A very nice and friendly environment. Was immediately greeted upon entering even though they were busy. Business was clean, well lit and my stylist took the time to listen to my needs and she did a really bang up job! Was a bit on the pricey side but it’s definitely not great clips. I definitely plan on coming back here again when I need a shape up

I love Bishops! Styles are trendy, the staff is so kind and professional and they always do a great job. I highly recommend them for kids, adults, anyone. Also during covid I feel they are doing everything possible to make it safe for staff and customers, and I really appreciated that.

I usually don’t leave reviews for places, but this was by far the best experience I’ve had getting my hair cut. I went in for a pretty drastic change that I’ve wanted for a while but was scared to do. But I had an amazing experience! Caitlyn was my stylist and she made me so comfortable and I felt so validated. She explained what she thought would look best and why while still staying true to my vision. She was as excited as I was during the whole cut saying how good it looked.I will definitely be making this my go to salon from now on!

My daughter and niece made appointments without me knowing. I was a bit apprehensive due to the area and my daughter only being 14. They were AMAZING!! They were able to fit me in at the same time as the girls. We had to go back for my niece to get color two days later and they also fit my younger two daughters in! They listened to my girls and did exactly what they wanted. My youngest is autistic and has horrible anxiety and they were able to wash, cut and style her hair without her having any issues.

Very nice place, great music and decor.I went in for a fade and to get my top trimmed.Cost $25 which is expensive for what I needed and they cant do straight razor because theyre not a barber shop, which is what I should of known personally for what I needed.However, Emma was very polite and clearly cares about her craft and they let me walk in with no appointment so Im grateful for that.

Okay so I love Bishops normally but when we called to schedule we were told to come in at 12:30 because they would be ready to service at that time, awesome. So we arrive and there are only two people working and two being service so we had to wait until 1:00 until our first reserved haircut was done. Next two other people walked in and were immediately serviced while I continued to wait. It is 1:20 now and no word on when I can have a haircut. Might have to add more quarters to the meter because this could be a 2 hour haircut process. Keep in mind to it is only an undercut and short cut. I’m disappointed and feel disrespected after coming here over 10 times.

Chett is one of a kind! He’s professional, genuine, and hands down one the most talented people I know! Also he gives one of the best haircuts in the Clifton area! Will be back to see him! Better book with him now he books fast but so worth the wait!

The first time I got my hair cut here, I had Mary Ann and she did a fabulous job. This time, I got Mason and she also did an amazing job. I feel so cute right now haha. Also, Mason knew I had a time constraint and worked quickly. Another thing I appreciate about Bishops is that they are LGBT friendly. Instead of womens or mens cuts, its short cuts and long cuts. I think thats cool. ✨

Chett is an amazing stylist, we followed him from his old salon and we’d follow him anywhere. He’s personable, stylish, professional, and wonderfully talented. I’m so glad to have found a stylist I like and trust as much as him.

Definitely over priced. Actual salons charge less. Very clean place and nice people. Haircut was okay. Dye job was not good unfortunately. Turned out copper so I went back to have it fixed and while it is less red, there are now some silvery streaks in the mix. I will have to go elsewhere to have this corrected. Wish I could say I liked this place more because its convenient but this was not a good experience. Maybe if you want manic panic pink hair this is the right place to go but if you want a grown up hair color, go somewhere else.

5/5 stars! I usually just ask the hairstylist what they would recommend because Im hopeless when it comes to hair. Madelaine listened to my generic idea of what I wanted, offered her suggestion and then gave me a great hair treatment. Will def be back!

Bishops is a very friendly place, super clean and safe. I loved my experience, I made an appointment and didn’t have to wait at all. My hair was really damaged because of *quarantine* but my hair stylist, Chett, did not judge at all, cut out all the damaged ends, and made my hair look really good.

I’ve been having Chett do my hair for almost two years now and I travel all the way from Colorado to have Him cut my hair. Totally worth every mile and dollar spent. He’s professional and has always done an excellent job and exceeds my expectations every time.

During my four years at Cincinnati, there was not a single time where I went to any other hair stylist than Chett. Even when I travelled abroad for four months, I waited to get my hair done by him. I went to Chett for my hair nearly every other week for four years, and I always left knowing that my hair looked spot-on. Hes an absolutely fantastic stylist, amazing listener, and gave me the perfect haircut for my medical school interview. Im truly looking forward to the Illinois quarantine being lifted so that I can drive the five hours for his talented and personable services.

I read the reviews and decided to go to this salon and I wasnt disappointed. I booked with Charlotte because someone said here that she was so patient. I love patient people. She did my cut and I am so happy with it!! It is all that I wanted and more. Charlotte is very gentle. I almost fell asleep during the whole experience lol. It was very relaxing. Try the shampoo. I love the scalp therapy shampoo that she used. It smelled so good and it had a minty feel, so cool to the scalp. The whole experience is a musthave for all moms. You deserve this. Im new to Cincinnati and I am so happy to have found Bishops and Charlotte. They got a new repeat customer for sure!Update 3/2/21: I have been so busy with the pandemic and with kids being at home due to school closings and doing distance learning so I only got a chance to come back to Bishops for my hair cut. I had a problem with my hair being so dry and tangled out of control that I decided to make my hair shorter. Charlotte was not around when I came so Shelly did my hair. I am so happy with my inverted bob. Shelly did a wonderful job. I love my new short hair. Easy to maintain yet stylish. Bishops will always be my choice for haircut short or long!
