What a waste!!! I sat there for at least 45 minutes to be told they could not cut my hair. There were 2 barbers cutting hair, at that time they knew that they could not cut my hair. Did they say anything? NO! They let me sit there for nothing. One guy said very weakly, Im sorry. No real apology, they just didnt care. I tried the BBB, they are not listed as accredited. Now I know why .What a TURKEY!

Was going to give Anderson Barber Shop a try for the first time. However, this “barber” was more concerned with going on his lunch break than taking care of a paying customer. I’ll just continue going to Salem Barber Shop instead where Randy and his staff are professional and willing to take care of their customers at any moment. Glad I didn’t give this shop a penny.

Any barber can make you look good. It is a rare barber who can do a cut that still looks good three weeks or more later. That is what I get from Kyle at Anderson Barber Shop. He is, quite simply, the best barber I have found in the region. That’s why I keep coming back.

This is a awesome place when my husband had a stroke and he could not get out of the house I spoke with the owner and the owner got a fantastic man, thank you so very much and he did it very awesome job thank you all and God bless

Kyle was great, got him in quickly for an appointment and did a fantastic job!

The barber cut my neck six times with a straight razor and did his best to hide it. The owner then watched this happen and said nothing also. I return to the shop after finding blood on my neck and looking more closely in a mirror and the owner shrugs at me and doesnt even attempt to apologize. Doesnt even care that apparently one of his workers is an unlicensed barber with no ability to use a straight razor.

When I first moved to Cincinnati from New Jersey I had a very difficult time locating a good barber shop. Ive been using Anderson Barbershop now for about 2 years and they are fantastic. I love the new location. They are always friendly and make you feel welcomed when you go there. Im very glad I found them.

I’ve gotten my haircut here for about 8 months now. My usual barber is great. Does m hair just as I like. Today I had a new barber. I always get a skin fade. The gentleman that cut my hair did not even blend the like what so ever. And the line was also way too low for a fade. I had to have another barber shop fix my entire haircut. Now I’m stuck for 3 week with a janky haircut.

I don’t normally write reviews for things, unless there is an extreme to one end of the spectrum of service, good or bad... I don’t like this barber shop, I love it. there is a family friendly atmosphere with even better barbers. Each of them knows they’re limits and what they’re capable of. I went in today asking for a pretty complicated cut. The owner sat me down in his chair and after I explained it, he told me it was a job for the younger barber, Kyle. It was obvious he knew what he was doing and kept a conversation going while cutting my hair. The end result was perfection, I 10/10 recommended this shop for whatever style you’re looking for.

I have had plenty of bad experiences with getting my hair cut so I got to the point where I can do a pretty good job on my own. However my fiancé wanted me to get it taken care of by someone else for our special day so I looked around the area and found this place. This was the first time I enjoyed the experience and result. The barber asked multiple times throughout the process making sure that I was getting what I wanted throughout the process before moving on and everything was finished in a timely manner

It depends on who you get... And how their day is going. There is a young guy first chair (least the last couple months) he is great!!!! Never had any issues and always in a good mood! There is an older guy last chair... Had done good on my hair, however both my sons went and he messed up both their hair! I told them to go back and have him fix it... He was rude to them and their hair still wasnt very good. I should have done it at home!

I have been going here since I was 3 years old, but at that time it was under other ownership (Hugh and Hutch RIP)...but still the best barbershop I have ever been too in my life!!!! Very very friendly, fun, family shop!! Also has the old school barbershop style as well!! I have recently taken my son, and he is the 4th generation to goto this barbershop!!!! Last of a dieing breed of barbershop and they still use a straight blade and shaving foam too line your ears up and next up!! So great I love this place!!!

I went in because I hadnt been a barber shop in afue years so I thought I would try the Anderson.. the owner was a nice guy but failed to cut my hair how I wanted to cut it and didnt take much time to ask how I would like it cut in the first place. It wasnt a bad cut in the end but it definitely wasnt what I walked in wanting. I wont be visiting again because believe in a world where the customer is always right and I dont feel like they respected that while I was there and Im not satisfied as a customer.

Walked out of shop about 10 minutes ago. After waiting for 30 minutes, I wasnt even spoken to or acknowledged. People who came in after me were served one by one, while I stayed seated like an idiot at the front desk. Will not be going back.
