If I could give 10 stars, Nick would deserve them. I was deserted by the big name realtors because of some complications with the sale of my house. Nick stepped in and despite the sale taking over 6 months he got it done. He is the epitome of dedication and integrity, he worked hard for the commission he got and he earned every penny of it. I have never recommended a realtor before and I doubt I ever will again. If you need a realtor you can trust, Nick is the person you need.

First off, I would like to say that having Motz Real Estate involved in the sale of our house was, on a scale of one to ten, a solid ten plus. Nick Motz’s experience as a Real Estate Broker and Contractor was perfect for our situation.
