We used the company for air ducts cleaning. The scheduling was very easy and we got to know the price right away including the tax. When they arrived for the cleaning they have explained us the whole process and have worked fast to get the job done. We were very happy with the result and the price was very affordable.

I had air duct cleaning and carpet/tile cleaning in my new house yesterday, and cannot say enough good things about the two teams that came out. They were both on time, so professional, nice, and did a great job explaining the process and going over the before and after. Cross and Ron did my air ducts and noticed right away that theyd been cleaned before. They went so far as to offer to scope the ducts first in case theyd been cleaned recently saving me hundreds of dollars. Allen and Jeff who did our carpets and tile were equally great. They noticed the kitchen tile had a sealant that could be damaged by their work, and advised me to hold off on that particular cleaning. Again saving me money, but also potentially damaged floors. Im a huge fan of this company, and have used them twice now for both services, and would highly recommend! Thanks guys for making our new home fresh and clean (and most importantly, pet hair and allergen free!).

Excellent job with carpet cleaning. Professional and courteous. Only issue was that I also booked dryer vent cleaning and it was not put on the schedule. Rescheduled for the next day from 1-2pm but no word from anyone today. Not sure if they will show up or not at this point.

We had our air ducts cleaned and were not happy with the outcome. The company worked with us to resolve the problem.

Used them before and had a great experience. This time I made an appointment last week to get my 2nd fl dryer vent cleaned out and the guy shows up and right away tells my wife we need all of our vents in the house cleaned. Interesting due to the fact he never even looked at anything. Them my wife told him the vent is on the side of the house and he goes to my back yard looking for it. Then tells her that it is on the roof. I then came out and showed him where it was and he tells me he cant do it by himself because its on the 2nd fl. I told them it was on the 2nd fl when I made the appointment. Then he goes my helper didnt show up and we will have to reschedule. I said no thank you and called the office. No luck there. I was told he was the only guy working right now. Wasted my time !!! Wanting to up sell in hard working people!!! Poor communication!!! If you do not value your time and like dealing with dishonest people who want to up sell you services then go call them. Thank for NOTHING Calloway!!!!!!

Calloway did an excellent job cleaning the ducts and the dryer vent. The only thing I wish they would do is clean the bathroom fans while they are at it, but my bad for not asking. I did opt for the anti microbial treatment on the ducts as well. Was pleased with the look and smell of things once they were finished.

I had two other companys come and give me high quotes for vent cleaning services. Calloway offered the exact same service and quality for a fair price. They were helpful and did a fantastic job. Dont over-pay for the same quality service you can receive from a local company.

Calloway cleaned my dryer vent and discovered the actual problem was due to the duct work separating from the vent inside the dryer. Calloway disassembled the ducting, connected to the dryer then reassembled the remaining ducting. They went above and beyond and did not charge me for the additional work they completed. I highly recommend Calloway.

We had Allen at Calloway clean our original 1970’s slate entry way floors today. He was very knowledgeable of slate and how to bring them back to life. They had years of wax, grime, dirt and build up. I thought that we would have to remove them. I was very happy with the end result, it is like we have new slate floor entryway.

Jeff took wonderful care in using an oil-based cleaner and dry method to revive two vintage chairs in our home; he was professional, punctual and polite, and was helpful in providing questions about carpet cleaning for a future service.

Shoddy work, shady practices. They damaged my cabinets and took my toe kicks during removal of hardwood floors. Wouldnt repair or replace what they damaged unless we did flooring install with them as well. Initially talked to David Sifuentes and Tom Anderson, but once we signed the check for water mitigation, they avoided us, wouldnt return phone calls, and then finally told us they wouldnt be replacing toe kicks or repairing the cabinets that THEY damaged.Would NEVER do business with them again, as they are not honest people, which is a shame because I initially chose them because they are a locally owned company. Beware!

The service project manager Joe Calloway promised to email me a different break down on the mold report along with a letter stating no mold removal wasnt necessary so that I could have for my records for when I sell my house. He stated that he emailed the letter and forms several times but I never received anything. I have never had problems receiving emails before. Nevertheless, I asked him to just mail it to me but he never did. After several attempts to contact him, he then stopped responding to my calls and messages. How hard is to just mail it off or just respond back? In my opinion this was very unprofessional and Im quite disappointed. I will not be selecting Calloway Cleaning for any other services ever again.

Service technician called ahead to see if it was OK to be 15-30 minutes early. Nice.He was very professional and courteous. Carpets were pretreated and the graphite looking track marks under Moms power chair now are invisible (so I have now cut a carpet remnant to catch future particles). He did very well reaching into corners, etc.

I had my dryer vent cleaned out and these guys did a fantastic job. They explained everything and did a very efficient job. Will definitely use these guys again. Look no further!!

Super satisfied! Was able to schedule an appointment within a week of calling. The technician arrived in the first hour of the two hour window we were given and even called when on his way to narrow down arrival time. He explained everything that he would be doing and confirmed the quoted price before starting. 4 rooms, a hall and oversized couch were cleaned in about an hour. No chemicals smell and dry 10 hours later. Highly recommend them and will use them again.

Calloway did a very good job. They explained the process well and then showed us their work as they did it (dirty filters, plugs placed where small holes drilled were necessary etc). Efficient and polite. VERY fast response when I emailed them to schedule on a Saturday.

Calloway Cleaning steam cleaned my carpet, and did a great job! Allen called me ahead of time, arrived earlier than scheduled (I was happy about that), and was very professional. He did a thorough job and I felt that the price was very fair.

DO NOT USE Calloway! The tarp they put up on my roof pulled up within 2-3 days from lite winds before we could get the formal repairs completed. After numerous phone calls asking them to make things right, they promise to call back but never do - SCAMMERS!

If 10 stars were available, they get it. Weve tried all the others, some of the others now sending subcontractors and not there own people and their job shows it. Calloway has done area rugs for us and we couldnt have been happier, not only with the job they did but their professionalism which is top notch. We’ve used Calloway twice now, once for vent cleaning last summer, and today for carpet cleaning. Jonah called and was able to come earlier than scheduled, which was fine with me. He cleaned our living room carpet and 2 other area rugs. He was fast and cleaned up when he was finished. He was very nice. I thought the cost was comparable to other carpet cleaners. I had Calloway Cleaning and Restoration come to clean my carpet today. Here is their claim, directly from their website:Restoration Carpet CleaningThis service works great with high-traffic, greasy/oily carpet, stained or less-frequently cleaned carpet.The Rotovac® 360 Power Scrub gets to the bottom of the issue by removing all the soil that continues to rise to the top to keep carpet stains from reappearing!I watched a demonstration video of the process and was disheartened to see they barely spot sprayed any of the concern areas, which were pointed out to the 2 technicians, Chad and Sam. Second they were steam cleaning rather than using the Rotovac 360 that I had paid for. Once pointed out, they did make the switch, but still did not spray any pretreat. I went down to find all of the same stains still there, which they claimed was from high traffic areas breaking down carpet fibers. Go back and read their claim quoted above, and dont waste your money with this company. Overcharged for nothing, sad. I will contact their management tomorrow after the carpet is completely dry to see what they charged me for. The first 4 photos below are before and during cleaning and the last 4 photos are after, as you can see the same stains are still there after.

They came to my house and did an excellent job on my carpets. I had some serious change and we worked through them and talked about it and now those stains are gone. Very impressed.

I contracted with Calloway for duct cleaning (years overdue in an old house). it seems like they were pretty thorough (I dont have a way to verify that independently without buying a camera). There were a couple of areas of the basement that were covered in thick dust after the work was done. This is not a huge problem, but it would have been great to have been told to expect this.

Not a pleasant experience. The receptionist forgot to take my phone number down so the technician did not have a way to call us before he arrived for the work. We were not at home at that time so he missed us. I called you guys back and got my carpet cleaning reschedule for the afternoon. The technician (Alan) came in and was constantly trying to sell us enzyme cleaning service. He said he would enzyme clean the whole house for 100 bucks. He said the company charges 30 bucks for 1 room but he can do our 8 areas or whole house for 100 bucks. The technician made fun of us for watching him do his work. I specifically asked him if it was ok to watch him clean the carpet and he said its fine. We were standing there on the side and away from his work area. He imitated us and laughed at us for standing there and watching him do the work. He also acted like he did us a big favor by rescheduling our work. He was constantly on his phone while cleaning the carpet. He was very rude and unprofessional. He also put some dents on our drywall while cleaning the carpet with his vacuum pipe. I have never experience a technician coming into a customers home and making fun of them at their face for simply watching him clean the carpet.

When I first called Calloway, I left a message for a return call and received a call back almost immediately. An appointment was set up the day after Thanksgiving. I was given a timeframe between 10a-12p. I received a call from Allen right at 10a saying he was about 20 minutes out. Allen explained they process and told about how long it would take. Excellent carpet cleaning! Great value

When I called to schedule carpet cleaning for the whole house the week before Christmas, I expected to have to wait until after the holidays. But, they were able to squeeze us in two days later! Scheduling was easy and they helped to figure out the best special to cover what we needed done for the best price. The day of, the team was on time, professional and courteous, and did a great job. The whole house was done in under two hours and the price was affordable. We wont wait so long to have them back out now that we know how easy it is!

They will nickel and dime you they charge you to remove everything to a mirror in a bathroom. Then there were charges I don’t believe were done they charged me for paint when all they did was remove drywall and clean and never put any new drywall back up. I was charged 5000. To remove mold from a tiny basement bathroom.

I called Calloway Cleaning last Friday and scheduled for a clean up on Saturday. No call—no show. Called Saturday to ask what was going on. They couldn’t find me in the system and retook my information without explanation. Called back Sunday to see what was up, I was assured somebody would get back to me by Monday. It’s Tuesday and I still haven’t heard from the company. Not impressed.
