Absolute worst company to work for they under pay thier employers thier janitorial department does not believe in communication of any sort you can be a good proactive worker with integrity and very great performer. But they will not meet you with the same. As a very soon to be former employer Im highly disappointed in the lack of communication of compassion and dishonesty from this company. And I only hope the employers (team leader and floaters) that has shown nothing less than GREAT loyalty integrity and efficient work ethic/performance to treat them better that they are doing now.Treat your employers right and the RIGHT employees will always be willing to go the extra mile plus more.

This is the worse company to work for The staff who answer the phones are rude. Human resources is unprofessional at its best. Trying to get the proper supplies you need to do your job is like pulling teeth they drag they feet you often have to improvise you can be days without supplies and they still expect you to do your job 100% they are nonchalant about your concerns they really dont care

Worst management ever texted to say your job is over. Down right dirty but got a lawyer on it. Oh it is absolutely the case and I would never call to here your fake excuse. I will steer everyone I know from your fly by night company.

Fun getting a weekly check however this company is quick to stab you in the back especially they guy who is in charge of overseeing the accounts. Mr. Ed. This company does not care about there employees they just care about the contractor customer. Was with the company for 3 years, and they just allowed trash to keep working, the leads and management are corrupted, allowing there favorites to do whatever they want, had to many people calling off and it was always our responsibility to cover there load which we didnt think was fair at all. NO RAISES, NO BENIFITS, NEVER SOLID HOURS. You never know if the account will be bought out from under you because of poor management and staff

Up until Jan 27 I was an employee of NSG & I will say that I loved my job so much. My supervisor was the best at what she did. She allowed me to be myself and give some suggestions. I will always appreciate her and her kindness. I was a very hard worker as a floater. I was always on time & went above and beyond my duties yet management should be replaced. I was terminated because I did not respond quickly enough to a text message that was sent by management although I did respond it was an hour and a half after. My reason for not responding in a timely fashion is that I was busy working and I did not even have my phone in my hand. As a responsible worker I dont see it fit to be on my phone while Im working Ive discussed several times with management to call me not text. Management was unprofessional gossiping about other employees to employees sending random silly text messages off the clock overstepping her boundaries as management with employees trying to be more of their friends instead of their boss. I was very sad that instead of giving me a warning they just FIRED ME. In my opinion I feel like if they replace management they may not have such a high turnover with employees. I will miss being with NSG but its on to bigger and better things now.

Ive been waited for more than 2 weeks for response because I applied for security position and I never get a response back and no call back, nothing. I dont know whether I get hired for the position or not. This is just unbelievable.

Great company!

Awful management. Terrible company to work for. Ignored by management and then scolded for no reason. I have proof of trying to contact the manager multiple times with no reply.
