My calls were never returned, the suite was not marked in any way to suggest that they were a PC repair place, the elevators took forever to get there and no one responded when I knocked on the door.

I’m out of town and computer broke right before classes started. It was a great and fast experience. Being out of town and not having access to a computer when u most need it can be stressful as soon as I called and explain what it was doing he knew right away how to fix it, even had an extra part that was needed ! Way better experience then any other place. Very flexible hours as well !

Very friendly, patient, and reasonable. Swapped out my power supply for a new one and didnt stop until my computer was working again while also diagnosing a damaged video card.

I had a slight problem with the screen of the laptop not coming on when I powered the laptop on but I contacted the seller and he was extremely helpful and he also admitted that he made a mistake and didnt replacing the memory chip in the laptop and he also bought a memory chip for me plus he is sending it straight to my home for no additional cost I am extremely happy with the seller and the swift response.

Shaine is an outstanding tech support, thorough, and even called our internet service provider for us to make sure that we had everything up to speed. We have a free service call set up the next day to replace our failed modem. If it werent for him asking the right questions, (that we would not know to ask) check and re-check, we would be still paying for Internet that wasnt up to speed. Definitely got more for our money.
