I never had good experience here in the past but this time Melissa took care of me and she was WONDERFUL! very nice and professional

States online and on the door that masks are still mandated but several patients and most employees were not wearing them. I had my blood drawn in the processing room next to urine and blood samples instead of being in the designated draw room. The phlebotomist who drew my blood threw my bloody gauze on the ground before giving me a new one and a bandaid. I’ve had my blood drawn other places before and I have never experienced something like this.

I don’t know what the other reviewers are talking about when it comes to “rude staff”. After my experience I thought it is only fair to share my review to google as well.. the staff was VERY nice, professional, and efficient. Their Covid policies are excellent and easy to use/understand. When I came in they knew who I was and even addressed me by name before I could give it (and it was my first time there). The test administrator was very sweet and explained everything excellently, and she was personable as well by just talking to me as if I was a friend. Seriously my only complaint is that the parking lot is a little awkward to get out of during higher traffic, but even that wasn’t really terrible. I will absolutely use this location again in the future and was very satisfied with my appointment; which was also significantly quicker than I initially expected!! 10/10 would recommend!

Staff was very unprofessional and rude. I would not recommend coming to this location at all! The lady at the front desk was especially rude. If I could give zero stars I would. I wish I would have read the reviews before I decided to go there. AGAIN WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!

Unnecessarily unfriendly and zero customer service.If I could give ZERO stars, that’s what I would select.Staff at the desk and staff collecting the specimens have been over the top unfriendly all four visits. Rude to me, rude to other customers, upset at the line of people, making comments about its time for their lunch break but no signage is posted.Next time I need to go to Labcorp, I will be driving 20 miles farther down the road to another location.The franchise owner should address this ASAP!

Where do I start.... Id give zero stars if I could....Staff was rude to myself and everyone else who came in. The building was small so waiting room was tiny and they allowed more than maximum number of recommended occupants for social distancing, at times double what the sign said and one waiting patient was continuously coughing.

I would recommend going to a different location and not the north bend rd office. The lady who works at the front is just rude. Everytime I have been there. So whoever it is that is working Aug 15 around 4 pm. She talks to patients in a belittling way. I will be going to a different location next time.

Ive been going to this location for years. Due to chronic health issues Ive had to have a LOT of blood drawn. The staff has always been helpful and friendly. They are so professional I rarely feel the needle being inserted.

I have to go in about once a month to have labs checked. Staff here is always friendly and professional.

I was in and out for a drug screen in 10 minutes. Very easy. However, the employees were not very professional and someone clearly had been smoking inside.

The staff does not greet you when you come or go. No eye contact. I had to greet them. I went in at 2 different times for drug testing. All they do is rattle off instructions.

My first experience here was great. Came in and the staff was very professional even though the office was busy. Im giving this a one star rating based upon my second experience. The girls behind the counter were extremely rude, had bad attitudes, and were complaining about people walking in an hour before their lunch time.

Very rude and unprofessional. Called my name, had me go urinate and then ask what my name was because she had the wrong persons form in her hand. Hands down, this place gets a ZERO. Not to mention, its inside of an old ranch style home! Passed it up because theres only a sign in the damn window.

I know why people would have given this place really bad ratings, is just because they are always short handed. There is one lady at reception and the same lady handles the specimen as well. My visit was concerning with drug test as a new hire. I made an appointment online and was done with it within twenty minutes.

Horrible service. The gentleman at the window lost my drivers license, think he gave it to the wrong patient. He kept misgendering me even after I made a comment. The place smelled like wet dogs and they left doors open while drawing peoples blood.
