Over the years we have experienced the 4bis commitment to providing the best service and attention to the IT needs of our business. We have gone from having our servers in house, and calling on 4bis as IT needs arise to moving to the current platform of having our servers on the Cloud, monitored and updated regularly They keep our systems updated and closely monitored for any malware, hackers or viruses. Moving from a as needed service platform to a monthly service agreement allows each staff person the ability to work with a 4bis tech on any computer issue they may have. It has also eliminated the need for 1 CGN staff person to filter the IT needs of all our staff. This format allows CGN to work more efficiently and be more cost effective. We have been with 4BIS for many years now and wouldnt think to move. I was a cloud resistor but last year we sent our servers to the 4BIS Cloud and now they manage our servers as well as providing excellent and responsive customer service for all our PCs, switches, etc. We also have our phone service through them as well. Great company to do business with.

4Bis has taken care of my IT for decades. The service is fantastic. There have been several times over those years when they have saved my behind at all hours of the day and night. issues of a crashed server/workstation, phone/VoIP, failed equipment, or even a virus causing issues they have been there to save the day. They have handled new network setup and conversion, technology upgrades and security analysis and upgrades. They know the old and new tech inside and out.
