After sitting in a new salon yesterday for 45 minutes and being ignored, I walked out. I called cleopatra and made an appointment for today. And I am glad I did. I did wait about 15 min to get in a chair. But the pedicure was great and the foot massage was the best Ive had. Will definitely come back. And the prices are very reasonable.

I used to love this place but now I can’t get in at all. I’ve tried calling multiple times to make an appointment and I’m always told there are no availabilities. I really hate getting my nails done at the mall but if they are never available I don’t have too many other options. I’d give them 5 stars if I could ever actually get in to get my nails done. It’s disappointing.

The staff are so nice and accommodating! I forgot to schedule my sons pedicure with my mom and I and they worked him in while we were there! Absolutely love this place! They are always super busy so make sure to schedule an appointment!

I must admit when I showed up on a Saturday afternoon and was told they might not be able to do my fill in I was not happy. I made an appointment to come back on Monday evening at 5:30 with no intention of keeping the appointment. Well I kept it and am very glad I did. What great service! I showed up and was taken back immediately! The gentleman who did my nails was so professional. The salon was very clean. What a great job. I’ll be back, but I’ll make an appointment!

I have an appointment every few weeks and have never been disappointed. Its been 2 years and not once have I walked out of the salon not satisfied. They are courteous, talented and professional. They remember you and they care about your life.This place rocks

I can almost always get in whenever I call. They are wonderful to try to work to find an appointment for me. Very clean, bright, pretty establishment. Efficient and talented staff. I am never unhappy. Anthony has worked hard to save toenails for me on two occasions. I am clumsy and stub my toes a lot. LOL

I came in to get a pedicure and the lady who done my nails started off as being very polite. When i ask her if i could have a flower design she started to have an attitude with me. She only painted my toes red and charged me 33 dollars. She was very upset and her whole tone came off like she was irritated. I was the only black client so I do believe she was treating me a certain way. I will never go back there.

If youre looking for an in-and-out sort of deal, this is your spot. I made an appointment in advance for a full set of acrylics and my nails came out looking pretty good. I was looking for more of an ombre effect but honestly my nail tech kinda made me feel like a burden, or like he wasnt able to do what I wanted but couldnt tell me for whatever reason. Part of getting my nails done, for me, is enjoying the atmosphere and some general conversation. I didnt get any of that, but my nails looked really great and lasted FOREVER. I wore them Dec. 18-Jan 15 and they could have stayed on longer.

This was my first time coming to Cleopatra Nails. I’ve been to many different nail salons and read the high reviews for this place and thought I would give it a try. I’m glad I did! Anthony did a beautiful job on my SNS nails, I will be back!

Been searching for a new regular nail salon around the area since I moved and my usual salon is in Florence, so I came across this location after searching online and reading countless reviews and decided to give them a try being that my nails were due for a fill in/polish change. Im so glad I did! Excellent service, clean place, great nail techs, and reasonable prices. I think my search for a nail salon has ended, I will absolutely be back. Love this place, I highly recommend!

This is my first time here. I walked in, and had a pedicure. It was so relaxing, and I was pleased to see that their tools were 1 time use. My technician even opened them in front of me before I could even ask. He took his time and I’m definitely coming back here.

Have been here multiple times and loved it. This time certainly part of the blame was on me. Both my daughter and I didnt realize we were requesting regular polish instead of gel. Hers took hours to dry. Mine is already chipping one day later. Shame on me. Next time Ill know to be sure to request gel polish rather than picking a color from the polishes on display.

This is the best place to get your nails done!! The Spa Pedicure is amazing and the massage chairs are so relaxing. The people and service are wonderful and professional.

I have been getting my nails done at Cleopatra Nails for years! They are awesome. Mindy is very creative and can paint beautiful designs on your nails. They are always polite. Their shop is clean. You are able to schedule appointments ahead of time. Ive never had a bad experience. Ive been a customer since 2010.

The young man that did my mani and pedi, did a great job. Was there 2day. Took a little while but it was bcuz he was really doing his job!!!! Clean place as well..... I definitely will go back.

I usually have a hard time finding a salon that does a good job, doesn’t mess up my nails or has fast service..but my nails look great and got right in so I have absolutely no complaints and would definitely recommend Cleopatra!!!

I love this place compared to other places I have been. Ive been to salons that are very small and cramped, you get moved around like musical chairs and then they rush as they start to get busy. Cleopatra is very clean and organized. Before visiting cleopatra I read reviews saying to make an appointment which I always have. I would suggest to make an appointment. They get you in the chair right away even when you are late like I was today. They take their time and are very professional. Today I got a pedicure and I noticed the tools had been autoclaved which is surgical sterilization. Ive never been anywhere else where that was done. They also clean the basins right away. Cleopatra is by far the best salon that I have been to.

Usually when you walk in with no appointment someone will give you a time frame for how long the wait will be. So when I was not informed i assumed we would be next in line. After waiting 45 minutes for a pedicure they then said that someone had scheduled an appointment but we would be next. Which would have taken at least another 30 minutes. Common courtesy would have been to inform us of that. Absolutely ridiculous.

I had full set and the colour went blur after 1 day wont come back again. Just a waste of money

Anthony is amazing.

My initial experience was great. I got a full set with shellac polish. Days after leaving my polish started to chip to the point where it completely came off. When I went back to get it fixed and show them what happen the guy was very rude basically saying it was my fault: I always get shellac and I have never had this happen. I will not not returning.

Just left this place wish I could do 0 stars Absolute Worst customers service I have ever received. They didnt greet when I came in they just looked at me, I waited for 15 mins in there for service and another lady walked in they greeted her asked what she needed done n they took her as soon as she came in because she had an appointment but someone could have serviced me also I will never go to this place again went over to cincinnati nails got greeted and serviced right then and there!!!!!!!!!

I like this place cause they do a good job but the wait is ridiculous every time I come here I sit for hours... Not worth it only here because I have a gift card.

Went here on a Wednesday. It was very slow only 3ppl working so it took nearly an hour before my nails were started. Once started she did a really good job of cleaning my nails and removing dead skin. Did a good Job on my shellac as I dont wear tips. She shaped my nails back true to shape and all of my lines were clean and even along with my corners. Would recommend if u are looking for quality. They are expensive however. I paid 31.95 only for a shellac on my short real nails.

I got a french pedicure and I am very happy. My toes will be perfect for my wedding this week; I made an afternoon appointment and was glad it was not crowded for a Saturday. It was some much needed R&R for my maid of honor and me. I loved the exfoleating legg massage and hot towel. I passed about 3 other nail shops on Colrane ave to come to Cleopatra Nails. I plan to come back.

This is my favorite place to go to get my acrilics and polish. Its an ok environment but their work is uncredible. You cant go wrong with Cleopatra. Very inexpensive too! Take it from me!

They do not even greet you when you walk in they just stared at me while I sign in. I didnt have an appointment got there at 5:30 but one girl who was late for her appt that was at 5:00 came at 5:40 the lady at table 3 finished uo with her client then seated the girl who was late for her appt. Right away. I dont know if they are prejudice racist or what but I work hard for my money and it spends just like everyone else. When u run a business you need have customer service and treat every customer the same I will be sharing this review on every social media outlet!!! I went to Victoria nails down the Street and got in right away and they did an excellent job!!! Take notes Cleopatra nails!
