Im Paul Mitchell and believe me, Andy is the best in town. He modified my new Seiko watch by replacing the hands and the bezel insert. ( The hour hand was triangular, ugly, and now its linear and beautiful.) Not easy to do a perfect job on this particular watch. He turned a nice watch into a fantastic timepiece!!! He also regulated the time for free. I trusted Andy because of his 40 years of experience. Hes good .... real good!

I have an Omega Seamaster watch bought in Geneva in 1969 for $100. It had stopped working several years ago and I had sent it to a local “Watch Doctor” three times for repairs that never lasted. Before giving up and trashing the watch I sent it to Andy. He took awhile because the new parts were hard to find in Switzerland, but the wait was worth it. My watch is now like new and probably will last to be passed on to the next generation.

We do not have a watch repair business in our small town.. I had 3 watches that I needed repairs on and all 3 are rather expensive watches (at least for my budget). I have a Tag Aquaracer Calibre 60 that I decided to have Tag repair for $350.00 out of warranty. That was a mistake and my Tag still had problems, so... in my dresser drawer went the Tag. My wife has two watches, both were all 14k (bracelet, bezel, etc.). One was a Lucienne Piccard and the other was a Geneve. The LP was purchased in 2006 and the Geneve was purchased in the 80s or 90s. The LP was rarely worn and when the Geneve died, my wife tried the LP but it was dead as well. I asked around to see if I could find a trusted watch repair shop that I could have repairs done on our watches. I went on the net and searched for awhile and came across Andys O.W.R. web site. I was impressed by the content of the site and so I contacted Andy by phone. After the call I felt comfortable enough to send the LP to have it repaired first. Throughout the whole process Andy would contact me with the status of the repair and once the repair was completed Andy returned the LP with an insured and signature required package. The LP works perfectly and looks beautiful after the detailing Andy did to the watch.Several years later (LP still working fine), after being without my Tag and my wifes Geneve I contacted Andy again and I sent both watches to have Andy work his magic on. Today, 04/13/2020, we received the Tag and the Geneve and both watches are working perfectly out of the box and both have that new watch luster due to the detailing and polishing and I had asked Andy to try to remove a ding on the case back which when I looked at the back there was no sign of the mark..My wife and I are so glad that we found Andys web site.
