A specific employee named Kate was VERY cooperative and helpful. We had MAJOR issues with an iPhone I had bought and she helped us throughout 5 separate phone calls to the store, she went above and beyond even making us less stressed out with the whole ordeal. This was the BEST experience we’ve ever had with Verizon. We ended up coming into the store late at night and she immediately found the cause of the issue and helped us recover all of my iPhone. Do not upgrade your phone with downloads I did that and it destroyed my phone and Verizon told me they are doing that on purpose on old phones so that you have to buy a brand new one my phone was perfect it workedFine and everything

Above and Beyond!!Hannah took care of me when I went to this store looking to upgrade my basic phone to get a smart phone. She was incredibly patient and answered all of my questions no matter how dumb they seemed. I had a ton of reservations about upgrading but she helped me find the right phone for me. She didnt try to up sell me. She truly cared about getting me the right phone. Mid checkout I got a call that my dog had ran away.. Her reaction and quick work got me out of there and on my way to take care of my pup. Hannahs gave me her number and checked in on me to make sure that My pup and I were ok; Even on Her Off Day!!! She truly cared about me as a person which feels hard to find in the world sometimes. Hannah is a great employee as well as a great human being. Thank you for your compassion and Help Hannah!

So i bought a new phone for one of the guys that work for me on May 19th the phone stopped working on the 29thI took it back to the same store i bought it at to exchange it...The guy there said i had to call customer service and they would overnight me a new one...Not true...customer service said we dont do that...you have to take it back to the storeIt came from....long stoty short...i spent 4 hrs and two trips to the same store across town to get this straight .Ive bought new cars and spent less time an aggravation !!!!

Great staff. Cant say anything negative about any of them. 3 young gentlemen, all polite, and honest, which is not a commonly used word these days. Especially when it comes to sales. I really hope these guys stick around for awhile.

Jeff was an excellent helper with a difficult situation of a black death phone. He tried to retrieve all info and worked on setting up new phone/tablet and him. He took all the time needed to insure I understand each and its cost. Highly reccomend Verizon to friends and family.
