This is my third time going to Vivi nails. I like the fact that they are open on Sundays. When I walked in on 9.26 I noticed that there was a receptionist who looked at me when I walked but did not greeted me, which I thought was pretty not good customer service like. I said hello right before stopping in front of the reception desk and just barely heard an audible hello. The young lady asked if I had an appointment then instructed me to sign in once I answered with a no. The young lady, I believe her name was Lisa, who did my pedicure did a wonderful job and had better customer service than the receptionist. Lisa even got the dead skin on the top of my toes. I dont know if Vivi has a new owner, if they do the new owner needs to train their receptionist on good customer service skills. I.E. Greeting customers when they walk in. She never greeted one person the whole time I was there. Again the pedicure was excellent (even thought my grandson still will not allow me to touch him with my feet) and so was Lisas customer service. But the front desk leaves a whole lot to be desired.

Every time I go to this nail shop my nails turn out bad. This Time when I went the guy was rushing and really messed up my nails. I didnt have time to try and argue and to get them repaired because I had a show to go to. But this is how they turned out. This has happened more then once. This was a rushed job.

Usually go to US nails... but they didnt have an opening for the time frame I needed. So decided to give this place a try. Boy am I sorry that I did.My nails are uneven, bulky and look like I let my 8yo do them with press on nails! Blah. Now I get to go pay someone else to do my nails way sooner than I need to. Thanks for nothing!

Usually when I go I’m satisfied, but last time I went, I had to change the design I wanted 3 times because the girl wasn’t able to do them. I thought i chose something fairly simple for her to execute… but I was very disappointed with how my nails turned out. Shape was wrong, SNS application was messy, & I told her that it didn’t have to be SNS, that I just wanted my nails to look nice & she told me next time I come don’t pick out something with a bunch of different colors…

The week of May 28th I got my nails and feet done at this establishment my feet were not done but and one of my nails fell off. $75 for nothing. My birthday party was the 29th I was very disappointed because the place I originally go to was full. Though I have been here before and wasnt satisfied then I thought Ill try it again. As a matter of fact my birthday was the next day and I asked about the birthday special. All in all this should have paid me to do my feet and my nails not happy at all

Went here to have my nails fixed and Mark was absolutely amazing he gave me great service and beautiful nails I definitely plan on going back!!!

Literally the worst experience I’ve ever had.. $70 for pink acrylic after they spent 45 mins playing on my nails teaching another tech to do an style they ended up not being able to do. I would never be back nor would I suggest them. EXTREMELY OVERPRICED WITH POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Always overbooked and never on time for appointments. We had a spa pedicure and sns nails and nothing about it was relaxing or spa like. My nail technician rushed through my pedicure, my feet arent smooth and I could have done a better job doing them myself. When my daughter stated that her water was too hot, my nail technician said someone will be with her when we get time and didnt adjust the water temp. Very rude, poor quality and poor service for 150 dollars, Ill never go back.

They charged extra money to my card when they told me just 43 dollars I was charged 52 dollars and my nails are lopsided there is nail polish on my fingers and they are shorted than I told them to do it and they rushed on my nails and I honestly would not recommend

This place is really nice and the people are amazing that work their. The person that did my nails was amazing I did not get a name. But I do know that the person that did my nails took their time and did not rush at all. Made sure that I was happy with my nails before I left and that is amazing. I am going back in 2 weeks to get my nails done again.

I have been going to ViVi Nails pretty much since they have been open. Never would I have had a bad word to say about them especially when Lenny worked there but for those who go there know she was fired (or quit). Once Lenny was fired (or quit) i had my nails done by Sophia, until she seemed to have an attitude one day becauseI asked for my sns to be thicker to last longer, mind you, she and her husband own the place. After that experience, I started making appointments with her sister, Anna. It was, at one point, a pleasant experience. I can no longer say that. I feel rushed, or feel like Ive done something wrong from the very moment I walk in the door! Today, Anna did not speak to me while doing my nails at all. She cut my skin of the side of my finger and did not apologize which it happens, I know but usually an apology would follow. After she finished, when I tipped her I didnt even get a thank you just a nice day. Anymore I feel super unappreciated which is so odd considering a business should be very appreciative of YOUR business.. I hate that now I will be trying to find somewhere else to go! I used to absolutely LOVE this place and would rave to everyone about them and recommend them to everyone and now Im forced to find another place.

I went last weekend and had a mani/pedi for my granddaughter after tech was done her ties snd nails looked great but once she got a bath her polish on nails came off i also paid extra for shellac up charge of 15.00 on her toes and after a couple days Polish started coming off her services were 63.00. I myself had full set put on they were messy i soaked nails off I will never recommend this salon to anyone waste of money i spent

If I could give my experience a zero rating, I would! I couldn’t hear anything she said because she had a mask on, was talking on the other side of the plexiglass and the salon was busy with chatter. She rolled her eyes at me several times because she had to repeat herself. Nail tech was extremely rude! While my nails were drying, she pointed at my phone/wallet and asked if my payment was in there? I said yes and I went to get my card out. She flipped out and told me to keep my hands under the dryer. She then grabbed my wrists and slammed them into the position she wanted them in. Then she grabbed my phone, opened the wallet and took my card out and asked if the top card was what I planned to pay with. I was mind blown and didn’t know what to do. I said yes. She then processed my payment. I never saw a receipt. I left the salon feeling abused and assaulted. No one deserves to be handled in such a manner! I’ve had my nails done at many places and I have never experienced such terrible services.

So after reading the mixed reviews I decided to give this place a try because they’re right around the corner from my house. I booked online but I received a call an hour and fifteen minutes before my appointment letting me know that the nail tech I requested couldn’t take me at that time. Why have available time slots online when you’re not really available?!?! My schedule is to busy so a time change wouldn’t work for me. Now I have to find somewhere else to go. This was a major inconvenience and a disappointment. I won’t try to book with them again. Not professional!!

This is my second visit here & Lisa is AMAZING after a long day of work at Lowe’s I need these DAWG done and she’s delivered like she’s does all the time I recommend this place to all my family and friends I will be back

Jenny did such a beautiful 😍 job on my mani an pedi, I came in late an was the last one there, even us both being in a hurry, my man waiting in the car with our toddler, she made a faster way to get me fully serviced an my toes an finger nails 🤩 I got ruby slippers powder on my nails an she matched my toes perfectly! They look the exact same as the ruby slippers on wizard of oz 🤩 they also wax eyebrows if needed!

They are amazing the took very good care my girls (7 and 2). The nail tech that did my 2 year olds nails was very patient with her and even added some glitter to her nails for sparkle effect. I definitely will be coming back for myself very soon.

I loved my visit here. This is my nail salon from now on. Rita did a fantastic job on my nails..way better then any of the other Ive been to. And Ive used quite a few salons in the western hills area.I plan on returning soon as i need a fill.GO TO THIS SALON!! YOU WONT BE DISAPPOINTED!!

I dnt like how they sit you down and tell you that they cannot do your nails. Long or short nails plus she refuse to do my nails. I didn’t cause no problem I was actually polite and understanding. However the lady told me to sit down after I wash my hands. When it came to my turn she said she only do short nails. I told her that’s fine and she still told me no to my face. I really don’t like how rude she was and they need to do better with communication. All in all I want be back at all. How are you a spa nail place and you cannot do various of styles. Cut it and cancel the noise.Never will I be back.

They use poor quality products like top coat that peels, MMA monomer which is illegal. Rude nail techs. One of them cut my cuticles bad and left me bleeding. My nails fell off in 2 weeks and extremely poor quality nail polish. Do not recommend!

They up-charged me for my nails. First they said 60 then he talked to another coworker and changed it to 70. I didn’t not realize that on one hand my nails where shorter than the other hand until after we left the shop. I got my nails done Tuesday one of my nails already broke off.

This place is the best! Lenny does an amazing job with my nails. The customer service is amazing and they have so many SNS colors it makes it hard to chose sometimes! I love how great their customer service is and how accommodating they are. This place is very clean and welcoming! I would recommend them to everyone and have recommended them to my mom, sister, and best friends.

Lucy was amazing! I’ve been going there for a year and yesterday was my first time with her. I’ll only be scheduling with her from now on!

Love the way my nails and pedicures are done. Very clean, organized and everyone works as a team. Very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful with decision making and ideas for nails and color choices. Anna and Sophie are fabulous!

The place was ok. They didnt do my nails right but I loved the way the color turned out though. The guy who did my nails even was looking at the picture but only one nail was what I wanted. On the other hand the guy who did my daughters nails was so nice and funny. And her nails are great!!! If I go back I want him to do my nails! I only wish I could remember his name.

I went here on a family recommendation, and was not disappointed! Anna was my nail technician and did an outstanding job. She made sure each nail was the same length and filed to perfection. They have a very clean facility and have done a great job keeping with COVID regulations ! I will be returning !!

I went in for an SNS ombre and was assured my tech could do it. He just tool the lighter color and sprinkled it all over my nails. It is pretty but is not an ombre.

They stay busy due to most of them being great nail tech. I have only thought one nail tech had a bad attitude. But other than her most have been great nail tech and the prices are great. I always leave with my nails looking on point.

Terrible experience! Said we needed out by 1045... Told me I had to wait 15 minutes for nails to dry at 1050... Sorry I left a tip... Had to take polish off before I left place... Ridiculous

I dont why this place got such good reviews. The salon was dirty, plastic face shields looked like they had spit on them. Jenny the nail tech I had was terrible. I felt like all she wanted was to sell me a more expensive procedure. The nail polish was not applied to my nails evenly and it looked like I had 2 weeks nail growth when I left. No need to ever go back.

My first time going to this place was on 12/26/2020 and I’m glad I found this place! The lady that did my pedi took her time and I love how my feet lookAnd also I got a full set done with coffin shaped nails and I’m very pleased with them too! I will be going back from now on!

I usually visit once every few months and typically I’m served with a slightly apathetic mood. But today was the straw that broke the camel’s back. I made an appointment with a very busy hostess for 2pm. When I arrived, no one was at the door, it was overrun and crowded. No social distancing in the waiting area at all. The hostess wearing a mask (but not over her nose) came back at 2:20pm and barked orders at one of the staff to compete art for someone who was waiting. That person asked me (by name so I know they know who I am) to go sit in the pedicure area to await my appointment. At this point I’m exhausted as I’m undergoing very difficult chemo therapy. So I’m happy to go sit. When I was met with this completely unprofessional, unpleasant, and underprepared hostess who started to ask me why I was going to sit down. I have never been impressed with Vivi Nails customer service but today I’d had enough. I will not be back. You expect your customers to make things convenient for you when you are being paid for a service. You need to hire a front of house customer relations manager if you plan to continue business because from what I can tell you think I owe you understanding and patience for a sub par service.Prove me wrong.

Had shellac done by Moon today. She was perfect for me because I can be picky when it comes to my nails. She was a perfectionist and super nice. I haven’t had a manicure in prob 2 yrs because I was never fully happy. It def won’t be 2 yrs again and I’ll def request Moon.

I waited over a hour for a manicure and pedicure even though I had an appointment.I was finally sat in the pedicure chair where I waited in water and no one came.I finally said I’ll just get a pedicure because I knew it would probably take 2 hours until I got both services.The hostess were very sweet and seemed to care more about me waiting then management did.The place is very small,the chairs were dirty the floors were dirty.I finally put my shoes on and left.I’ve never experienced anything like this before.I’m not sure if it was because I was the only blacks person in their, either way it was a total sh.t show!!If they didn’t want to service me they should’ve turned me away.Total waste of gas and time.

I’m using my husbands log in but this place is awesome. My daughter is 14 and has only had her nails done a few times. She went today and we are very pleased with the results. They are very friendly and professional. I also liked their process and procedure for Covid precautions. We will definitely be back. Thank you for making my daughters day

The customer service is terrible. You can make an appointment but they dont sick to the appointment book. We had an appointment at 4, for there at 3:30, they didnt Start on me until 5:30. They ask you 4 or 5 times what service you are wanting, walk away in the middle of talking to you, just to come back and ask you what service youre wanting to walk away again....then act surprised when you say after your pedicure, Im suppose to get my nails done. Terrible. That happened to 5 people today.

I got a acrylics and he drilled two small holes through my nail with the electric file. This was after I was told I’d have to wait for one of the female nail techs because the man who checked me in didnt know how to do acrylics. Then i was put with another man who clearly also didnt know how. Probably should have waited for one of the female nail techs but i let them rush me into a chair and take my money :/

Everytime I come into vivi, I feel so welcomed and pampered! The nails are gorgeous for such an adorable price. The staff is amazing and super nice. By far the best nail salon!!

If I can give this place no stars I definitely would. We got there at 2:30 we did not leave until 546. We kept getting put on the back burner and waiting and waiting while everybody else was going because they were getting confused and wouldn’t turn anybody away. Also I couldn’t even get a simple nail that I asked for I kept trying to ask them to correct them but it seem like they did not understand what I was saying also my nails came out lumpy and I’m gonna have to get them corrected before my vacation sad to say I will not recommend this place to anybody or be back.

This is the only spot I go to get my nails done. Staff is friendly and they do a great job. Always love the way my nails turn out. :)

I been a costumer here for three years. Kevin always does the best on my nails. I always leave happy and feeling great.

I called and spoke to Mia and at that time she scheduled me an appointment for 3:30pm, which was fine, but I sat for an hour before I was even able to get my nails done. Once they decided it was my turn, I sat in the chair and had my nails complete in 30 minutes. And this isn’t the first time I had to sit for a period of time after scheduling an appointment. I can say they lost me as a customer.

I absolutely love coming here! Kevin is so good with management and taking care of his clients. I always see Bella, Anna or Sophia. They always do such an amazing job! The receptionist especially Gracey always takes care of me as well! 100% satisfied always!

The wait can be really long, so appointments are helpful. Prices are average. There are a ton of color options for sns. Downsides are how much nail they take off, mine have gotten so thin its painful. They dont just use a block to buff the tops, they have the dremmel type tool and at least for me it was too much. I never got a good manicure as far as trimming dead skin away around the nail when I have gotten sns. They just quickly use the electric tool around the skin. Also, rather than wrapping nails they have you soak your fingers in a bowl of acetone so the fumes can be a lot and skin can get really dry. Most of the staff are really nice and the place is tidy.

Awesome!!! The Lady who did mine was good, however she had to really work for it. It was painful but I had nail that was ingrown, maybe next time I will enjoy it better! I just dont know her name! 😉😎

I didnt have my nails done for a while, and my previous salon raised their prices outrageously, so I wanted to find another place to go. I decided to give Vivi a try, and Im so glad I did! As soon as I walked in, I was greeted with smiles. Who I assume to be the owner was walking around making sure everything ran smoothly and clients were being taken care of. Everyone was so friendly and professional. Sophia was my nail tech, and she is amazing! She took her time and my nails were perfect by the time she was done. Very clean and welcoming atmosphere. Im very impressed with Vivi, and I will definitely be coming back!

I made an appointment for 5:15. I arrived around 5:10 and checked in. I did not get sat until 6:05 and no one came to help me until 6:15. This place needs better time management and planning for appointments.

Vivi Nails is by far the best nail salon in Cincinnati. They are on time, efficient, and have a great attention to detail. My acrylics were perfect! Sorita does a fantastic job on both acrylics and SNS. While I never got anything super fancy, I’ve seen other clients with fantastic nail art and other cool effects. The prices are fair and the location is very clean. They are also taking very serious COVID protocols, which I appreciate!

He did a great job on my Manny Petty. Very clean! They did everything possible to prevent the spread of Covid. I felt safe.

A good friend and I went there to have a girls day or girls night out it was just the two of us in there at the end, the service was excellent from laughing and talking to the pedicures I will go back.

Jenny does great job. Takes her time to do them just right. She knows her colors. Give her an idea of what you want she can do. No wait, great sale. I always tip well and it pays off.

So I went here a few days ago and they are only doing appointments right now. I scheduled an appointment and requested Mike. However, I did not get Mike as my nail tech. That was a bit upsetting. Why ask who I want to book an appointment with if I’m not going to who I asked for? Anyways I’m not sure who did my nails, but it was honestly a painful experience and I didn’t even get what I wanted. I wanted an SNS with tip and that’s not even what I got. I got nicked a few times with the drill (or whatever it’s called). I bled a few times. I have cuts all over my nails. My nails also aren’t the same length either. I felt like I was being rushed the whole time I was there. This was a bad experience for me and I usually have good experiences when I come to this salon. I’m not sure if I’ll be back or not 🤷🏼‍♀️

My daughter (9) and I love going to Vivi for our pedicures. They treat her like an adult and give her the works. Everyone is nice and talkative. The also do a great job on sns. Have a problem with their quality or your were clumsy and messed up a nail? They will fix it even if its a day or two later. Just have to talk to them. They have a pretty solid group of employees. Glad theyre here!

Anna is amazing, and the whole staff is as well! I’ve been going to ViVi for a while now and wouldn’t go anywhere else! Everyone is very friendly! Not to mention this is the cleanest salon i’ve been to. Spraying and sanitizing tools, tables, chairs after each customer!

I always leave satisfied and the staff members know me by name which makes me feel appreciated. The salon is very clean and there are tons of options available for any look youre going for. I love Vivi!

They are usually really good but my last trip was horrific!The drill cut me so many times that my nails were hurting afterwards & my big toe on my right foot still hurts when I put shoes on (Its been about 2 weeks)..... I really dont even know what she did. I dont want that experience again so I am kind of scared to go back this time.I am not sure if I would recommend this place to someone else but if you do go just request Mike. She is the reason they are loosing customers & I believe they dont care. I dont know her connection to the shop but I wouldnt be surprised if she was related to a manger there because they will NOT approach her on her wrongdoings AT ALL.There has been many people that have complained about Jennie and I am sure it comes as no surprise that she is the women that I was talking about above who left my hands in pain after a visit for SNS. I have been a loyal customer and great tipper for 2 years (so have my friends) and were all leaving honestly because they dont care to misuse you if shes involved even if shes wrong. No business should treat their customers this way. Id honestly go somewhere else.This is coming from somone that chooses to stay at places and tips well on purpose. DO NOT go to this SHOP for any of your nail needs! 0/10 recommend
