If youre needing a CSAT... I wouldnt come here. The people are very likable and theyre easy to talk to, however our process of disclosure was a nightmare. No respect for time deadlines with months of advance notice and we were left with more questions than answers. Had it not been for other help we stumbled upon - my marriage very well could have ended after this experience.
