Walter welcomed us as soon as we walked through the door. He asked us what we were looking for and told us where they were located. He took the time to show us our options that were in our price range and which ones would fit. This was our last stop after looking at multiple stores prior. I am so incredibly disappointed with the service that we received today. We drove over an hour from our home to pick up a washer in dryer set that said “in stock” on Saturday just to be told the warehouse is closed. So we scheduled to have the set delivered today, have it installed by them, and for them to haul away the old washer in dryer. Not only did the two men who delivered it arrive absolutely reeking of the smell of weed they also dropped off the set and didn’t do anything that we paid them to do. My fiancé even reminded them that they were scheduled to install and haul away and they simply left. Now we have to scramble to find someone that can install a washer and dryer for us. There’s a reason we paid it have it installed! We don’t know how to do that! I will never buy anything from them ever again. Seriously go anywhere besides here. Especially since our washer and dryer were over $2,000 you think the service would be a little better. Wow.

Buyer beware! I was told the dishwasher I bought was grade A and new. Turns out it was built of 2 years ago and missing parts and had a burnt out motor. Replacing the dishwasher was extremely difficult and the salesman were rude. They seemed annoyed I was returning it and never even apologized. I will never shop here again.

We bought 3 kitchen appliances. The day the appliances were purchased the dishwasher was scheduled to be delivered. A few days before delivery we call as we had not heard any updates, turns out we didn’t even pay for the dishwasher somehow? Not sure how that happened as they scheduled for it to be delivered the day all the appliances were purchased. 3 weeks later no update on when anything would be delivered we call back ask for any updates and they tell us everything will be delivered the following week and turns out they have us “scheduled” for delivery on Sunday when they don’t deliver on Sunday. Not sure why they would say something was scheduled when they couldn’t even deliver on that day. After trying to call multiple times with no answer because apparently people can’t answer the phones I had to go in there to see what was actually going on. Turns out they didn’t know when the appliances would be delivered after 3 weeks and we spent over $3,000! I expressed my frustration and they did not apologize, they didn’t even act like they cared. In fact after I expressed my frustrations(politely) they didn’t even say ANYTHING. Needless to say I cancelled the order and went to Best Buy and got all the appliances for cheaper and they are delivering my appliances 3 days after purchase. 10/10 do not recommend this place and future buyers should be aware of the lack of customer service. They are nice when you are buying but good luck with anyone caring about you after they have your money. I understand stock issues can not be blamed on them but the lack of care along with the communication issues are enough to avoid this place.

One of the appliances that was delivered did not work, and it took a long time to get in touch with management and get things sorted.Communication between employees and delivery staff was no bueno.When I did get in touch with the manager, Tim, I have to say he was helpful and apologetic.Cannot say I recommend this store based on my experience alone.

RUN AWAY! I have to say that although I had a great salesman in the showroom, that is where all service ended. I lost two days work because they failed to schedule a delivery, meaning I had to wait two more weeks to take a delivery. When the delivery finally occurred, they dropped the washer and dryer off without setting anything up, as I thought would happen. Id paid for all the hook-up kits, but was given inferior dryer venting that the instruction manual says to avoid. I had to go to Lowes to get an adapter to fit my vent. And I had to purchase another dryer power cord because the one sent didnt work with my outlet, which no one asked about. Unless youre ready to install your own appliances and deal with incompetence after they take your money, go elsewhere. There are four other discount appliance stores nearby, and I know that they all install the appliances when you pay for the installation kits.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! How this company is still in business is beyond me. Highly recommend avoiding this company at all costs. We ordered appliances through The Appliance Factory for our new home back in October, after being convinced by the manager that these would be cheaper and arrive sooner than our existing order at Home Depot. We fully expected delays due to manufacturing delays at GE due to COVID, but the customer service and entire experience with Appliance Factory has been beyond dismal. We purchased $15,000 in appliances from this company and every single item (washer/ dryer, fridge, dishwasher) has been damaged upon arrival at our house.. In addition, every single delivery has resulted in damage to our hardwood floors. We have tried tirelessly to get these issues resolved. My husband and I call daily and are told by their customer service representatives that they are unable to look in the system to see the status of our order, and a manger has to do so... so we are told a manager will be in touch. After hundreds of calls and daily follow ups, we have yet to receive a single call from a manager or anyone to update us on the status of our replacement parts for the damage, or how they plan to resolve the damage done to our floors. We now have to pay to get a lawyer involved since we cannot get any response from the company themselves. To top things off, the last and final appliance (our range) was delivered a few weeks ago, and we did not accept the delivery because it was so damaged that the oven door would not even open and the product clearly wouldnt function, we were just informed that the piece is now expected at the end of August. The lack of customer service care, follow up, ownership and responsibility from this company is criminal. We now have $15,000 in damaged GE Cafe appliances, have wasted countless hours in attempted follow up, and there is no end in sight. If anything to come of this experience, I hope I can save anyone the time and money that we have wasted, please please please do not give this company your business.

In February, we bought an upright freezer from Appliance Factory. It was delivered on time, when they said it would be, but as the delivery guys were bringing it into the house I noticed tape on the back on which was written BLEM. I asked the delivery person what that meant, and he said, Maam, you purchased a scratch & dent item. No, I most certainly did not. We paid full price, nearly $1,000.Upon inspection, I realized the seal on the door was crushed in two places (I later found a third place, on the bottom of the door). Cold air was clearly rushing out when the door was closed completely. I called my salesman and told him what happened, and he said he would get back to me right away, as soon as he contacted the head office.Two days went by, and no call, so I called again. Told the same thing. So I went on the companys Facebook page and wrote my experience, asking for someone to get in touch. The post was deleted.Eventually, someone from head office called me, and said he was sending a repair guy out. The repair guy came a couple days later, looked it over, and said he would order a new seal (he also did not wear a mask in my home).And thats it. Ive never heard back from the company, no seal, nothing. I made a dispute on my credit card, and last week received the credit card companys decision: Customer fault. Nonsense. It was that way when it was delivered.I would not use this company again. They ignored my request for service, all the way down the line. And I paid full price for what was clearly a damaged product.

Good experience overall. I was a bit skeptical at first because of some of the lower reviews but decided to give it a shot because it’s a local business and Dave, the salesman that took care of me was perfect for what I was looking for and listened to what mattered to me looking for new a washer dryer combo. The delivery was on time and fine. No major issues with delivery either but they left the old connection of the dryer instead of replacing it with the new one after I paid for the new ducts which was a small detail but was included in the invoice. I would buy again from this experience and would recommend for sure.

Do not recommend this place they delivered my washer and dryer yesterday and it won’t turn on. I immediately contacted them to inform them that the product doesn’t work. So they gave me the number of GE I CONTACTED GE and was told the appliance store needs to send out someone to check it if it’s in between the first 72 hours. So I contact the store again... and now they want to place me on hold telling me they will call me back.... they need to pick up this appliance because I need a working one and I need it now.

Refrigerator was suppose to be delivered today, but did not happen and customer service is horrible. Delivery personnel is suppose to call and email day before with a deliver window which did not happen. Called stored at 330 and was told they were suppose to call me but my delivery time was between 230 and 530. Get a text at 4 that my delivery would arrive in about 45 minutes, and they sent a tracker link. Truck pulls up to my address( I live way off road) and then pulls away. No call, text etc.. I call store back at 530 and I am put on hold 10 minutes before they tell me they have to reschedule because they did not feel comfortable driving down my driveway even though we shoveled. They can reschedule for Monday. I ask what waiting 3 days will help since the drive way is shoveled. He just say I can reschedule. I ask him if there is a time frame and am told they will call and email night before. I asked if that would actually happen this time since it didnt today. His answer was they are suppose to call you. They eye suppose to call today and did not. I asked to speak to manager and there is not one available. So I ask when he is available and am told 10 am tomorrow. We will see if he can help me tomorrow. Very poor customer service so far....

Their prices were also the lowest of all the places we shopped, except for one item, and they even beat that price! And if you want to save even more they also carry some scratch and dent items. I bought multiple appliances back in July and had a great experience. I have had a terrible experience this month just purchasing a dishwasher. I should have walked out when I wasnt addressed for approximately 30 minutes when I walked in the store, while my salesman was telling stories about being a bartender to another customer. The customer service on this second visit has been atrocious. My calls are being screened and no one calls me back. I missed my installation because they consider it a courtesy call if someone calls you and doesnt say anything in the background/laughs in the background - and you are to consider that notification that they are on their way with your product.
