I had the best experience with Cincinnati PC Repair LLC. I found a post on NextDoor from a very satisfied customer so decided to try the company. I have a computer that went out a couple years ago and I wasn’t able to play my favorite game on the new one so I called CPR and spoke with the owner. He was very professional and fast. I took my computer to him to check it out on Thursday afternoon and it was ready for pickup on Saturday. Awesome. The price was better than I expected, actually the entire experience was better than expected. The entire transaction was contactless with good communication.

Mr. Richard is incredible! I live in Dayton and couldn’t wait weeks for Dell or BestBuy to fix my computer screen, which had a tiny dent that completely ruined it. I reached out, and he responded very quickly. He searched for the best price and found a screen on eBay. I was hesitant to send him money, but I didn’t have a choice. I trusted God had me. So I sent him the money, and he bought the screen for delivery in two days. He sent screenshots all along the way, and even did a “text” contract saying that he was using this money for my computer purposes. A few days later, I dropped my computer off at his house, and he fixed it within 12 hours (although he said 24!). His prices are beyond reasonable - he actually should charge more. He is an honorable, fair gentleman who is incredibly skilled. I HIGHLY recommend him for your computer or electronic needs! God bless! e

Richard does no contact. He opens up his garage door, everything is done in the garage. He did a perfect job fixing my screw up with RAID. It is normally used in a server. He is not one of these reset my computer and charge me for unnecessary work.He had to fix my BIOS. I cleared a section, or a TPM Module. Richard knows what he is doing, just by taking with him, Well knowledgeable of all aspects.Hardware, or Software, he can fix it All !!Very Fast Servicing, plus was done early !!Thanks Richard !!
