Not good! Left me hanging for a couple hours before calling to say they were not going to come

We had a soft clog backup in our plumbing line which left black water needing cleaned in our basement. Chandler was our Crew Chief and was very very good at his job. His crew were very professional and respectful of our house and personal property. Chandler even worked on a Saturday and Sunday to make sure our clean up was completed in a timely manner. Being an Owner of a contracting company myself, I was very satisfied with all the services that were provided.I will use Servpro in the future for any personal or professional necessities.Thank you Chandler and Servpro!The Himm Family

Ive been at my job for almost 12 years and have used multiple carpet cleaners, I have never used one more than once due to the quality of their service. I recently used SERVPRO, my tech was Paul Watkins. I have never seen my carpets so clean, and they stayed clean. No smells after or during drying time, insane spots and adhesive from gorilla tape is gone and the professionalism of Mr Watkins was absolutely outstanding! I highly recommend this company for your carpet cleaning needs and if possible ask for Paul to be your rep, I just cant express how amazing this man was. He took his time and made sure everything was clean.

Company employees are very loud on job sites and very unprofessional horrible company to have come to your house 10/10 would not recommend

DO NOT trust this company with your business. I called five times because I had standing water in my basement due to flooding. Every time they promised they understood that it was an emergency and they promised that I would get a call back. I never did. At one point the person answering the phone suggested that I talk to the company in my neighbor’s driveway to see if they would come over. By the time I realized I needed to call someone else, the damage was done. The water was toxic and I had to spend thousands of dollars. They promise to come, but don’t. PLEASE don’t let this happen to you. I will not be able to recover from the damage that was caused by waiting for them. THIS IS A HORRIBLE COMPANY!

Kenny, Jordan and his crew where right on time when my finished basement sustained water damage. They showed up when they said they would, called if any changes and completed the job quickly and efficiently. They were very in tune to my needs. Great customer service, highly recommend.

Due to a previous leak in my RV, we had a mold issue and a horrible odor. Representatives are rude as hell and getting a call back about anything takes days or more, regardless of how many times you reach out. Do not give this company and their terrible customer service your money.

Your name was not familiar to me like most customers, so I personally checked our records multiple times, along with our office manager, but we were unable to locate you within our system, which means while you may have used a Servpro, it was not our franchise location. We would be more than happy to assist you in locating the correct franchise so your problems/issues can be properly addressed!

This is by far the best Servpro office to use in Ohio. The Owners, office staff & team take pride in their fire & water clean up & restoration. They also are opening a new office in Hamilton Ohio. I highly recommend using these two offices!

I would not recommend this branch of Serv Pro to anyone I know. There were many issues along the way that I find to be unacceptable and want to provide feedback to those that take professionalism and reliability as seriously as I do.The initial booking was easy, but that is the only positive comment I can think to make. For one, my paperwork was lost and I had to follow up to even get in their schedule 5 days after I called to have sewage cleaned. The two workers that came were very young and unprofessional. When they came back to remove the fans, I had to make a third request for them to take damaged materials (and other items that sat in sewage until they arrived) out of my basement. They broke an item as well after I asked them to unstack items they had stacked into the corner that rose to the ceiling. I requested they email the customer service survey (because I did not feel comfortable completing it in their presence on their tablet) and never received it. As you will be using this company during a assumably stressful circumstance, you should go to another branch that is hopefully more reliable and professional.

Worst contractor I have ever had in my house. In the time you need them the most they were unreliable. The guys who came out to do the bulk of the work were inexperienced and seemed to be using my house as training, not their fault; upper management must think warm bodies are better than no bodies. I ended the job before we made it to the finish work. I was afraid of the quality. Complained, to everyone who was involved and was ignored. Not even a call from a supervisor, so I hired another company to come out and finish for them. Good luck if you hire them, go else where.

My basement flooded and I hired them. They came out and tore the carpet out and set up some fans and dehumidifiers. I was told they would be out daily to check on everything. They did not come out to check anything. It took twice as long to dry it out because the dehumidifiers were constantly full and fans weren’t moved ever.
