Steve S. was an excellent salesman. I researched quite a few options before visiting this store and talked through with Steve the appliances that I was considering and the reasoning behind it. He was patient, courteous, extremely knowledgeable, and provided great feedback on the appliances. Ended up going with different brands after a thorough discussion with Steve and validating his points when I did additional research.

Salesman was great, but the delivery was messed up. They have tried to fix my fridge 3 times and cant get their act together enough to get my freezer handle delivered. I have had my fridge for almost 2 weeks and they have yet to get it plugged in or install a freezer handle.

I bought a mattress that I was unhappy about since day one Because my back hurt. I was brushed off told it was new and had to be broken in. Then a month later I still had issues. I was told there was a decade warranty on the mattress that I’d have to pay to have it taken back after I paid $1k for the mattress. If I have to pay what is the purpose of having a warranty. I feel scammed. Well I’m almost a year out and dealing with same issue. I wanted the mattress because I was pregnant and I thought it would help me be more comfortable. I’m not pregnant anymore so I know the pain is from the mattress and not being pregnant. I sleep on the pull out couch mainly as a result. I’ve tried several times to no avail and no improvement. it recently over the last two days and this mattress still hurts . I’m really disappointed because I paid a lot of money for a tempuroedic and don’t feel satisfied at all. I’ve had better non name brand mattresses for far less. My back shouldn’t be hurting and I shouldn’t be on the couch because of this mattress I’m very unhappy about this. Please save your money and take my advice and don’t buy a mattress from here you’ll be sorry

Like so many others, my renovation progress had been hobbled by the pandemic and manufacturing disruptions. We had largely planned our entire kitchen aesthetic around very particular appliance models. After calling dozens of companies all around the country, I finally found Delaney and Steven at the Appliance Factory. They were able to coordinate my receipt of a critical piece to my kitchen when no one else could even give me an educated guess. I would highly recommend this business and its excellent customer service.

My purchasing experience was good. They had a good selection and the sales reps were very nice. The main reason I purchased though was because the had my washer and dryer in stock. Delivery was a disaster. They only deliver. Dont install but will do basic hookup and dont guarantee it will work before leaving. I did not get all the parts with it. Biggest issue is dyer overheated first time used. Called for service and they dont service anything. Other places wouldnt service because I didnt buy it from them. Finally found someone and they said they shouldnt have used foil dryer vent hose. Manufacturer says not to use it and not sure if it voided my warranty. Next time Ill go with someone who knows how to install and service, not just sell appliances.

We purchased a whole new kitchen July 4th, 2020. Whirlpool Side Kick refrigerator/freezer, stove, and dishwasher. We were given delivery date of September. We still do not have the refrigerators. We have been given multiple delivery dates, they have never reached out to us, we have to keep contacting them. Reminder they’ve had our money since July.

We are so happy with the service we received at Appliance Factory from Steve. We originally purchased a front load washer. Upon delivery it was slightly too large for our laundry room. Well, the wonderful delivery team advised us of exactly what we needed to do. So, we met with Steve, the store manager, and he was absolutely excellently. Steve worked with us to purchase our LG Top Loader, and I must say, the transaction and delivery was handled exceptionally well! We are on the market next for a dishwasher and we look forward to working with Steve again! Kudos, Appliance Factory!

We ordered a stove, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer and a trim kit early July and had a delivery set up for early September. September came and we never got a call saying they were not coming (I took off work). Called them and they said they did not have the refrigerator or freezer so we asked for them to deliver what they had. Scheduled new delivery for that delivery which is another time off work. Then set up delivery for refrigerator and freezer for November. November came and no call just like the first time:( so we called and they said they only had the trim kit and the refrigerator and freezer would be December so we asked to pick up the trim kit. The boxes was damaged but they said it was ok and when we opened it to our surprise it was damaged (another wasted trip and our time) best part is when we said they have had our money for almost 5 months now they told us the salesman doesn’t get paid until delivered. I’m pretty sure I could have made some money off my money even in 5 months. So December delivery came and no call so another day waiting. So I took it upon myself to call Whirlpool to see availability and then checked online and wow to my surprise Best Buy has the refrigerator and said the freezer would probably be 3 weeks. So I called appliance factory (hhgregg) and they said they got it in but it was damaged. Wow they called to tell us or cancel the delivery. Did they ever think we would use it damaged until a good one came in. We have been working with a mini refrigerator for 2 months now and we are now waiting on a call from them to tell us when we can expect a delivery. I guess I should just call them because there phone only work one way.

The orst eperiance. Dishwasher for months ago they kept telling us it was in and then it just disappeared andpaid delivery and setup. They lied. Paid difor dish wawasher. They lied. Home depot has same model 50 bucks cheaper. Installing this weekend. Free of charge. Appliiance outlets. Will close soon enough. For yoursakes go elsewhere. Or at least shop around. The staff was friendly and helpful, and got my new microwave installed before the holiday weekend with short notice. I am ONLY leaving this review because Joe, an employee of the company, called me for no other reason than to ask me leave a review such that he may one day be granted a free lunch. The review is as follows - My experience with this company was completely and utterly dreadful from the very beginning. Nearly two full months were required for the delivery and installation of a small appliance; and it was NOT a stock issue. The staff repeatedly forgot my phone number, consistently called me by the wrong name (despite making notes on my order each and every time I corrected them - I would even correct them on the phone, and they would revert back to calling me by some other name DURING THE SAME CONVERSATION), and refused to give a delivery window smaller than an 8-hour period. There were a whole host of failed delivery attempts due to carelessness and ineptitude demonstrated by the staff. I called them on a weekly basis, and each week I was again called by the wrong name and given delivery promises that were never fulfilled. On one occasion, the delivery was nearly completed - I finally had a chance to speak to a driver en route! However, the driver said he cant wait 10 minutes for me to get home to meet him, and he cant come back any other time to complete the job. At this point it was very clear that the foul disposition toward the customer is spread all throughout the company. On another occasion, at perhaps the 4th attempt to have the delivery completed (its genuinely difficult to keep track of all of their errors), the gentleman from the customer service center told me I can pick any day for delivery starting with day XYZ. I said to him, lets simply do it on day XYZ. Ill take a full PTO day just for this purpose. As I could have predicted, they never showed up. I called at the end of the day, and I was told they messed up. But they also tried to subtly shift blame to me by the end of the conversation after trying to smooth things through an excruciating monologue expressing all the ways they care for the customer (again, calling the customer by the wrong name). This individual refused to even CHECK if someone could still bring the appliance to my house that day, despite knowing that I had taken a PTO day for no other reason than to wait around for them to show up. He did promise to call me the next day though, as they might be able to deliver again in two days time. The next day, he never called. I called him, and he immediately began to apologize profusely and said my days run together, you have to understand. I could not help but recognize this as a terrible excuse, seeing as it would be difficult for ones days to run together when it had not yet even been 24 hours in this context. Nothing was accomplished on this phone call other than the individual making notes on my account which surely must have resembled a stack of carbon copies by that point. Later that week, the driver finally made it to my home. When he found a piece of the appliance in the box that he didnt know what to do with, he looked to me and cackled, saying I must look at the owners manual myself to figure that out. He also managed to drop an old glass microwave plate in my driveway and leave me to clean up the finer pieces of glass on my own (knowing full and well that Im in a hurry to go back to work). Later that evening, i received a call while i was at work. I checked the message after a while - it was Joe, asking me to leave a review so he might receive free lunch. I put it out of my mind, because I dont have anything good to say about this company. Surely this would be obvious to everyone involved, given that it has been a disaster my all measures. However, Joe called AGAIN the next day. This time, I answered it, and again he asked for a review in hopes of earning a reward. So, after being asked twice, I decided I will leave a review. It appears that when they make a promise to a customer, their days run together, but when they might get free lunch, they dont have any difficulty remembering to call. AVOID!!!

My experience with Appliance Factory and specifically Walter was so much more than I could have imagined. I wasn’t sure which mattress suited my needs, but he helped me determine which set was best for me.All the staff was attentive, the store was organized and clean. Will Definitely but from AF again! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!I purchased a refrigerator, a wine fridge and washer and dryer. At the time of purchase they stated the wine fridge was for under the counter (built in). Once I got it home it specifically stated it was a free standing unit.On delivery day the installers stated the dryer did not come with all the parts so it could not be installed and I would need to call the store. I went ahead and continued to call for four days straight with no luck getting anyone to return my calls. I myself went ahead and installed the dryer as there were enough parts to install it, however when I went to run the dryer it made horrific noises. The next day I drove to the store to address the many issues. They stated I, personally could bring the the dryer back that day and they would give me a new one. I requested they bring me a new dryer the next day and pick up the old one. They stated they would and would text me when the new dryer left the store. Late afternoon after I took a day off work waiting for them to deliver the dryer I reached to get an ETA. They told me it would have to be the following day as their truck wasn’t working. The store manager was extremely rude on the phone and again told me I had the option of hauling the old dryer out of my basement myself and returning it but he wasn’t coming till the next day, and when I asked to speak to his manager he stated they don’t give that information out (I can see why). I went ahead and loaded a dryer by myself and brought it to the store. Upon arrival I didn’t even receive an apology til the very end and it wasn’t sincere and acted like refunding the delivery charges was a gift to me to make it right. I will NEVER go to this store again and have warned all my family and friends. The customer service is horrific!
