Well I can honestly say for a dentist visit you couldnt pick a better place to go. They are friendly courteous, caring, and completely professional. I personally have never been to a better dentist office environment. And Im pretty picky about the kind of environment I want to be in.The people are so nice and friendly that they are the kind of people I would like to hang out with go fishing and grill out. It is never pleasant to get a crown but it went quickly and the temporary crown fit so much better with the new system. I had not experience that before so was thrilled, I was done I. 1 hr and 10 min.

Came to Hagen Dental Practice for replacement of veneers on my front teeth that they initially applied almost 20 years ago, but alas were showing signs they needed to be replaced. I am no expert, but a quick google search shows that modern veneers are expected to last 10-15 years. The fact that the original ones applied by them using old technology by todays standards lasted 20 years means a lot to me. It shows they did great work in the tooth prep and application of the veneer. I have a temporary in place now awaiting the final veneers from the lab. I am sure they will be beautiful. Dr. Hagen and staff did a great job!

A routine check-up appointment taken on time, no waiting. Ive always thought that Dr Hagen and his staff not only are interested in your oral hygiene but your overall health in general. Whether a check-up or dental work required, its always been a pleasant experience.

All of my visits have been accommodating given my scheduling needs, and my hygienist, Mary is thorough and easy to talk to, which makes the appointment go by quickly. The staff was very professional and friendly. The only thing that upset me was the fact that my treatment plan/payment was not explained to me PRIOR to the procedures. This was my first time using my employer’s dental insurance and I was unaware that my sealants would NOT be covered. Had I known this in advance I wouldnt have agreed to them honestly. So, I was SHOCKED when I learned I owed a balance of $418, especially during this pandemic with work hours being cut and paying for babysitters due to lack of childcare options.. as a single mom, I just dont have that kind of money. I was credited back 2 of the sealants but it was still a lot of money I was NOT prepared to spend.

It goes without saying that Dr. Hagen and his staff are off the chart in their competence. There isnt anything that they cant fix, and fix it right! The fact that the entire staff including the front office treats you like family is an added blessing. They all sincerely care about you and your dental health.

Hagen Dental is what I expect but more. I sometimes wonder if this can only be found in nearby places where one has established the environment as home. There are reasons why we migrate to where we feel comfortable and Hagen Dental Practice is not an exception.

Such a wonderful staff. My 6 year old was going into get his two front teeth removed and was very nervous but the staff made him feel right at home. They have a way of talking with kids about each step of the process that feels relate-able and not scary. They even had a prize basket where he could pick out a toy if he behaved and had a good teeth cleaning. They thought of every aspect to make things easy and fun for kids. Im not a patient at this office so Dr. Hagen and his staff are first rate in their field. They did make a bad choice in hiring J. Anthony Homes for their remodel. This contractor is notorious for not paying their invoices after repeated attempts to contact and collect. Buyer beware!

Almost 15 years ago I had major dental problems and unfortunately needed a lot of work done. Dr. Hagen and team put in more than a half dozen crowns over a short period, all of which I still have today! All of that work, and all of those years and I never once had an issue. While taking my wife on an appointment I was going to make and appointment to have my Maryland Bridge repaired.It had broken out about a few days earlier. Without an appointment they took me in then right away.I have never suffered any pain during any of my visits. They have a very fine staff and the atmosphere is professional and friendly.
