Always matches design I ask for perfectly. Owners are really cool and great conversation. Not over priced or cheap but in my opinion priced perfectly for the quality. You get what you pay for! Everyone there is good & cares about quality. Not many places can say that!!

Ok so i never did a google review in my life but here we go they really deserve this one star sad part I really liked how the guy in there did my nails the last few times I went I live part time in LA so I go there when I come to town but today when I went there he looked at me and said don’t you be in California I said yes he said ok I’m not doing your nails because you gave me a one star I’m like no I didn’t he like yes you did and start going back and forth with me then pulled up the google review and said this is you right here (Helen Dixon ) I’m like no that’s not me he like yes it is I know it’s you and I’m not doing your nails and walked away my feelings was so hurt....so embarrassed and I had a important meeting to attend I was beyond hurt and felt so disrespected being accused of something I really did not do I was devastated and it really messed with my anxiety please don’t ever go there and I mean ever it’s not even worth the trouble you might have to go through try316 beauty salon or Lee nails they both do a wonderful job and have great customer service I can promise you that you want be accused of anything or refused service

I’ve gotten my nails done many times in many places and this was definitely the best! I have pretty bad social anxiety but everyone was so friendly. The atmosphere was nice and relaxed. My nails turned out beautifully. The best set I’ve ever gotten. I plan on coming here regularly.

I get pedicures and it is very important to me that the basin has a liner and that all tools are sterilized. This occurs at Natural Nails! Love my nails done here. The technicians are very skilled. They make sure you are satisfied. They do beautiful designs and ombré. My mom and my sister love their pedicures too, very thorough and relaxing!

Always in and out quick with nice quality work that lasts, doesnt chip, not break or crack. I do get shellac though. But nails dont break and I work hard so thats great.

This nail salon is now under new management. Everything is upgraded to the best of the services. Technicians are very nice and professional. They do such a beautiful and quality job on my SNS and pedicure. Very relaxing and friendly atmosphere!

Natural Nails was a life saver!!! They fit me in and did a beautiful acrylic nail set in under 40 minutes! After booking an appointment at another salon and being told Id have to wait an hour (outrageous!) I left. I had a photo shoot appointment to make and as a frequent nail biter, needed an acrylic set. On a tight schedule Natural Nails fit me in last minute and did an awesome job!

I went in last night for a full set. I havent been there since the old owner was there. Anyway I got a full set by the lady there and she was really good and nice and i love my nails! No complaint here.

Happened to be in the area with my friends and we tried and they do such good dip and acrylic nails services and designs!!

Refused me service to fix a nail because i didnt have a receipt tio show that i got my last set done there... Horrible service horrible policy and the man told me i didnt getmy nails done there when i did in the seat right beside him he was rude

Very dry place. They barely speak to you when you walk in. Also I asked for coffin shaped nails and they were basically just squared and uneven. One week after getting my nails done and my top coat started peeling. I wouldn’t recommend this place at all. Only positive is that my nails haven’t lifted.

I went for an overlay and design, my nails look like crap. The acrylic is half on my nails and lifting already, the paint peeling and chipping and it looks like I need a fill in already and its only been 3days since they did them. Then quoted me one price and changed it to another. True the staff are nice thats what the star is for, however there work is very disappointing. I do not recommend this salon.

Horrible customer service! I spent $80 of my hard working money for gel nail that looked great day 1 by 2 nails cracked so bad I wish I could post a picture for you! Then my pedicure the polish was not even dry by 2nd day! No refund or discount she wanted to do over with 4 people ahead of me! This place shouldnt even get 1 star!

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!!!!!! I went and asked for a certain color Kevin explained they did not have it and tried to suggest something that was not even close! When I told him I would just pick a different color since he didn’t have what I wanted he REFUSED TO SERVICE ME TOLD ME TO GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! Raising his voice and very unprofessional!!!!

Just left here and wont be back!! I came before but i came here to get a fill in. Only reason i came here is because the gym is on this side of town. Or else i would have just gone to Colerain like usual. The guy who did my nails was way to rough. I can still feel my hands burning !! The man did a horrible job on filling in my nails, even had paint on my cuticles. I asked the lady could she clean up my nails and she had an attitude in doing so. I told her I would need to come back the next day due to a couple of my nails being lumpy and she wouldnt even look up at me. Not to mention 2 days later on of my nails cracked in the same place he fixed.. that was my first and last time there for nail service!!!. I wouldnt recommend that place to anyone with 10 broken nails and they were the closet nail salon... too bad I couldnt rate it no stars.

This location lacks everything a nail salon or spa be. The services were not as agreed UPON or EXPECTED. The cost of the EXACT service changed every visit. Never returning .

Its not the same since the previous owner and workers left. Kenneth, Shawn and phil. Ive been going for years until today. I just got tired of a rush job done on my nails. I got a fill in with a shellac french tip. The man in the shop do not know how to sand the acrylic off without nicking your cuticle or burning your nail. The lady is nice, but rushes because she dont really have enough help. Today, one of my nails were uneven and the french tip did not line correctly with my actual nail. Today was the last. Cause I paid $40 and I literally had to go to new nail shop to have my shellac french tip redone and pay almost $30. Even the lady at the new salon noticed that my french tip was not done correctly. Im very pleased with this new shop in which will be my new place.

Waited 45 mins to get my eyebrows waxed, never got serviced. It wouldnt be bad if they were actually busy. One person doing 3 jobs is ridiculous. The old owner was wonderful. The new owner is not very good. Ive been going there for years. Smh. I really like the girl who does my eyebrows.

I came on a Saturday to get my nails done for a wedding. All I needed was a mani and pedi. I have never had a more disappointing result, especially for $45. The girl who did my nails was nice but I should not have had to show her the proper technique to file my nails evenly. I got no cuticle removal either but after having to give instructions that any nail tech should know I was over asking. I could have done a better job myself. She did ok on my pedicure which was her saving grace. Do not come to this place if youre looking for a good manicure on natural nails. Come here if youre looking for a medicore manicure at best and an acceptable pedicure.
