I called there number a guy named Troy picked up and after couple of days was able to get me estimate based upon my description of home for Air Duct cleaning & Sanitization plus a carpet deep cleaning. It was 40% lower than Stanleys.For schedule I need to reiterate what Troy provided me in email to scheduler lady, apparently they dont have right software to pull up your quote in minute. Anyway we got scheduled for Friday for both appointments.When Air Duct guys came they told me I got more vents then I told them hencethey will charge me extra, which was fair. Their job was satisfactory if not awesome or detailed.When carpet guys shows up BJ, That guys told me I have additional spaces than they thought, hence it cost me extra... I said ok, but then they dropped bomb saying service I signed up is only for basic cleaning and deep cleaning would mean doing through enzymes which will cost me 500 $$ more on top of 455 estimates.. I said No, but they discounted to 50% saying this is last what they can do. I said yes knowing I dont have time schedule another one.. Hence kind of trap..My point is best is to deal with people who provide you estimates while actual coming to your house and confirm what they proposed for.. Otherwise these people will trap you with lucrative deal and you will end up paying 20% or whatever more than Stanleys or any other proffesionals who do estimates firsthand.

Based on their reputation and value, we selected Teasdale Fenton to clean our air ducts. All seem to go well and the technician was nice. After the job was complete, the technician showed the amount of dirt collected and it was not as much as I had thought there would be. The technician even said it wasnt that bad.Then, later that evening I went to the basement and saw water on the floor coming from the furnace under our humidifier and the furnace filter. I shut off the furnace and removed the filter. The filter was caked with debirs that should have been extracted from the furnace but the filter was never removed. See picture below.I called the company twice. The first time the call went to voicemail so I left a brief message and my phone number. No call. After the weekend I called them again and talked to a person who listened to my complaint and said she would pass it to the manager. Now a week later still no reply to my call. I will continue calling.I would expect some kind of compensation as I had to purchase a new filter and spent two hours cleaning up the mess. After I installed the new filter all is well with the furnace.

Sewer back up/ flood cleanup, disposal of damaged flooring, doors moulding and drywall.Aiden and Conner were very professional and hard workers.

I recently put my condo on the market but scheduled a carpet cleaning as the final step. I responded to an advertisement from Teasdale Fenton to clean 8 rooms of carpet for $165.00. After I made the appointment, I was informed there would be a $30.00 “disposal fee.” When the “technician” arrived he said, Youve got a lot of carpet” He then asked me if I wanted the deep cleaning. I said no. I already pre-treated high traffic areas with a really great dollar store carpet foam. He then stated, “You have a lot of hallways.” I told him the master bedroom was small and the carpeted path to the bathroom was minimal. He said, “That is why I didnt include that”. I have a lower level with a bedroom, a family room, and a bonus room. He stated the family room and the bonus rooms were “plus three” He said there would be an additional $20 for the family room and upstairs front door entry carpet. I asked him why he was trying to increase the quoted price.I thought I was back at the 1990’s car dealer where they tried to up sell me on unnecessary packages and warranties.The realtor’s photographer was due to take pictures of my condo the very next day. I reluctantly approved the work. I watched the “techician” as he was supervised the “cleaning” The ”technician” took light swipes at my carpet with no effort to be diligent.It reminded me of the first time I taught my children to sweep and vacuum.In my opinion, I would give Teasdale Fenton an F- (minus). Maybe that is the state of the carpet “cleaning” industry. I dont know.

We are out $120 with a rug that still smells.Their response when coming back was that we didnt get the package needed although no other package was described or offered on initial visit. We clearly told them the source of the smell (dog vomit) when they were first here- apparently we are intended to know their business as well as they do in order to request very specific services instead of trusting them to know how to appropriately fix the problem.So...if you have great knowledge of cleaning practices and how to take care of cleaning your own rug- but just want to pay someone else to do it...this may work out for you.If you are just needing a rug cleaning without prior experience in the industry- I would recommend you go elsewhere.

First off he was late and did not call to let me know. I had to call the office to see when they would be here no time given. So he get here an hour and half after the time he was supposed to have been here. No lie he was done in 10 minutes mind you I got 2 rooms done. My son room was done its ok not the best but whatever. Now my daughter room her floor looks the same as before he got here nothing changed. So I called for a carpet clean and they booked me for a steam why dont know. So upon me checking my daughter room some of the spots was coming out with me just rubbing my foot over it but yet he talk about he cleaned it. So I will not be using this service again. Charged me 81.90 for one room sad scam.

I had a man named Paul come and clean my carpet apartment. He did an AMAZING job! It looked better than when we moved in! He was kind and genuine and you could tell he actually cared about customer satisfaction. I will forever now use this company. I loved them!!

Gentleman was polite, fast worker. He did ask to use restroom after being here 10 minutes, which I approved. Still thought it pretty rude for him to have bowel movement that left an awful smell through out that side of the house. Call the office to have them give him some guidance on this sort of thing, was told it was probably an emergence. No apologize. Only said she would his supervisor. Still gaging! Carpet was left wet to 2 days.

Aidan and Connor from Teasdale Fenton were awesome! We had some mold and water damaged drywall removed, as well as the space between the walls dried out. They showed up promptly, were clear and communicative at every step of the process, and were so friendly and pleasant to work with. We couldn’t be happier with their work!

Called in. Was quoted a price with tax. Told to move the furniture because they just wouldn’t. Then the guy shows up, ask for more money before starting. ALSO DID NOT EVEN SHOW UP WITH A MASK OR ANYTHING! I told him no that wasn’t the quoted price. He got on the phone with his office, which I also called the office. They said the best the could do is 10% off of the new quoted price now. I asked for some one else and he said no one is here besides him and one other person and they can’t help me. The 3 rooms for 79.99 is a joke it’s only if the rooms are exactly the right size. STAY AWAY FROM THEM! Find someone true to their word. Don’t waste your time moving furniture for them either, there’s a good chance they won’t do the job anywayUpdate after seeing the owners response... what do you know folks another lie. 1 never mentioned anything about other rooms, 2 your guy never asked me to wear a mask, and 3 I STRONGLY SUGGEST CUSTOMERS REVIEW THE FB PAGE FOR THIS COMPANY. Many customers had the same experience I had.

Very disappointed in the carpet cleaning services we received. When the technician showed up, he convinced us that not using a sanitizing/deodorizing solution rather than just the original shampooing solution would mean the carpets wouldn’t really be cleaned. The deodorizing solution cost an extra $100+tax and he convinced us we really should use that - of course he did, he wanted the extra commission even if he was full of it in his spiel. Add to that, he was here a total of 35 minutes - for a house with 4 bedrooms + bonus room, staircase, 3 walk-in-closets, and a hallway. We spent over $325 for him to hurry through cleaning our carpets and still leaving stains that were there before he started. Definitely will not be using the company again - wasted money to clean carpets that look no cleaner than they did before.

Teasdale Fenton came out to clean my 1.5 year old carpet. It had a very slight smoke smell from the fireplace and a few small stains from having kids in the house. It probably didn’t really need to be cleaned, but it was a good time for us to do it if we were going to do it. The tech was professional, came on time, and worked very quickly. Neither the smell nor the stains were removed. I’m not sure why we had the carpets cleaned or if something was done wrong. They at least looked nice after the vacuuming was done. The carpet was dry about 10 hours after it was cleaned. I would either not do it again or would find someone else to do it next time.

The young man who came out was very sarcastic, seemed to be in a rush stating he was getting off early that day, I have a couple stains that I was expecting to come out but he said they couldn’t I believe they were marker stains I’ve had someone clean my carpets before that wasn’t a professional and stains just like this one came out. Not happy at all but you get what you pay for I guess oh well NEVER AGAIN .Storm

Most pathetic vendor….EVER. Gave me a 12-2 window. Waited until 1 and called them up to get status/ETA. They tell me that the tech is running late and can only be there by 2. I call them again at 2.05. Now the lady at the office says he can’t be there until 2.30!!! Made me wait 2hrs at an empty apartment and have no courtesy to call the client and inform! On top of that the lady would not listen and just kept talking over me! Gives me bull about “we were just going to call you both times”…yeah, right! And explains to me about appointment window …..I fully understand how that works. But if you can’t come within the window provided what are you really planning? Pathetic. Am never using them again even if their rates are lower.

Contacted project leader july 3 who arrived within 90 min of call.....team arrived in 4 hrs...I had a couple of inches of standing water in my basement sump failure. Upon arrival went immediately to work and followed the plan of complete mitigation. Removed carpets and baseboards and installed dryers and dehumidifiers. They had aa team check progress daily until completed. Unfortunately, I had the exact same issue occur 1 day after completion --- and they returned immediately. They highly skilled professionals who demonstrate real care in their work and for the homeowner. Strongly recommend them to anyone should this occur to you. they will complete restoration of my basement once all insurance inspections are completed.

We had 14+ apartments that flooded during the winter storm in February here in Texas. Mark with Teasdale came to Texas and helped with the damaged apartments drying up the water and removing everything that could cause any issues in the apartments. He was very professional and kept me in the loop of arrival date and time and issue with each apartment. He provided detailed notes and pictures of all apartments for me so it was a lot easier to provide to my corporate office and to know what was going on in each apartment. He had great communication with each step of the process. My residents informed me he was very polite and helpful to any questions they had. I highly recommend them for any restoration work needed!

Corey was on time when he said during the process. Very intelligent about was was going. Would definitely recommend Teasdale for future restoration.

Water damage. Aiden and Conner did my cleanup, it was a mess, ceilings down, walls down, hardwood damaged, carpet saturated, etc. I have never seen young men work so hard, from the time they entered my place they were busy, never a break, they were here 5 days. They were professional, encouraging, knowledgeable, friendly, timely. I really can’t say enough other than they need a raise or a bonus, for your companies sake you need to keep them happy and employed. God brought them to me in a really rough time. What is so surprising they were 20 years old, AMAZING!!

*BEWARE* Ive used Teasdale for many years for my commercial and residential properties for carpet cleaning. This year I decided to have them come out to my personal property for dryer and air vent cleaning.The service was to be completed on 6/15. The two gentlemen showed up on time looked around and said they didnt have the equipment on the truck to complete the job. I asked them to still service the dryer vent and they agreed. They finished the service and then left.The next day I had my brand new dryer installed and to my surprise it wouldnt dry. Upon further inspection I found that my dryer vent was completely clogged. They had shoved all the dryer lent to the outside vent and never took off the vent cover so it compacted into a massive clog. They had even charged me an additional $75 for a latter charge!I was upset and called the office. She let me know that they would have a field supervisor call me... they never did. I called back several times that week to follow up with no better results.The next week they came out to my property with a machine and a roto brush to do my air vents. The man who performed the service was very professional and quick.After several calls to the office that week to have someone follow up (with no results) about my dryer vent I finally had to have another company come out to complete the dryer vent clean out.They pulled out a massive amount of lent that had been compacted at the end stopping all air flow for the dryer. Not only could this have severely damaged my new dryer but it also posed a serious fire hazard. After hearing my story they then ran a camera through my vents to show what they currently looked like. Then they showed me how their equipment worked and cleaned my vents for me again to show me the before and after (and what a difference it was).Today, I again called the office and the best answer I could get was sorry. If you want to send us the invoice of the other cleaning we can see about a refund.I manage large commercial properties in the Cincinnati and Indiana region. I also own a commercial and residential janitorial service. Today I will be reaching out to discontinue all services with Teasdale this year. In addition, I will also be sharing with my other contacts my experience and recommend that they also discontinue service. This is not about the money. It is about trusting the company that I ask to come in to my properties and do a job correctly the first time. I should not have to call multiple times and beg for someone to follow up with me.This is my story and my opinion. I encourage anyone who is reading this to do your homework and use your best judgement.

We needed a bathroom / kitchen ceiling restoration completed after discovering a pipe which had been leaking for quite some time under our 2nd floor toilet. Fixing this involved drying the water damage, some structural work on the bathroom floor, new flooring (laminate replacing tile), installation of a new vanity, and ceiling repair in the kitchen below. Overall, I would say the end result was above average and I am happy with how it looks.The issues we had were with scheduling the work to get done, and struggling to get workers there when we were told they would be there. When they did come, they did not always know the complete reason as to why they were there. We would ask if they would fix something, and they would say they werent told that needed repair.Overall, I think they do a above average job, but the scheduling of all of this with them made it difficult to ever want to go back. Initially we were told this job could be done in around 6-7 weeks. I would have been happy with 8-9 weeks, but overall ended up taking roughly 18 weeks (4+ months) from start to complete finish.

We had our carpet recently cleaned by them and they did a great job! We have an older dog who sometimes has accidents on the floor and the technician was able to remove those stains no problem! We also had a basement flood not too long ago and i called their emergency number and they responded very quickly. They explained everything to me and helped dry out my basement using their equipment and get it back to how it was before the flood. They do incredible work from carpet cleanings and stain removal to water damage they can do it all! I recommend them to my friends and family!

We made appointments with Teasdale Fenton to do both air duct cleaning and carpet cleaning and we were on the schedule immediately!Ryan came out first to suck out years of ick from our ducts. He was awesome and kept me updated every step of the way! I mean, who doesnt love before/after shots?!? Seriously! I felt informed and at ease throughout the entire process.Day two was carpets and BJ was in and out in a flash and our carpet looks and feels so good!For anyone who may want to know, they showed up with masks on (anyone familiar with the year 2020 or coronavirus knows this to be a positive gesture) to promote a safe environment.Thank you for a great job, Teasdale Fenton! Corey was friendly, knowledgeable, and quick! Had some scheduling difficulties with the main office but they addressed those reasonably well.

I DO NOT recommend this place and I have never left a review on Google. First of all, the tech was 2 hour late after the window they gave me. I had to call them to find out what was going on. Then when they got to my home there was no extra level of service like offering 10% off or add an additional service. So I left it alone. Then, the guy finished cleaning 3 average sized rooms, a staircase land a basement in less than 46 minutes ( and I’m being nice). The carpets were still slightly filthy and just for kicks, I took our normal carpet cleaner that we use for accident or spills until we get a deep clean once a year like we normally do, and went back over one of my rooms and it was like night and day. It was a total waste of money. The only descent part is our stairs look better, which they guys suggested a deeper cleaning service for that. For whatever reason I haven’t called them to share this experience with them because we have some other things going on that’s more important, but I would never use their services again and this was my first time using them. I’m going out of my way to tell my friends about them too. You would think a bit more courtesy and dignified work would take place but that’s not what we got with this place. Oh, and I took before and after pictures too and I wish I could publish them so everyone can see the difference.

My experience with Teasdale was on the fence when an older guy (Paul) came out and touched my carpet because it wasnt at all cleaned to satisfaction. My carpet looked the same, I called Teasdale and they sent out Kyle who went above and beyond and did an excellent job so much Ill use Teasdale again and definitely request Kyle.

Air duct cleaning mechanical equipment not maintained properly. Technician was great trying to overcome the equipments deficiencies. Don’t waste your money unless they can prove to you that they’ve maintain their equipment.

They came in clean the carpets they were done in less than an hour and there are still stains on the floor. I would never have my carpets professionally cleaned again

Teasdale Fenton worked extremely hard to remove some tough pet stains and then came back out promptly to rework a few spots that needed a touch up. Their technicians were polite, courteous and knowledgeable.

I had to have Teasdale come out and do restoration work for an apartment that flooded. Mark Rist came out immediately and was able to get the job done. He also came the next day, first thing, to make sure all equipment was working and test the moisture. We are extremely happy with the service provided at our senior living apartments!

Had a fire in furnace day after Christmas. My place was full of smoke. Fire department came, extinguished the fire and blew heavy smoke out. Had to leave. Teasdale Fenton Emergency Unit came next day. After assessment, immediately setup thorough cleaning basement, hallway, and cleared the air for 2-days. Every knock & cranny cleaned. Im totally IMPRESSED by the 2 women who did the work. Very professional & friendly. Id hire again.

Teasdale is definitely a go to when trying to keep your carpet clean on a budget! I have 3 active children and a dog so my carpet is cleaned every 6 months and with Teasdale’s preferred cleaning your second cleaning is half off so I save on the the 5 areas I have cleaned. Teasdale is normally a 5 star but I had to put a 3 on this review because they prices went up due to Covid PPE equipment and the Cleaner tech smelled like smoke and he left my house smelling like smoke! We are a nonsmoking household so we are very sensitive to the smell, I had to spray Zep fabric and air freshener to get the smell out, other than that the carpet came out okay.

Josh and Bryan did an excellent job ... They were focused and got the job done with a quality job ... We would highly recommend using their services ... Our neighbor had used Teason Fenton and was also highly pleased with the service ... THANK YOU JOSH AND BRYAN!!!

Our dog got ill and made a mess out of an area rug in a room that we dont use that often. We paid a considerable amount ($400) to have the rug cleaned and even upgraded to make sure it was thoroughly decontaminated. They returned it to us after the Thanksgiving holiday, but we didnt notice until Christmas morning when we were on the floor in front of our Christmas tree that there was still fecal matter imbedded in the rug. We called to let them know about the issue, but because it was past their 10-day review period, they refused to do anything about it. I would have hoped they would have been willing to make some type of compromise, but they simply said we would have to pay full price to have it cleaned again. If you have an issue with pet stains or messes, I would not recommend this company. If you chose to use them, inspect their work closely as soon as you receive it because their quality might not be at the level you are expecting.

Everything was great as far as arriving on time and the guy was really nice but we decided to pay a little extra for the stains to be especially removed but it actually discolored them and honestly they look worse than if they weren’t touched at all. I don’t like writing bad reviews but now the carpet looks worse and we were planning to sell our place and now we have to figure out what to do. I wouldn’t recommend this place after this unless you have carpet you just don’t care about.

Teasdale Fenton was referred to my family by 1-800 BOARD UP after our house fire on February 3rd, 2021. My family lost 99% of our belongings during this fire and Teasdale Fenton told us to gather about 2 weeks worth of clothes and blankets and they would rush clean them for us to have. We left two 40 gallon trash bags filled with two weeks of clothing, blankets, and one stuffed Build A Bear. This was for the 6 people who lived in the house. Teasdale Fenton took the bags and even grabbed another one that was already in the house from prior to the fire. When they called us to pick up the clothing they had a list of about 4 things that could not be cleaned of the smoke smell. Once we opened the boxes returned to us we realized that we were missing a large portion of the clothing and stuff that we sent, including the Build A Bear which was very sentimental to one of my children. We called Teasdale Fenton immediately and they said they would contact us asap about the missing items. It has now been a month and they are no longer returning our calls or even answering when we call, aside from one time last week one March 3rd. The woman who answered said that she would connect us to the manager for that department, Russel. After a long wait Russel was apparently in a meeting and we were told he would call us back. I left our information AGAIN (after leaving FOUR voicemails in the last month with zero returned calls) and have yet to hear anything. It is highly unprofessional of this company to come in and help families after theyve already suffered a tragedy, and then ignore their own mistake! All we want is our belongings returned, even if they couldnt clean them. I will be moving on to the BBB next to relay this information as well.

Im a little disappointed in the pricing that they told me. The woman I spoke to on the phone said 3 rooms were $79.99 and it included stairs (I explained I had 3 rooms + 2 set of stairs). Once the guys showed me my total, it was $109.99 and said each set of stairs count as an additional rooms. This is a good price, but this was not how it was explained over the phone. The guys smelled like cigarette smoke, as they were smoking right before coming in. The carpets look good, but Im frustrated with the lack of communication.

I do not recommend sub contracting work for them. They falsely advertise to contractors online that they are looking for sub contractors and they offer vendor packets via fb message and email through their team. Then when you call they claim they do everything in house and lie to you over the phone and claim they do not use sub contractors and are dishonest.

Josh B. Did our service and he did an amazing job. He explained my options with battling some tough, old pet stains and was honest with how it would work and pricing. I get comfortable with what he told me and was incredibly please with the results. I highly recommend this company and will definitely use them again.

I could not believe how clean they got my area rugs! My rugs get some abuse because of my 3 dogs. They look like new! Extremely happy with both technicians, pick up and drop off. Very professional and made sure I was happy with placement. I highly recommend this company and will be using them in the future!

Had my semi-annual carpet cleaning done today. Josh B. called 15 minutes before arrival (at the beginning of my time window, 👍🏼) and went right to work when he got here. Very professional, efficient and courteous. Ive never had bad service or a poor job with Teasdale Fenton. Highly recommend!

I had Teasdale come to the home I was purchasing to clean the carpet prior to closing. When I took occupancy of my new home, I immediately noticed a very strong odor coming from the carpet. I called the technician who cleaned my carpet (as hed left me his cell #), and he gave me suggestions to try to get rid of the lingering smell. He told me that if I called Teasdale back directly and asked for a re clean, he wouldnt get paid for the cleaning. Because he was very nice, I took his suggestions, but they didnt work. I then FINALLY re shampooed the carpet myself and it was DISGUSTING.I called Teasdale back and was advised by Charlene that since I took it upon myself (her exact words, REPEATEDLY) to attempt to re-clean MY OWN CARPET (because I couldnt stand the smell), Teasdale wouldnt come and re-clean my carpet or refund my money. Initially, I didnt want a refund, I just wanted them to come fix it.Ill never use this company again and wouldnt recommend them to anyone. Ive attached a picture of the SECOND TIME I emptied my carpet cleaner, not even 10 days after I paid them almost $300 to clean it.Side Note: this filth is coming from an empty room that hasnt even been walked in. Its a formal dining room that currently has no furniture, as I only moved in a week ago and havent fully unpacked!Theres no reason for it to be DISGUSTING this quickly after I had it professionally cleaned.** IN RESPONSE TO THE OWNER**Its nice you you to reply to my review, but not return my numerous phone calls or email. I emailed you the same day I left this review and ive called for you 2x AND your lovely employee, Charlene, allegedly gave you a message to call me.. So, im not sure why you replied to this.. probably to save face for your company, but you havent resolved the issue and you obviously dont care that much.

I can not say enough about this company. My house was flooded and Teasdale Fenton sent in the A Team. They came in with smiles and were sensitive to my catastrophe. Hunter, Jacob and Tyler evaluated the damage and immediately started working. They are a full service company that moved my furniture to safer ground and set up and turned on their equipment and the healing began. Jacob and Tyler were so professional and respectful. They checked up with me during the drying out period by calling to see if I was okay or if I had any concerns. That kind of support sure did mean a lot to me.Their supervisor, Adam also came by several times to check on the progress and to make sure everything was working properly. They are a very hands on Company and I would, and have referred them to others in the same situation.Its not often, nowadys, that you receive such great workmanship and you receive it with a smile.Thank you Jacob and Tyler...........you guys are THE BEST!!!!!

We had a leak in our upstairs bathroom and it caused a lot of damage on the first floor. It turned into an insurance claim. Everybody that came out from Teasdale Fenton were very professional and courteous.They did an exceptional job. Everybody from Cory with the water restoration division, to Len the estimator, Todd the project manager and Bill Wetzel who did the repairs and painting. We have been very impressed with the quality of workmanship and friendliness of all of your employees. Thank you for making this situation less stressful.

I called on Teasdale Fenton to clean and disinfect all of my air ducts and furnace prior to listing my house for sale. Ryan was my technician . On time, super polite, answered all of my questions and was very thorough. Would definitely recommend .

Thanks carpet cleaning crew at Teasdale Fenton. You saved my carpet from a disaster of a food spill. These pictures show what they were able to remove - a bad tomato sauce stain in my carpeting. They were able to come out asap when others turned me away and said it would be a week before they could come.

Very happy and impressed with our tech, Tom Menner. He was polite, professional, and highly trustworthy every step of the way. Very communicative, punctual, and friendly. The tech was very professional I am very satisfied with this carpet cleaning company I will call him again.

I had a basement leak that ended up creating a mold problem. I called and got an appointment for an assessment/estimate within a few days, and then the work began a week after that. Mark and Tyler came and worked quickly and carefully removing damaged carpet, padding, and drywall. They brought in air scrubbers and treated the two areas with mold growth. The whole process took about four hours on the first day. The scrubbers were left to run for four more days. Everyone I worked with - Paul, Mark, and Tyler - were professional, answered all my questions, and were very nice.

Very happy with the service we received this week. Brandon was very friendly, courteous, and did a wonderful job. I will say in general to be careful with the coupons since most of my rooms counted as two rooms, however I still feel like the pricing was very fair. We wanted our carpets cleaned after our puppy was finished potty training. We got the deodorizer and our house smells SO FRESH now. We will definitely have Teasdale Fenton back again.
