Dont use this company, you will be scammed out of your money with no work doneLike other reviews saisd his name is J o s h B a l d w i n and he finds different ways to scam. he goes by different names on facebook. he is a great salesman but an even better liar. he will take your money and never work.I had to pay out of pocket for my roof to be fixed. i changed my name for privacy reasons. The positive reviews are for sure done by him. the negative reviews are real. google the pictures in the reviews and youll see theyre google stock pictures. i should have listened to the reviews. i have lost $20,000+. he will evade you at all costs if you sue, just look his name up and his company in the court records (cases from years ago still arent settled) just stay away.

We absolutely LOVE our new kitchen. The guys at Empire went above an beyond to ensure we loved our kitchen. They were understanding and worked around our busy schedule which made things go much smoother for us. I would recommend them to anybody!

So pleased with Empire Contracting. They went above and beyond my expectations for our new roof and gutters. They were timely and did great work. And affordable. I will be using Empire Contracting again.

Its been awhile since it got done but Empire Great job on decorative concrete. The patio really stands out now. Im really happy with the outcome.

After the recent storms I had some roof damage and Jake came out and took a look and showed me pictures of hail damage all over my roof. I didnt even know it was there. I let them call my insurance company to file a claim. I was hesitant because it didnt seem real. Well State Farm came out... denied my roof. Jake then took on the task and after 6 or 7 emails he got my door approved. All I had to pay was my deductible. Im not the one to write a review but I am so impressed by his efforts this was the lease I could do. SF even came back and said 8k to replace it. Jake was about 7k more but if all I have to pay is my deductible why would I not use the best and most expensive.

Finished my basement for my kids. My wife and I are very happy with the basement now. They did a really nice job and they were on time everyday. The project was completely quickly. The price was fair and competitive, a lot cheaper than some other companies we talked to. My neighbor is using them also.

They were supposed to put a concrete porch, railing and awning. They did not put the porch on correctly and the sidewalks are horrible. They had concrete splattered all over the brick and vinyl siding and also on the windows and door The porch is already cracking and is so uneven and when it rains we have a puddle on the porch. They left concrete dried in the yard and did not clean up. When my husband, contacted the owner he said, he would be out the next day and have it redone (this was in August). He never showed up and kept saying he was. He offered a check, but it was not enough considering we never got railing or awning. Tried to post pics, but wasnt able to.

Company does not pay their vendors. Will not return phone calls and provided a bad email to send invoice.

Empire did really good work! The patio turned out exactly as we had hoped. The finish and attention to detail was outstanding. The installer Johnny was top-notch.

Where do I begin..this company stared working on my mothers house over a year ago..still not done..they are terrible unprofessional unreliable over all bad.dont take my word..read the reviews..they lie.they dont the meaning of professionalism.just aThink of siding laying around your yard for over a year.. siding blowing off during strom.they didnt even wrap the house before putting up the siding.these guys are terrible too to bottom.. poor poor management

The hole job has been a process that has been trying at times. Our house was affected by the memorial day tornados so more than empire was involved with the process. For what empire has done the work is excellent.

Company does not communicate well. I paid for a CORE TEST and now they say they took on another larger project and are no longer interested in doing our roof replacement. I wasted a month now closer to winter because of the CEOs emails saying it would be next week for a month. Very unprofessional. If they get a better job your roofing needs go to the wayside. I do not recommend them.

The workers came in and were very professional. They were diligent in everything they did with little wasted effort. They did everything asked of them and were happy to fulfill our needs. Great to work with and will call Empire for our next job!

The HOA for our neighborhood decided that the sidewalks were becoming dangerous because some slabs had risen or sunk over the 15 years since it was installed. One of our original bids, through Thumbtack, was from Driven Construction. Unfortunately it was above our budget. I contacted Driven to see if we could lessen the scope of work to stay within our budget. I got a call back from Cameron who is the sales manager of Empire Contracting Group which had just merged with Driven. Cameron was sensitive to our needs and he sent out Taylor, the project manager, to walk through the site with me and rebid our job. We were able to come to an agreement that met both sides needs. As a result of the merger there was a little bit of disorganization in the beginning. Empire was able to work through the problems and the work flowed much more smoothly after that. The removal of the old slabs took a little bit longer than Empire expected because in places the sidewalk had been double poured and the concrete was a lot thicker in those places than Taylor expected. Empire ate the extra cost of removing those slabs. The project is completed and the sidewalk now looks great. What is even more important the sidewalk is no longer dangerous. Empire did a great job in marrying the replacement slabs to the existing slabs. I hope that I dont have to have any more concrete work done. If i do Empire Contracting Group will be the first people I will contact.

These guys were great to work with. They transformed my old dated bathroom and kept the period charm so it goes with the rest of the house. This is exactly what I wanted.

He has multiple fake accounts to try and show there is a different owner. I feel sorry for any and all homeowners that give him money. Multiple lawsuits against this thief. I contracted with Empire Contracting Group on 10/12/18 and am very excited to have my basement remodeled. Theres currently old wood paneling from the 70s and my friends make fun of me every time they come over! They are going to remove it and finish it with drywall and install a bar for my fiancé.Brad, the designer, was very helpful and knowledgable. He walked me through several designs and options and we took advantage of their 0% financing. WE ARE VERY EXCITED TO GET THIS STARTED!

Met with Brad and now planning on having my basement finished at my home in Mason by Empire Contracting. Brad was very professional and answered all my questions. The pricing he quoted was competitive and I am confident they will do a great job. Installation is planned for next month.

They worked on my grandmothers house took a year to do part of the siding never finished the job and put a lean on the house because the insurenve never finished paying they are a scam group

Empire ripped me off. I did work for them and I didnt get paid in full. If you look in the reviews I actually did the work for tyler webb. These guys are crooks and ripped me off.

Horrible!!! I contacted them to try to get the sidewalk up to my doorway fixed; 1st it took them weeks to contact me. Once they finally did, they did send someone to our house; however, that person acted like the job wasnt big enough so he would have done guys contact us....never heard back!!!! I guess if your project isnt worth thousands, they dont care to assist you!
