This is the best DDS practice that I have ever experienced. I do miss Dr. Myers but he is now at the Beechmont location doing the same great work that I experienced while in the Mariemont location.

Recently, I had put off going back to the dentist for too long after mostly negative experiences my entire life. I came to Advance Dentistry reluctantly because of some concerns about gum health.I figured that getting angrily lectured at by a dentist about drinking coffee and soda & my imperfect flossing habits and getting painfully poked and prodded by a bumbling hygienist came with the territory of maintaining oral health.Advance Dentistry has been a revelation. Everyone has been kind and respectful. Most importantly, the Dentists and Hygienists are more concerned with your health outcomes and giving you ways to improve them than making you feel bad about not having perfect teeth. In other words, they act like proper medical professionals!My gum health is improved, I no longer put off dentist appointments, and my motivation to keep up with flossing (I use a waterpik) and other good oral health practices is higher than it ever was under the old-fashioned dentistry-by-guilt model.I highly recommend Advance Dentistry. They changed my whole perspective on dental care.

Initial procedure was fine but follow up was a nightmare. The short of it; Dr. Donaldson refused to help fix a filling and then literally trapped me in a room when I attempted to walkout. I sincerely regret ever considering this place. How these people acted during my follow up really makes me question how they treated me while I was sedated.If this were a male dentist and a female patient today’s interaction would be a much bigger deal. Instead the treatment coordinator simply called to schedule another follow up without even acknowledging what I experienced today. If you feel the need to come to this place make sure you’re not seeing Dr. Donaldson.

Megan was very friendly and did a great job getting me set up for my dental cleaning. Kristen was my hygienist, and I think i had the most thorough cleaning I ever had. Before my cleaning, Megan and Kristen mapped out characteristics of each of my teeth for future reference. Advance has the latest equipment and technology and their staff are very skilled using it - on top of that they are very professional and just good people.

Let me start by saying that I had 4 hours of dental work completed all at one time with the IV sedation. Ive had a phobia with dentists for so many years that I let my oral health fall by the wayside. I finally had no choice but to see the dentist and thank goodness I came to Advanced Dentistry. I cant even explain how kind everyone is. Its like they go over and beyond to make sure youre comfortable and the whole office is so beautiful and clean. If you are scared of the dentist, give this place a try. I promise it will change your life, it changed mine and Ill never go anywhere else again. Thank you Advanced Dentistry!!!!

DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE OF BUISNESS Spent 7k on this visit and the didnt even extract the tooth that was the main reason and health concern for the visit was not given an antibiotic after the failed surgery. Was told I must now spend an additional 1000+ to get another visit. Now the kicker.... I called 3 times to get in contact with the coordinator and no call back. Now its the weekend and the tooth needs to come out and my wife cant wait and I am dont listening to a wife howling in pain because I already spent the money to fix this. I will now need to pay another dentist to do their job .This is sad to think the businesses your family paid almost 100k or more to couldnt care less. THIS IS A SHAME DR. SAYERS!!!

I usually never have complaints for the practice, but I thought Id leave my opinion about the last two visits. Last month I waited 40 minutes to be seen and left the officer after waiting a total of 50 minutes. Today, I waited 15 minutes after my scheduled appointment to be seen. The computer shut down and I had to wait a little longer. I have to return next month, so I will see how that goes before I decide if I need to find another dentist.

I have had great experience with Advanced Dentistry for several years I love my dental hygienic.

Extremely professional business staffed by wonderful people who are both knowledgeable and friendly. Inside the facility is immaculate with a comfortable waiting area with free Wi-Fi. They take every safety precaution to protect their employees and customers during the pandemic. Their services are a bit pricey compared to other dentists in the area, but you definitely get what you pay for. Well worth the cost.

I wish I could give zero stars, all they care about is money. Last year, I needed about $5k worth of work done and they wouldnt touch me unless I paid for it up front. I dont know a lot of people who can do that, especially during COVID. They do not offer payment plans. I left the office in pain and in tears. A year later, I got a bill in the mail for $2. I called to ask why and they said they dont send bills under $5 because they assume youll be back in for more work/cleanings. I let the woman know that I havent been back and wont be back because I had a horrible experience. All she said was okay, Ill let her know. She didnt ask why, she didnt apologize, nothing. Left me feeling uncared for, once again. Very disappointing.

I recommend Dental hygienist Leesa. I always feared getting my teeth cleaned until she became my hygienist. She is so personable & friendly. She is gentle but gets the job done. She makes me not fear the cleanings at all.

This is the best team you could find anywhere. They always go above and beyond expectations and provide incredible care all while sharing a positive attitude. If you are looking for a new doctor or dental team, you owe it to yourself to call Advanced Dentistry! Should be able to give 10 stars!

I have been going to Advanced Dentistry for the past few years. The office is nice and run well. My hygienist Leesa is great and makes going to the dentist not a chore.

I’ll break this up into 3 parts:1. The good parts2. The pain3. The anesthesia1. My teeth look good, and the staff was friendly! They did thoroughly answer any questions I asked, about wisdom teeth/braces, and they didn’t pressure me when I decided not to do either, which was very nice. They got me in quickly, I was impressed!2. However, I was not informed beforehand how much pain this could cause, and for how long. I had quite a few cavaties filled, and a deep cleaning. This took 3 hours. Afterward, I couldn’t chew anything, or touch my teeth together when I talked. Unless water was lukewarm, it brought extreme pain. Same with food. Too warm or cool meant EXTREME pain, and I had to simply lay down until pain meds kicked in. My jaw ached terribly, and it gave me headaches... The pain was constant, and would spike throughout the day, even when I didn’t eat or drink anything. It’s been nearly 2 weeks now, and the only difference is... sometimes I can chew soft food without pain, and the pain throughout the day is less... most of the time. With pain meds, anyway. Like, I never forget it’s there, but I can function in life. Sometimes it goes away for a short while.But I had no idea the pain would be like that... some warning there would have been nice. Saying “you may have some discomfort” or “sensitivity to hot or cold” doesn’t tell me much. 😕 There’s a difference between sensitivity and bad PAIN, you know? Not to mention when they called me a week later I found out this pain and sensitivity could last for 5-6 MONTHS. So that sucks. They said I should mostly be better after a week, but so far that isn’t true. 😔 I was quite ill-prepared. I have a very restricted diet (no sugar or gluten) so I need to know all of this way ahead of time so I can cook a few weeks’ worth of super soft food before the procedure. As it is, if my mom hadn’t cooked for me, I wouldn’t have eaten much besides lukewarm applesauce for the first solid week and a half.I farm... this is busy season, summertime... I need more food than that.3. I appreciate that they put me under for the procedure. However, I was completely unaware they gave me the same drugs they use for wisdom teeth removal. I thought I was just getting the same stuff hospitals use when you get a lower GI scope done. But no, it’s different... I normally react well to being put under, but this time I was very upset and depressed afterwards. It was really bad for that day, and I could tell I wasn’t myself for at least a few days. I still think I’m off. I was not warned about this possibility. I was not told what meds were being used. I had an MRI scheduled for later that same day, but I was so zonked out my mom had to reschedule it for me. I have never reacted that badly to anesthesia in my entire life.So. A little warning would have been nice. Had I known what was going on and been aware what I was feeling was due to the medicine, I would have coped MUCH better emotionally.To sum it up:They got the job done. As far I can tell, they did well. My teeth needed done. However, being fully informed of what’s going to happen and how I’ll feel afterwards, so I can fully prepare... is important to me. And they did not do a good job of that. I understand many people would be turned off when told what could go wrong, but I really need to know. I didn’t think to ask the questions I now know I should have asked. So if you’re like me, and need to prepare ahead, my advice is: Ask for details. How could this affect me? What side effects have people suffered? What about their pain level? Sensitivity to heat/cold? For how long?Had I known all of this beforehand, I would have still had dental work done here. But I would have waited until after the garden died down in the fall. It has been a big hindrance during a critical time. This is the first dental work I’ve had since having cavities filled before senior pictures 8 years ago... I had a ton of cavities back then too, and that experience wasn’t like this. But, at least now, I know what to expect.I hope this was helpful to someone else!

The front desk employee’s are extremely rude. I will never come back to this place. Very unprofessional. I do not recommend Advanced Dentistry. They lost me as a customer.

Lisa and Dr. Gobble are wonderful. It’s a far drive for me but I keep going back because I like these two so much. They really listen and they are extremely polite.

We were initially very happy with the service received here but were recently not well informed on financial aspects of our care. This was extremely poor patient care and appears they were out for financial gain only.

Great experience as always at my Dentist. The woman who did my cleaning today, Kristen, did a great job with not only the cleaning but also explaining everything she was doing and coaching me on best practices. It was more than a you need to floss more! message as she showed me HOW to floss properly and also recommended other tools like battery powered toothbrushes and water pics. She also was very understanding of my teeth sensitivity issues and worked with me to make sure it was pain free. And she ended it by recommending a fluoride treatment that would also help with the sensitivity and added it on free of charge. Great service from start to finish and highly recommended.

Ive been to several dentist over the years and everyone wants to do cosmetics or extract extract extract. Here, they not only sit you down with options but they Care. Theyve nicely removed old amalgam fillings, painless extraction mine were and their goal is to save teeth. Theyre expensive without insurance but worth it. I have along way to go with work that needs to be done but this place is my mouths home😁.

I am a patient that has gone to this location for more than 10 years. I live over 45 min away and every time I go there they need me to come back to meet with someone else. Being honest the first appointment last week (Friday) I was 8 min late (yes 8 minutes) but called and told the receptionist ahead of time (yes, its on my recorded call) where she said fine. I had to argue with them that day as I had a front tooth crown break (it was my anniversary weekend) just to get them to see me. I then reschedule to be seen again today (Tuesday) and was early but had to wait over 25 minutes to be called back, HMMMM (is my time not as valuable)? Then was taken to a so called treatment coordinator and my dentist that examined me or as I call them (pocket shakers) to get all the $ they can from me. I was then told I needed to come back again because Dr. Sayres needed to go over my plan and did not have the few minutes it would take to do it at that time and by the way hes also off Friday and most of Thursday. Again I explained that I live over 45 min away but it didnt seem to matter to them. I am not complaining on the work they do but instead the professionalism that is shown to paying customers and lets try to leave the customer with a little money in their pockets instead of trying to bleed them dry. That would go a long way Dr. Sayres.

I cannot say Thank you to this staff enough and my smile journey has only just begun!!! I have horrible teeth due to bad genetics and growing up poor! The staff didn’t make me feel bad about my teeth during my first visit or my visit today to have IV sedation to remove 5 broken teeth. Let me say I was terrified! So much in fact that I didn’t get to sleep until around 3 am this morning and woke up late for my appointment! I called them immediately and they were very understanding and told me they would see me when I got there. Upon arriving I told them I was petrified and I was reassured by every staff member that came into contact with, that I was in good hands! And they were right! So professional, so courteous, and so understanding! I will never go to another dentist and my family will be moving our business to this practice! So kudos to this staff!! And if you are reading my review, I promise you are in the hands of the best dental team I have ever met!!!

Desk staff and Dental hygiene ists are awesome here . I have a pretty bad fear of dentists, but I like working with the ones in this office . Everyone is considerate and observes covert 19 protocols. This office makes it possible for me to go to the dentist which is something I couldnt do for quite a while.

Lindsay was my hygienist, Meghan was our recorder and Dr White the attending Dentist. All three were professional and clearly enjoyed their jobs. I was at ease and comfortable from the moment I walked in the door.

Nicole the treatment coordinator is so great. I called 2 or 3 times in a weeks time to ask questions about financing and the procedure. Not one time did I feel like I was a bother to her. The dental assistant Laura is so great as well. I was able to request her to be in the procedure with me and knowing she was there made all the difference in the world. I do realize that I could go somewhere else less expensive and a lot closer to me being I live in Springdale, Ohio. They make the money and the drive worth it in my opinion. They are LGBTQIA friendly which is the icing on the cake for me. They allow me to use my preferred name and pronouns were used without their ever being judgement or a mix-up. I definitely recommend them to anyone.

This is probably my third visit here and Im so glad to have found this place. Everyone is friendly. They dental hygienists are personable but get you out of here quickly and on your way. The hours they offer are great as well. Every other dentist office I have dealt with is rarely open late and usually never on Fridays. Id recommend this place to anyone looking for a new dentist with super flexible and convenient hours.

Leesa is the best hygienist! I get super anxious going to the dentist and she makes me feel so much better! My teeth feel amazingly clean! She truly does care about her patients. I’ve seen several of the doctors as well and they are all great and super nice. I would highly recommend!

My sister is disabled and uses a wheelchair. The staff were very friendly, and very helpful in accommodating her needs. They went above and beyond for us. Accessibility outside made it easy to enter and exit without obstacles. THANK YOU, TO ALL THE STAFF!

They do a terrible job. I had fillings and they all had issues with chipping or falling out within 3 months.They leave to go to consultations with other patients while working on you. They also charge way more than most other dentists, its an absolute ripoff here.Its clear they care only about money, and getting people in and out as fast as possible with no care about the quality of the work they do.

A great experience at a dental office...it could be as rare as a unicorn! Seriously, thats what I experienced (twice) at Advance Dentistry. Everyone is personable, caring and professional. Everything is explained in detail, and you are ENCOURAGED to call or email with any questions. Dr. Sayre has built a practice he can be extremely proud of, with a staff that is proud to work for him. We all have to go to the dentist (someone had to tell you), so go here. Get great care from great people.

I had my first dental appointment here and loved it. They confirmed and reminded me of my visit which some dentist have not done for me. I was greeted appropriately and the staff including the Dentist was extremely polite. I had a sweet associate named Savannah who made me feel less anxious.Dr. Meyers was realistic and honest with me. I will continue to visit this office and definitely recommend others to as well.

I used to DREAD going to the dentist, but for the past 5 years, since I started going to the Fairfax office of Advance Dentistry, my experiences have all been great! Its a very calming place, and the staff are ALL competent and compassionate. I especially enjoyed the great hygienist and assistant I had today! Stephanie (and Megan!) completely understood me when I explained my apprehensions and, with their wit, humor, and expertise, helped to get me in and out fast including X-rays. I highly recommend these great people!

Only thing this place cares about is money. They will lie to you and take money without explaining the entire process. 1850 for 1 denture. This place is a joke and ran by scam artists.

The best place to go for your teeth! Leesa is an awesome hygienist and Diana is great too. I have seen several of the dentists and they are all really great as well. Everyone cares a lot about patient education and they dont make you feel self conscious or guilty. I highly recommend to everyone.

This was my first visit to this office and will not be my last. I have to say this was my most comfortable visit to get my teeth cleaned and a check up Ive ever had. Kristen was my hygienist and she was great. I was comfy the whole time, she made sure I was doing good while she worked and my teeth feel great too. Diana also helped and she was so nice and helpful! I was also impressed with their whole teeth/jaw scans, which no other office Ive ever been to had scans like this office. Super happy I found this place and Kristen will always clean my teeth! Super happy that I had to share.

This dentist is amazing! I was referred to them by my wife after several mistakes with my previous dentist office who I had been with for years. I have to say that everyone in the office was cheerful and happy and smiling (something that didn’t really happen at the previous office) which is awesome because it is a dentist office after all! Leesa is my hygienist and she did a fantastic job with making me feel welcomed. I drive an extra 20 min one way to go to this office and see you hygienist, they are that good!

They had multiple scheduling issues. Some of this was due to COVID but they also switched my dentist and wouldn’t let me see my old doctor. I had multiple cleanings cancelled and then they said they couldn’t schedule one for me for 5 months. I just got tired of being jerked around. If you need a place with organized service, DO NOT GO TO ADVANCED.There are lots of good family practices that will do sedation dentistry in Cincinnati. Do you a favor and save yourself from the headache of advanced dentistry

Very nice, approachable, and knowledgeable. The office was very clean and organized. The staff were always smiling and willing to answer any questions. They will talk with you about your teeth for as long as you want. It has been a while since I have had dental work done and this is a leap above what I expected.

I have had a number of dental issues over the years and have run into a number of dentists who are looking at me with dollar signs in their eyes which left me not to thrilled with going to the dentist . Advance Dentistry changed how I feel about going to the dentists the staff is courteous, and kind I never once felt like I was being told untruths about my level of care. Dr. Sayers and his colleagues have done an amazing job of restoring my smile and faith in dentists.

Always have a great experience at Advanced Dentistry. My hygienist, Kristen, is amazing! The staff is also super friendly. I never have to wait and at the same time the cleaning never feels rushed. Always feel comfortable and leave feeling clean 😀

I would like to thank all of the staff for making my visit the dentist enjoyable (well, as enjoyable as a visit to the dentist could be). Leesa is the best dental assistant ever!! She is always so upbeat, friendly, and most of all, caring. She always makes sure I am comfortable and she explains what she is doing. Leesa makes me feel like I matter and that Im not just another patient. I like the fact that she greets me at the door and walks me back to the front once we are done (its not just a hi- bye thing). I also think its nice that she introduces me to the billing secretary and tells her what we did during the appointment. The dentists are always friendly and they make sure I understand what they are saying. I have never had a bad experience at Advance Dentistry.

This is the first dentist I ever looked forward to going to. I appreciate that they always schedule my cleanings with my hygienist (Alice) - she is amazing. I finally let them take my wisdom teeth a few years ago and they made it an easy, painless process.

The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. The whole experience is pleasant.

All around fantastic! The office is beautiful, staff friendly and helpful, scheduling and rescheduling appointments are a breeze. My dentist retired after 40 years of practice so I wasnt looking forward to the change. Now I wish I did it sooner! The ladies who worked on my teeth today were engaging, informative and funny! Put my mind to ease in an instant!!

This was my dental practice for many years & procedures. I’ve given this practice many thousands of dollars in dental work. I had another implant procedure coming up, and I will not return. I let the “coordinator” know this when she called to schedule it, and was never asked why, or anything. Just told OK. Implants are a long procedure to anyone who doesn’t know, multiple appointments and this is normal. The first 3 were done. I was due to come back and have crown seated. This was back in March. Right in the very beginning of COVID-19. It wasn’t in Ohio yet, supposedly, but we became quite ill and tested positive for the Flu. I had classic symptoms of coronavirus though, and called to reschedule my appointment and was told, that wouldn’t be necessary, that the doctors wear gloves and mask. I said, what about the people not in masks and gloves in the waiting room, do we worry about them? Silence. Remember, this was before everything, and before we were advised to start wearing masks by the CDC. So I rescheduled the appointment for May (I wanted time for the pandemic to be over or close!) I am high risk, I can’t take chances, especially when it’s obvious you’re still encouraged to come if you’re sick. I later rescheduled again for June when things still weren’t over. The little piece they uncovered at my last visit had long fallen off, so I knew they were going to have to uncover that area again. They uncovered this, put the crown on, and replaced a filling all in the same visit. The dentist removed the old filling, but had some assistant put new filling back in. The pain was great following this procedure. I expected that. I wasn’t expecting the pain to continue and get a lot worse a week later. I called, they had me come in, Dentist admitted it looked swollen and inflamed and I was concerned with infection and/or the tooth they filled, was done incorrectly by a non-dentist. Even the dental assistant brought up to the dentist, could it be from the tooth we filled in front of the implant, should we X-ray it? She was told No. Then he stood up from his seat, and said “I’m not giving you pain meds if that’s what you came in for??” - I was astonished, embarrassed and actually very upset he would even say that to me. I wasn’t asking for anything, wasn’t even on my mind, in fact I still had some pain meds left from original very first procedure of pulling the tooth done in late 2019 had I wanted them bad enough, all I was doing was coming back in bc the receptionist told me too when I mentioned the pain was still so bad that it’s waking me up at night. All I wanted to know was that, is this normal? Is their something else going on. Infection, bad root in tooth they filled, etc. Clearly their is, for him to immediately put the spotlight on me, and treat me like a drug seeking individual. I’m still in pain today with an occasional low grade fever from whatever they did and although pain not as bad finally, their should be ZERO. It’s been 3 + weeks. I’ll be getting a second opinion soon, if their is something wrong, they’ve not heard the last from me. Sadly this dentist I believe owns the practice, so their is no one “above him” to go to and make aware of this very unfortunate and unfair treatment, beyond the State board.

Alice and her co-workers always make dental appointments as easy and painless as possible. As someone who has had a lot of dental and orthodontic work over the years, visits to the dentist were not always a positive experience but I know Alice and the rest of the team will listen to my questions and concerns and address them with compassion and expertise.

I went to Advance on the advice of a friend. I hadnt seen a dentist in years, and I was pretty nervous. My first cleaning went great! I opted for nitrous during that cleaning, which made for a relaxing visit. My followup appointment was unaided by any painkillers, but it was still an overall pleasant experience (as pleasant as going to the dentist could be expected, at least). The staff is friendly and professional, and the facility is modern and clean. If recommend Advance Dentistry to anyone who is looking for a new dentist, especially those like me who havent gone in a good while.

Ive been a patient here for nearly 3 years. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. The office is clean and modern. And commercials are true- they do not judge. Dianna and Allison so thorough,friendly and keeps you at ease

My last experience at Advance Dentistry was fantastic. Dr. Donaldson was a pleasure to work with. She was quickly able to repair my permanent which had been giving me issues for months. The hygienist Alice was the best ive ever had. Her side kick assistant Megan worked very well together to my my appointment quick, painless, and easy!

My wife and I have been patient here for over two years. We like it here. Clean, friendly, and top notch service. With this place, I don’t even mind going to the dentist office.. I get my teeth cleaned from Kitty. She’s the best and makes my teeth have that clean feeling, it’s worth the trip each time. It’s always great seeing and talking to her as well as she make my experience pleasant and painless as possible.
