I dont know, but they have done all they can do. the irs have had my tax a long time. 01/22/2021. This is not right, people who are not working are getting money. For sitting at home.

The atmosphere there was very drab and not very clean. There was one desk with one tax preparer. Wanted $300 to get my $600 refund. Dont bother calling first cause u get very little info.

The lady who did my taxes was very harsh. She wrote my email wrongly in the system despite me filling out the form collect. She got smart with me in fact I was in tears when I walked out. Do i recommend this place no no and no
