They also do jewelry repairs and design with some one of a kind items available. If youre not a fan of iwatches and Fitbits and prefer the feel of a quality timepiece then this is the perfect place.

Old school amazing customer service. I was there for a small watch repair, but was treated like I was buying a diamond. They were very nice and professional. To top it off, the repair was cheaper than I expected. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone for their jewler needs.I noticed another poster give a low rating due to some political signs. If they really were in the window, I dont care, and I belong to the opposite party. I dont think a great business should suffer due to their political beliefs. Even a boycott wouldnt change any votes, so whats the point? We can all get along and succeed together in business and in life. Dont fall for all the divisiveness.

They did an amazing job resizing an heirloom ring that had lost a little luster over the years and was waiting to come back to life. They did seamless work on the entire ring and it shines like new even though its over 70 years old. Will recommend.

Preface: I got my watch battery replaced here. Left the watch overnight and they did a fine job/charged $20. I was pleased with the work and price.My poor review comes from the Trump/Pence signs posted on the back of their building. If I had seen them before dropping off my watch I would have taken my business elsewhere.*note* their building houses a few other businesses so the signs potentially arent theirs (will amend my review if I learn this is the case)

I just recently purchased my fiances engagement ring from Mt Washington Jewelers and I had an amazing experience. After visiting multiple Jewelry shops and feeling like a second class citizen for not having the budget to spend $4000 dollars on a ring, I stumbled into Mt Washington Jewelers. Some people do not appreciate the environment of a family run business, but as soon as I walked in the door I felt like an appreciated customer rather than another commission sale. As a twenty-three year old guy I did not know much about rings and diamonds, and when the staff recognized this they didnt treat me like a child, but as a respected adult that they were happy to help. They didnt help me pick out a ring that would make them the most money, they helped me pick out a ring that my fiance would love at the price that I could afford. To sum my experience up in one more sentence; Mt Washington Jewelers is the ONLY place I will recommend shopping because they will help you select exactly what you are looking for while treating you like family.
