From my understanding they usuly do a good job, definately not me experience. I bought best package they offered and Outside looked OK but interior was just absolutely miserable many things were missed with vacuum there wasnt even a rag ran over the dashboard Back window wasnt even cleaned In the list goes on it was so bad I I felt compelled to take pictures definitely not worth $30 hell it wasnt worth the gas money to get over there

Paid $85 for absolutely nothing. They was supposed to steam clean my seats and clean the interior of my truck. While I was waiting in the waiting room it started to rain so they decided to close. Brought my truck around 5 mins later said your truck is done. I said its still filthy on the inside. He said well you didnt tip so there is nothing I can do for you. WHAT!!! I said I want to speak to your manager he said we are closed you will have have to come back tomorrow. This place is a absolute joke!! Dont waste your money!!

Best car wash in town. Have to drive past two other car washes to get there. They are five miles from my home, but its worth the drive.

Not sure whats going on here or why the employees have become so lazy. There is no reason I should pay $30 for a car wash and still have to go home and vacuum my car and wipe down the center console. Its as if they didnt even try. I wish I could share photos to demonstrate my disgust. I used to love this place, but I will never come here again

I love to go get my car washed @ Johnnys Car Wash! They wash your car really good, wipe down everything inside, vacuum it inside, clean your matts, wash your windows too. Then when your car is done getting washed they hand dry it so theres no spots. It looks great when its done

The pad that washes the passenger side of the car is broke and apparently has been for a couple weeks. The manager knows that so said the employee that took care of me, but they continue to run cars through it. I had them run my car through twice, and there was still a layer of dirt on both the roof, trunk, and passenger side of the car. I also paid an additional 2 dollars and some change to vacuum my trunk, that wasnt done at all. Over the last 2 years this carwash has gone as far down as you can go. I will either go to Mikes or the new one in Independence Kentucky from now on.

They do a pretty good job and have a amazing ice cream stand I side while your waiting for your car.

Not impressed at all. Didn’t clean the weather tech mats or remove them to vacuum underneath. Did not wipe any surfaces but door jams and glass. For $27 at AAA they do everything inside and out with tire shine, dash and console cleaning and they power wash the mats. For console and dash, Johnny’s wants an additional $25. Unfortunately I won’t be back.

Great service as always. If I had to pick one thing that concerned me it would be that we came at closing and they were mopping the floors and there were no wet floor signs. And since my girlfriend had a bad slip and fall last year we were worried she would fall again but no harm no foul and like I said the service was great as always

I usually go to Sharonville car wash I decided to try it since it was closed to my work it was extra for the mats no air freshener and they did not trow away some garbage from my doors and it was 10 extra of what I usually pay the ice cream was very good I will go back for the ice cream but not to clean my car

Great place to take your car and the kids. Give the kids some ice cream and give the wife some peaceful quiet time. Suburban was way cleaner than at Mikes.

Appreciate them still offering all their services during the pandemic. Not aware of any other place locally that you can get the inside and outside cleaned. Like that you can watch the cars go through the wash.

Stopped in on a Saturday morning 7-31-21 and got the Premium wash for my Lexus. The outside of the car was OK. The inside was terrible. The carpets was barely vacuumed, they wiped the top of the dash and that was it. I am usually pretty pleased with the service, but if this is the expectation, I will just go to Mikes car wash. I would rate this visit a 3 or 4 out of 10.

Even after I paid the extra $25 charge for the floors to get done he told me that the doors do not get wiped down.. Not good. What to expect from kids now days.. I was told I get interior cleaning plus exterior for the price and I ended up having to wipe down a lot of the dash myself. Also didnt get Armour all. Kid said it was extra. Wow.

Front of the car beautifully clean. Roof and back of the car JUST as filthy as when i drove it into the wash.

Depends on who is working when you’re there. I’ve watched people text while riding through the washing machine and I have seen people ignore certain things when detailing my car. I have also had great employees hang back and double check things like behind the steering wheel or the air vents. The establishment itself is great. The employees are mostly good. 🤷🏻‍♀️ I love the environment and the windows and the rocking chairs and the ice cream. Really cool place, I don’t like having to go through and clean up big missed spots after they return my car, and it’s happened several times.

Did a great job on my car, but helped themselves to all the change in my car.

I took my car to Johnnys because it was filthy due to letting my grandson eat and also drink while going places. I also let my dog ride in it and she sheds like crazy! When I picked my car up four hours later, it was spotless! Thank you to all of the employees that cleaned it and thank you for such great service!

The attendant told me to *use a scrub brush* when I showed him the dirt after giving me my dirty car back.

Had a wonderful young man take care of my SUV from drop off to pickup just now. He was both very polite and professional. I was particularly pleased that he followed up on my request to not put my wet floor mats back in my vehicle, before drying them off.I like to treat myself to a Johnnys car wash as frequently as I can. While pricey, I like the full service that includes taking care of both the interior and exterior of my RAV4.

Ive always had my cars washed there and when they went to having owners drive through the express lane I loved the idea since it was quicker. However, I drive off the property to wipe my car down since I had an employee gripe at me for washing my own car since they dont get tips anymore from those who use the express lane. Rather then listen to the complaints, which should be taken to management and not the customers, I just pull next door and wipe it down

This was my first time having my car washed there.Pros: More interaction in the process. Unlike Mikes or Water Works, where they scrub the front and back, maybe the wheels, Johnnys goes further to clean the car inside and out. Even my tire shine covered the entire tire, not partial like the others.It was done quicker than I was expecting. We got there before the rush but even watching the line disappear as quick as it grew was impressive.Cons: Price. Its pretty costly over all, even their express washes. Not something I would hit regularly but when I want more done and not in the mood or time to do it myself.Not near as clean as I would have hoped but could have been worse. It is a car wash where getting them in and out ASAP, so if your looking for OCD level work, stick to doing it yourself, otherwise its good for general cleanliness.Didnt put things back where removed. Not a deal breaker but it would be nice for them to put things back as they cleaned.

My first time visiting this business and Im disappointed. I know things are never perfect, but I had a higher level of expectation having my car wash fully serviced before from other competitors. They seemed friendly but missed the mark when it came to certain stuff. I have photos if you want to see what Im talking about. I, as a customer, shouldnt have to leave and go to another car wash to fix something that should have been taken care of at the first place. I paid good money and I expect good service.

The last few times we have been through we have had to call back or bring our car back up because they didn’t a thorough job of cleaning the interior and exterior of the car.This last time was the final straw as employees generally seem to be more interested in being on their phones than doing their job.For as much as they charge for this service, there should not be any issues.Used to be top notch service.We will gladly save the money and do it ourselves next time.

I had my truck detailed inside and out. They said it would take about 4 hrs. Seven and a half hours later I call them and apparently it had been done for awile but they neglected to call me. The outside looked awesome but they did a poor job on the door jams and there was several wite waxy spot left on the floor mats. But overall it was very clean

Experience generally good. I would have given a 4th star, but the small things that were left unfinished in the final product held me back.

I like the full service wash and they really are the only game in town. They do a reasonably good job vacuuming and the dash wipe down is pretty good. I am more particular when it comes to cleaning the car.

Did the free wash with Honda pass and my car looked beautiful. The salt was gone top to bottom and it shined beautifully. Highly recommend.

Dont expect a clean car and for the price this is unacceptable. Poorly vacuumed carpets, smears on windows, dashboard/console/doors left with spots. Convenience and free washes with car purchases from Toyota are the only reason I have gone there. My free washes are up and I am out! Wont pay for shoddy, expensive workmanship

Save your money......... Poor attention to detail: used a wet, dirty cloth to clean, (apparently), everything. My interior windows were streaked with mud, (literally). My car interior was barely touched. They moved my drivers seat position, and they left other seat flipped forward. I doubt they even got into the rear area, (probably just leaned heavily on the drivers seat to minimally clean the reach what they could. My wheels and tires were also not touched by any worker. And I paid for Premium Service, (I believe $26, if I remember correctly the price). The owner/manager treated me very impolitely, ignoring my comments and the appearance of my car, and offering a redo. I insisted on a refund. I wouldnt want to put my car through more torture. (And my car is always very clean)

Best car wash in Anderson. From simple exterior washes to full detailing services and just about everything in-between. Theyll clean interior, towel dry after the wash and even dry the door jams. Worth the price.

I wish they would use dry rags on the windows. Its my only complaint with them I always buy 3 premium coupons books each year. I would hate to go elsewhere to get my car clean.

I went to Johnny expecting good stuff. I have been going there for years. Well this time was horrible. I have rubber strips on the roof of my magnum. 1 got torn off. I had to ask the service person to go get it. So ICanhave it put back on. He said it happens because our dryers are strong and blow hard. I asked for his rag to finish wiping down my car. Dirt left in door jams, edges, around lights, my windshield is streaked. I left a dead fly on my dash so I could be sure they cleaned,guess what, still there.I paid for the best wash plus extra for the rubber mats .$32.00. After looking again. Here is another guess what. The floor mats put in my car arent mine. I had plain black mats. These are dodge mats with the red ram logo. Someone is mad they didnt get their mats back. My wheels not even touched. So much for premium wash I wont be going back.

PROS: I opted for the premium car wash and Johnnys offered online discounted coupons-- be sure to check their website before you go! This is an auto wash, and the staff vacuums your car, wipes your windows, and hand wipes down your car after it comes off the line. The line moves quickly, the staff is courteous, you can watch your car move through the auto wash from a heated or air-conditioned viewing area, and you can observe it being dried from a front porch rocking chair if you like. All good so far and for about $30 including tip!CONS: I drive an SUV, and unfortunately, I had to park under a tree that leat residue on the roof of my vehicle which is what prompted this wash the day before Thanksgiving in 33 degree weather. The auto wash did not get the residue off of the roof of my car, and the drying attendant was choosing to ignore that area while performing his duties. He was not too happy when I asked him if he could address that issue. As for the vacuuming, carpets looked wonderful! But I guess cup holders and wiping down consoles are excluded from that category. Door jams, etc., are listed as being wiped down; however, I guess they just think youre going to use the driver door to drive away and not the other three doors nor the hatchback! While wiping the rear windows, there was no wiping around the trim of those on the SUV. Keep in mind... I realize this was not a detail. I have frequented this Johnnys many, many times and the service previously had always been stellar, and all the things mentioned had always been done previously.

Only place i will have my car cleaned when i am at work on Beechmont.

A little pricey and sometimes the line is really long, but I would definitely say it’s worth it. They do a great job and if it’s not done to your satisfaction, they will keep cleaning until you’re happy.

The express line is really good,you just pay, drive a couple of yards,the card gets washed by a machine and then you just keep driving your own way, good if you dont like dealing too much with ppl.

I am almost glad I spilled a glass of lemonade in our van. The 10-year-old van carpet had never been shampooed, and I havent been able to get under the wheelchair drivers seat to vacuum, so I know it was disgusting. They even got under there, which makes think they moved the seat out. They did a stellar job!

This was my first time at Johnnys in many years. I was given a wash by Beechmont Toyota and it was about to expire. I asked if I could upgrade to a deluxe, and they said I could. There were a handful of cars ahead of me and the wash process went faster than expected. The cashier was very nice, offered to give me cash back (in case I wanted to tip).My car was clean, the door jambs dried, wheels looked great!Windshield, not so much. There was a giant dead bug spot I partially got off at the gas station prior to going to Johnnys. The remaining partial amount was still there after the car wash, plus other dead bugs that didnt come off. The inside had been vacuumed out well, but the interior of windshield looked awful. I could, and have, done a better job.Seriously disappointed, and its because I expected more.

When my suv went thru the car wash it ripped my passenger side windshield wiper off. The manager was very rude!!!! The inside of my suv was still dusty and windows not touched. Every time I go there it is horrible service. I will never go back. They did used to be a great place with great service......now don’t waste your time or money!!!!!

I visit Johnnys car wash frequently for a Premium Wash. The Service and employees are wonderful! Cleaning the car windshield is not only a daunting task, but difficult to do perfectly! Thankfully, I have the wonderful, friendly, trained & highly qualified staff to do this for me! Thank you Johnnys Beechmont!

I needed a simple car wash and a quick run through on the interior. The car wash was good however the surfaces that were supposed to be wiped down still contained water spots like they used a wet towel to wipe down the windows and mirrors. The vacuum job was good but the interior windows was terrible. I had to redo my windows when I got home. Made me sorry I tipped so well.

Scratched my black 300 and basically said not their problem! Im a huge car guy so I pay very close attention to my car. The scratch in question was NOT there prior to my visit.

Ive give them 3 1/2 if I could, but no more. Not bad, but pricey. Used to get a lot more for the money. Owned by Beechmont Toyota and these same comments apply to them too.

Dissapoined in result after cost. Was called and told it was ready but had to spend another 20 minutes there pointing out all the things that they missed and didnt clean. still found other things after I got home that should have been cleaned but wasnt. for the price it shouldnt have been that way I would suggest asking for someone who has experience to clean it before you drop it off. Most of the staff look like young kids. and also have a manager or supervisor make sure that before you are called to pick it up thats its actually clean obviously nobody checked this persons work before they called me especially since when you pay they ask you if you want cash back for a tip before you suggest having a person who just paid $200 to have their car cleaned to give their employee at if you might want to check their work first. I went there because of a recommendation from my company who uses their service but I will make sure that they know to be careful in the future because if thats how it is done all the time its not quality work.

Johnnys is the only place I can get my car cleaned both outside and inside. I use a walker and am treated very kindly by everyone. I can no longer use a vacation in my car or wriggle around inside cleaning the windows. My car is a lot cleaner because of Johnnys and I think it even runs smoother...😋

I was there at Johnnys this morning paid $24 to have my car cleaned inside and out even gave a $5 tip so it cost me $29 . the outside look pretty good but they did not do anything on the inside and I am so upset and I couldnt go back because I had to go to work.😠

Paid for them to vacuum out my car and when I got inside it appeared that they didnt even attempted to clean anything inside I took out everything I didnt want throw away. everything was cleaned and organized besides the carpet and just a little dusty on the dash. nothing looked different besides my glove box that had been rummage through. I noticed after getting home that a case that was closed was left open and tossed, as if whoever did it wasnt trying to find the fact they went through my personal belongings. I called to complain about the “cleaning” and the possible sticky fingers employee they had. When I called, I was put on hold only after saying hello, so they didnt know why I was calling. I was left on hold for over 30 minutes, when I checked the time I looked up their hours and they were now closed. Leaving me on hold 10 minutes after closing . I hung up and immediately called back but nobody answered . I call back the next day after I cleaned my car myself and the employee told me not to leave anything in the car I didnt want them to go through. (Even after posting this over a year ago they haven’t made any attempt to apologize. I thought it was an employee issue clearly it starts with management.)

Hadnt been to Johnnys for a couple of years because of poor service. I thought I would give it a try today. I should have known it was a mistake when I pulled into the lot and had no wait pulling into the bay where they vacuum. Only half the dash was wiped off. The console did not appear to be cleaned. The young man wiping my car down looked lethargic as he slowly walked around the vehicle barely doing anything with the vehicle. I do not recommend going here for a car wash.

Mi floor mats werent cleaned. I asked the guy that dried my car about it, he said you have to ask for it. I got the premium car wash thought that would include everything.
