Our old shower was extremely worn and needed replaced. After contacting Re-Bath Cincinnati, they came out and did a free estimate, we went through with their sales representative, he did some measurements and we chose the color, texture, door style and matching accessories. Due to everything being custom color and texture, with a color match base everything had to be ordered and made which is totally understandable. It took just over 8 weeks which was within the 8-10 week expected window for them to come back out. Jason, their installar, who was great! Showed up on time and promptly got to work on the day they had scheduled. He was swift and able to tear out our old shower rather fast. After running into some install issues with components he finished for the day and setup the follow-up day to return and complete the job. Jason returned the following day on time, although at the time our color-matched base we had ordered was unable to be installed, Re-Bath Cincinnati promptly had Jason put in a temporary base until they could get us the exact piece we originally wanted and to avoid leaving us without a shower while we waited. They returned this past week to do the final reinstallation, this time another team of installers showed up, which were also great, fast and professional as well. They quickly pulled the first system out on the first day, installed the correct color matched base then came back the next day and then finished the rest of the installation.Now that the shower is finished, my wife and I can say that we are very happy with the way in which everything was handled by Re-Bath Cincinnati and our beautiful finished product!I definitely give Re-Bath Cincinnati 5 stars because the end product is amazing, the installers are great and they really do come out and knock out the job in a very short amount of time, for us just several hours over a two day period!!Plus the company worked hard to insure we were completely satisfied with the end product!I have no doubt in my future that I would use them for any bathroom remodeling without hesitation!

Had a completely new shower installed in the master bathroom. John and Austin were great. I really dont think they even took a lunch break. Very professional and friendly. Got along great with our pets and were very careful not to accidentally let them out.

I contracted Re-Bath for a complete bathroom make over. Remove old tub and tile, install walk in shower and put up new dry wall. Very happy with work done by installer. Two different installers, shower installer removed toilet and vanity. After drywall installer was finished I asked him if he reinstalled the toilet and vanity, he said no just call Re-Bath and they would send someone out. We were also getting new flooring which had to wait until the shower was completed so several weeks went by before I called for the reinstallation only to be told they would not do this. This job costs $12000 which they collected the day the shower was completed and before the drywall was installed by billing my Lowes credit card. I was a little shocked at that. I also received emails from Lowes asking me to sign a completion document. I did not do this as the job wasnt complete. Three days later another email from Lowes with my signature on the completion document!!!!! I was outraged. I have argued with Re-Bath about sending someone to finish this job. They finally agreed to send someone after I threatened to contact my attorney but it is yet to be done since he was a no show. I have been without a functioning bathroom for a month. I do not recommend Re-bath, I will never use them again and I will tell everyone I know to not use them. I learned a hard lesson. Extremely expensive and very poor customer service

I had a vinyl tub that cracked after 4 years (from Lowes)so I went to Home Depot and they referred me to ReBath. They had a professional consultant come out and explain what I needed.The installation took two days but the job was done professionally and looks great. I had a young man called,Cody who was super clean, friendly and accurate in his work.I can not say enough good things about ReBath.

Re-Bath replaced our bathtub with a shower base. Our installer was Jesse, he was very professional and provided a quality instilation. The replacement process was well thought out. Our carpet and flooring were protected with dropcloths at all times. The shower walls and base are good quality and well designed. Re-Bath has created a process to replace old tubs and showers, with new in a day or two.
