I will have to say my experience doesnt match most of the other reviews.We all have bad days so I hope thats all it was. I normally get my oil changed at Valvoline using full synthetic. I was told Pennzoil synthetic is better. My car is turbocharged and I like having the extra protection. I pulled in and they started on the oil change right away. They than started putting oil in my car and i asked what type they were adding. They replied Synthetic blend. I told them i wanted full synthetic. The response I got was that I should lead with that next time. Maybe they do things differently here but I have always been asked no matter where I go what type of oil I want. It was a missed opportunity for them to generate more revenue and have a happy repeat customer. I was not pleased with the attitude from the Technician. As I stated at the beginning it couldve just been someone having a bad day which we all have. You only get 1 first impression.

I have been coming to this location for over 20 years and they never disappoint. Their 10 min oil change is usually about 7-8 mins! Super friendly staff and always on point!

Family own business, my wife took her car to the Milford location for years, I used to get my done at Toyota dealer, but they always wanted to sell me more useless service. So she told me to try this place. It was easy and painless. While i ask for a tire rotation according to the Toyota technician, they told me the tires are good for another one or two oil change. Honest people and I have not return to Toyota ever since, not to mention I am only paying half of what I paid at Toyota and its not a half day event anymore.

This place and fast and cheap. They staff there are so nice. I had a cap missing inmy car so they spend 10 minutes trying to find me a cap. Its so inexpensive is about twice as cheap as other places and they dont try to up sell anything. Other places will try to sell wipers or other services and can be pushy. Here they only ask what you need.

Not knowing their business hours, I pulled up 10 minutes before they closed for an oil change. Instead of an employee politely telling me theyre done doing oil changes for the day. I had a bald headed employee stand behind the bay door violently shaking his head and making hand gestures at me. I quickly realized that he must be trying to tel me theyre closed while throwing a temper-tantrum. There are lots of oil change locations in the area, find one that has a minimum level of respect for their customers.

One of our regular customers came to their store for an oil change the day after we had done some work on their vehicle. The check engine light was on after they did an oil change and they tried but could not get the code to reset. Our customer brought back the vehicle to us. It was blatantly obvious that they left the oil fill gun in the engine and started it, causing damage. After we removed the valve cover and verified the damage we called the store and the manager refused to even talk about anything they could have done wrong and just flat out denied that they could have possibly under any circumstances done anything wrong. It is very unprofessional to be so closed minded, and its irrational to think your business is capable of perfection. I am very very displeased with the business.
