I just moved to Cincy. Been getting my cuts by Ross who always takes care of me no matter what kind of requests I make. Latest cut he gave me is a south side fade. Phone Appointments are strongly recommended

I wish I could give a review of my haircut. But, I cant do that today. My barber no showed on me. Had an 11 a.m. appointment for a haircut and 11:30 a.m. for a bears trim. Sat in the shop for 45 mi uses and dude didnt show. Not ideal.

The absolute worst haircut I have ever recieved. I told the gentlmen not to cut the top and he proceeded to butcher it. Its not even whats so ever. How he is qualified to cut hair is beyond me. If I could post a picture I would. And to be charge 30$ along with me being there a hour and half is unacceptable.

Ive been coming here for over a decade. Always clean, always friendly, and they have great barbers. Since covid theyve had to restructure how appointments are made but they are very careful to follow all safety guidelines while maintaining great service

Visited Cuts on 8/15/20, and I got a nice shape-up/trim and line-up! I badly needed this, and brother Al did a great job. I will make this my go-to shop. Appreciate the COVID-19 protocols in place as well.

Great place, clean. If its your first time be advise that the customer service level is very low. You need to ask to get your hair done otherwise the barbers will think you here for your favorite barber. Will still recommend this place. Bonus.... They have a female barber. I was very please by that.

Didnt like results. Went back month later and was very satisfied.

She braided my hair and my daughter hair really nice and neat. We were in and out in no time.

My mom is getting her hair cut we running a little late the lady says 30 minutes 30 minutes later she says 45 minutes btw theres a kid in there of theres no kids allowed tell the person the first time so they dont waste they time RUDE will not be coming back.
