours for at risk people, but she wasnt yelling at anyone else but me. Then she asked to see my card. I showed her my membership card through the Sams app on my phone. She continued checking other peoples cards, letting them through. Then I started walking through and was told again, that I had to wait. So I went back outside until 10. Started the process again. She says I just told you cant be in here when I start trying to explain that it is in fact 10, she just throws her hands in the air, says whatever, and waves me through.Very unpleasant woman.Then they were out of half of my list. I usually go 2-3 times a month. With the pandemic, Ive noticed most things I need have not been in stock. But I understand why. But I also will not continue to pay for memberships in which my familys needs are not met.Also, wanted to buy the bulk wholesale ready-to-cook chicken, and there is no such thing. The men at the meat counter had no clue what I was talking about. However, they were the nicest people to talk to!! Very helpful and offered to make me 10 chickens to go. I thanked them but I didnt want to make their job even harder.Suggestions?Dont advertise what you dont sell.Explain to a greeter to GREET people with passion and not to embarrass. If need be, explain the problem and not make a scene or yell to where the customer feels embarrassed.I love the guys at the meat counter but I will be going to Florence, Kentucky (or another location) for my Sams shopping. Possibly even checking out alternate shopping stores. I really enjoyed my first few months of membership however, with the negativity, Id rather shop elsewhere.Hoping Sams gets it together!

Got a lot of good deals here today, including gas. Was sad the food court closed earlier than the store but overall the store has a decent selection with fair pricing.

Friendly staff, and with scan pay and go app its much smoother getting in and out, the thing that I dont like with Sams club is that the stores are arrange differently which makes it had to shop anywhere else other than your local store.Also THE BEST place when shopping for gold, literally the cheapest one for great value.

I didnt get to see what shopping there is like. I took my coupon to the service desk and she tried to process it, but the code number wouldnt work. Instead of getting a supervisor, the woman handed it back to me and said, Sorry. Hmmm.... Sams Club or maybe Scams Club? Get you in there with a fake offer in hopes that youll buy a membership anyway. I was looking forward to the offer, but Ill get over it and take my business elsewhere.

I have been going for awhile. I have never had any issues. Aside from stopping in for a few things and ending up with cart full. Everything I pickup have been a good deal. Just found these pita chips that are amazing. Just, try to be understanding when checking out and you will be fine.

Went with a buddy to get a stand up freezer, we waited over an hour to get help to get the freezer off the shelf. Customer service was no help. We talked to 3 other employees to get help. This was the worse sams club experience I ever had. I wont be coming back to that location again.

Claimed several things were stolen when only one thing was miss scanned. A box of cereal was not scanned but a can of tomatos were scanned twice.They claim chicken cat food and cat litter were not scanned. Held up before a very long time for this one mistake of 2 items that were equal price $2.84Public humiliation is not okay for simple mistakes

Finally did the scan and go at the gas station at Sams excellent! Nice and easy! Paid through the app and was all set. Love it!

Drove about 40 to the Sams on north bend. Just to find out theyre out of stock of the things we needed. It would be nice if Sams would send an email or text to its members on popular items that are out of stock. The beef hotdogs was our only reward.

I always love Sams Club. My card wouldnt work so another let me use theirs. The world is still full of great people

I dont like this Sams club. I prefer the Sams club in Eastgate. I was in the neighborhood of Dent and thought I would stop in for the few items that I needed. I didnt get most of what I needed because Sams club on North Bend road didnt sell those items anymore. It was hard to find help,there werent many Sams associates that I could see on the floor.I will not return to that Sams club again if I can help it.

Bought 3 pack of ribs in Thursday 9/2, opened pack and went to season ribs on Friday9/3... unpleasant smell. Drove back one hour, grabbed another pack in exchange, got home cut open 3 pack and same rotten smell. Got a $10 gift card. Total joke. Hope people trust their nose.

I ordered for a pick up. Myself and another car have been waiting for over 30 minutes. While three cars have pulled up and left.The other car said they have been waiting to the girl who just placed an order in someone’s car. I said I have been waiting.The girl gets on her two way explaining our situation. She was given no help or direction. The reply I heard was who are you talking to.My receipt online said it was picked up at 3:05. I got here at 4. My receipt thanking me for picking up my order says 4:11. I got my order at 4:44 pm.That was not a five minute pick up. When I checked in it said 5-10 minutes. Somewhere something went wrong. Management should have helped.

The automotive section was not open. That was the only reason I was there early (as a Plus Member) so actually it was a wasted trip. No one could tell me the actual hours. The consensus was that it opened at 10am (if the employees arrive for that to happen) and they thought it closed at 8pm. Hours (if different from store) should be posted on the front door. Dissappointed Plus Member.

Prices are great, employees are helpful, and I love the self scan checkout. Huge time saver when the stores busy!

Theirs is no charged up electric carts for the dissabled to shop and only one push wheel chair. I come to get 5 graduation cakes ordered for 2 weeks from now ans they said they are booked? I bought a membership to get perks nott be turned away. Do better for your customers.

Sams Club on the west side is quite crowded. The Self Checkout stations have tons of issues. I feel for the lady attending to them. She was very nice and helpful to everyone.

This location has declined dramatically over time. Cant get through store without getting hit up with atleast three pushy outside sales reps; windows, curling irons, cell phone, better energy options. Many of the previously stocked name brands have been replaced by the Sams version of that item.

Inventory is getting back to normal. TVS sales are great but Inventory was a little off. Pharmacy has always been excellent.

I always spend way more than I want to. They have a good variety of different things. I love sams!

Used pickup for the first time. Order was ready early and pickup associate was very courteous. Everything was in stock.

No carts were available and the checkout lines were ridiculously long. No one seems to want to make it any better. Ive been to other locations of Sams and receive much better service and carts are always available

The store is vey clean, the product is always stocked and the prices are fair.

You buy things in bulk and they have a large variety. The store is huge and they have good deals on all types of items.

We were using the pickup service on 2/10 and ended up getting caught in extensive traffic and made us late to the store closing. We were able to do the pickup the next day. We learned that the will hold and order for 72 hours. Very generous service.

Great as always. Got my rewards back. Good reason to have a Sams M/C.

I thoroughly enjoy Sams club. They have great friendly staff and its a warehouse full of greatness. I go often because I love the atmosphere and shopping in bulk.

We utilize Pick Up and it is an absolute life-saver! If you havent taken advantage of this, definitely try it asap! You literally do not leave your car and the Sams associate will put your order/items in your vehicle!

Always my favorite Sams Club to shop. My late husband shopped there often since it was on his way home from work and was on first name basis with many of the employees, especially the food demo staff :) Last night I was there shortly before they closed and want to give a shout out to Phoenix. It was raining and dark and I somehow dropped my glasses on the way to the car. He took the time to go through the carts that had been moved to the back corner of the parking lot and found them for me. Very friendly kind young man. Phoenix, I appreciate your time and help. You are awesome!

This Sams doesnt keep its shelves stocked enough. I understand that people receiving SNAP benefits shop there, however, like with their paper products; Sams needs to limit customers to a set amount of meat. This is my 3rd time going to purchase sausage patties and bacon, but as usual, there was nothing left on the shelves!

We have been using Sams Club pickup service during coronavirus. Today we went to the store for a pickup, and got a text saying we would have to come in the store. We waited at customer service for 15 minutes, only to be told pickup was in another area. When we went there, we tried to speak to several employees who said wed have to talk to someone else. Finally, one of them told us we had to wait in the car for pickup. When I said we had a message to come in, he asked to see it. Before I could show him the message, he looked at my phone and said pickup only works with Android phones. I told him we got a message via text and he said thats not possible if we dont have the Sams Club app on an Android phone. He wouldnt let me show him the message. The website says text is acceptable, and we never had a problem before, but now I dont trust the pickup service.

I love sam club

I shop here for business and theyre rarely dependable as far as having what Im looking for. Theyre so busy checking receipts if you go through self checkout and then again at the door, I mean how many times can customers be accused of stealing and still be willing to spend money with places like Sams. None of the methods they use are customer oriented and thats why the customer service along with almost every other aspect of shopping here sucks. I would never shop here if I had a choice, I would much rather give my money to a business that wants to earn it.

Great place to stock up on the things you need.

The aisles were re-arranged a little, but we still found what we need. And with the scan-and-go app, its so much faster and keeps you aware of what youre spending as you put it in your cart.

To many self checkout lanes, they slow things down.Not all people like paying with C.C.There has been major rearrangement ilses, I had to ask where things were and the shopping time was longer.I am happy the restaurant is open that has good with low prices very good.

I like sams but ever since the Covid they dont have everything yet they still charge full price for the club membership... its becoming disappointing!I understand that stock can be low and even out so dont charge me full price!

Sams did a good job with the crowd today. Plenty of stock.

Signed up for a new card online through Groupon and the experience was fantastic. Sams Club employees up front was excellent in helping me get my new card.

Sams was extremely crowded today. They only had a few lines open today. You could tell some customers were frustrated.

Couldnt get several specific candies i needed but otherwise normal visit.The Sour Skittles i purchased expire in 2 weeks where the other skittles expire next year!

My past 3 visits Ive had to go out to the parking lot and find my own cart. Not a huge fan of the new instore layout. Ive been a loyal sams club member for 5+years. My next visit will be to Costco maybe Ill like it better.

Was a great experience ...they moved everything so we spent a couple hours walking around just looking at stuff .....had a new cashier I believe her name was emma ....she was so sweet to help these elderly people get stuff in and out of our cart ... Sams keep up the good work

Host at door just convinced me to get a Costco card. We got to store at 9:57, I know they don’t open till 10:00. Told us to get out of inner door area till 10:00. Was rude. Will not renew my card!

Not enough checkout lines open. Self checkout sucks. And why bother scanning items, if the person at the exit is going to scan it all again? How about putting that person on a register I stead?

I didnt shop inside Sams, but that location is one of my favorites.
