Wow...this was a very nice hotel. We stayed there for a hockey tournament and it was beautiful. I could smell that the rooms were cleaned. The pool was nice. The lobby was very spacious. The staff was friendly and greeted us or spoke to us every time we walked by. I would highly recommend this hotel when in the area.
This place is my favorite place to stay, Jay and his staff treat me like family, food and drinks are top notch. Very clean, and this place smells so good the minute you walk in. I have stayed here from June, July and most of August, I plan to go back on Monday. They are my family away from home. Maybe a lot of people dont know about this awesome gem tucked away off the interstate, I love the views from the 14th floor the city lights are so pretty. Highly recommended.
Front desk was awesome. Had a issue with the key not working at check-in but, the guy was quick to fix the issue. Also the doorman gave us a good choice of place to checkout for the night scene. It was actually right across the street from hotel. Hotel was in great location. My friends were only a few minutes away from Hotel in apartments they were staying at. We had a blast at Kings Island also. Im trying talk them into coming back soon. Cincinnati might be the new spot and Delta will be the new hotel of choice! Thanks!
Nice clean facility, quiet atmosphere, personable and friendly staff. Excellent price. I’ll stay here EVERY TIME I’m in Ohio! Pool, patio, bourbon bar, star bucks, and fitness center on site.If you don’t know what you want to drink ask the bar tender to surprise you, you won’t be disappointed.
Very clean, comfortable and cozy! The location is great and the staff is amazing. Our restroom and shower were spotless. Something we find very hard to come by these day... Management was always around making sure everyone had anything we needed.
Stay was good. Staff was great. I was a little disappointed I did not get upgraded. I turned in my request about 5 months before my stay and still didnt happen. I understand the suites were already taken by horrorhound staff, but thought they could have tried harder. Plus in my profile I request a high floor, and that did not happen, was put on 3rd floor. Plus it was a handicap room and the gal that checked me did not tell me that. I did not get a welcome gift either. So overall, wasnt impressed on how I was treated as a platinum elite status member.
Everyone at Delta Hotels was wonderful to work with! We hosted my 2-day wedding at Delta Hotels in Sharonville and it was such a great way to have everyone we love stay at the same place as the events. The staff went above and beyond to make this weekend amazing for us and dealing with our huge wedding party. Cant recommend them enough!!
The hotel was clean and comfortable. The interior was very nice, completely remodeled. Staff and partners were all friendly and professional. I have stayed at other hotels and paid much much more per night that did not match the quality and service here. Well done. Definitely staying there again.

The hotel and their staff were amazing! From the time I checked until I checked out they made sure I had everything I needed. The restaurant food was excellent as well. Overall it couldn’t have been any better. The staff is very friendly and they go out of their way to make you feel like a VIP guest. The rooms and entire hotel are all recently renovated and they didn’t miss anything in the process. Very nice place!
Great hotel but if you like ice bring your own. There ice machines are junk one on my floor is broke those on other floors is sensor machines but don’t sense nothing I went to every floor.Everything else is top knotch except if your gone all day air conditioner goes back to 72 deg I prefer 65 deg. Guess some liberal environmental thing. Really super hotel other wise.
Fast friendly check in and out. The hotel was clean and up to date. Our room was just what we needed to get some much needed rest from traveling. We will be returning for future stays.
Front desk was helpful and friendly. Parking situation is weird and not ideal. Breakfast was closed most days I was there. Wouldve been nice to be able to purchase prepackaged breakfast items from the front desk at least. Bar was good.
Room was clean and comfy. My only complaint is the grab and go breakfast options. I wanted to have a sit down, kitchen-cooked breakfast, but I had to go elsewhere for it. The other hotels in the immediate area (the Liv-Inn, and the hotel attached to the convention center across the street, for example) all had breakfast available for people who stayed there. The Liv-Inn even had an omelette chef. The brand-new fancy Marriott Delta only had overpriced microwavable biscuits and muffins and a Starbucks coffee kiosk.
Staff was super helpful & friendly. Room was very clean....& comfortable. Easy access to the Convention Center. I would definitely stay again.
The hotel was clean and customer service was excellent. I gave them four stars because of the lack of food options at the hotel. Room service was not available and the “bar” was only open for dinner and food options were limited. But I would stay there again and would recommend the hotel to others.
The hotel staff was great, had a swift check in process, the rooms were clean, comfortable pillow. Had a good experience especially with the price I paid. Will definitely be back.
Not bad, a little dirty and dated but Id stay here again. The Starbucks is not associated with Starbucks so they have a 3rd of the actual star bucks menu. They dont even take Starbucks gift cards so thats frustrating.
Popped in for my neices wedding and had a wonderful time.Only complaint is the shower water drains slow.soooooooo.Staff was excellent at check-in.

Overall the hotel is nice. Check in was quick. Rooms/beds were nice & comfortable, linens were cleaned. The lounge area served good drinks. My issue is with the cleanliness of the room (807), the floors in particular. I could tell the floors were sweeped but dirt was sweeped up against the walls & not picked up & removed. My dad & I paid for 5 nights. The room was not cleaned the entire stay. I had to leave on the 3rd night but call to have the room cleaned for my dad before I left. I confirmed the time for them to clean the room, 12:00pm, as I knew my dad would be out for the day. He said he came back to the room that evening & the room had not been cleaned. He even called down to the front, they said they would send someone up....never happened. The next day he had to track down housekeeping for clean towels. The hotel was not packed at the time, so I feel keeping track of rooms the should be cleaned, especially when requested should not have been an issue. I know the pandemic has impacted hotels tremendously, as this is the theme for not just this hotel but all. With proper staffing this hotel can be 5 star in my book.

Service is excellent in the lobby and especially in the bar/restaurant. Great drinks with knowledge bar tender. You have to try the cocktail flight. We were the first to do the flights!!!!
The hotel is awesome. The only downfall is that their rooms do not have a microwave that is definitely an inconvenience for the amount of money that you pay to stay here. Otherwise the staff were professional and very friendly the rooms were clean I felt safe and would definitely return.

Excellent stay.The entire team is very helpful.I am in the Hospitality business and i exactly know, how hard it is to get great help, and they nailed it down.We had a big wedding group, and the entire party including the wedding arrangements etc. where handled very professionally and where there when ever needed.I would highly recommend this venue for your daily stay or your special event.
Really like the location. This was my first stay at a Delta Hotel, very much like a Marriott with more modern decor. I would describe this location as an older facility that has been significantly updated and refreshed. Staff were exceptionally friendly. For a weekend in Cincy, its hard to beat this location - close to interstate and centrally located, quick drive to just about anything worth seeing in the area. The only fault is there is quite a bit of road noise. It probably varies but which side of the hotel your room is on. That being said, everything was clean, very, very clean. Restaurant on-site is still running in covid mode so I cant say too much about that, Im ready for Marriott to end those protocols. Im glad I stayed here, I would certainly return to this hotel, and would consider a Delta again in the future.
This hotel is very nice, great staff and really good food at the restaurant. Ive stayed here for long periods of time and enjoy it every time.
The facilities were great. But, there was a customer service issue that was resolved by the hotel manager, Jay. The fact that it occurred was troubling, hence the reason I cannot give 5 stars. However, Jay, is the reason I can give 4 stars.

All I can say is WOW! I love this hotel. I have never written a review for anywhere, but the staff, the bartender, the owners and everyone was so amazingly nice. The rooms are gorgeous and the decor is high level. Very clean and high scale establishment. I will stay here every time I’m in Cincy. Trust me. A great hotel.
Experience was very underwhelming. Hotel was just refurbished and quality of the building is very nice. The operating company on the other hand has taken many steps to diminish the quality expected from a Marriott. The $10 food and beverage credit was good for a cup of coffee and a stale Danish..Is hotel staff under trained. Is management as well have no idea how to express Marriott quality. Although it was a great price on the room, I will not be returning due to my platinum elite experience with Marriott. I have had higher levels of service from red roof and Days Inn.
Positive: The staff really make you feel welcomed and feel appreciated. Upon check in we were asked if we would like a bottle of water.The room was nicely appointed and the bed was comfortable.

Very clean hotel. Nice comfortable beds. Beautiful shower. Staff was very nice. Only problem was the whole stay the room was not cleaned and had to go to the front desk to get more towels, but that was a very small issue. Overall, the stay was great and I would highly recommend this hotel.
Stayed here for 4 nights and it was amazing! We got an upgraded suite on a high floor and loved the view while it was snowing, it was very peaceful, it’s the most modern hotel I’ve ever been to, everything is very high quality from the fixtures down to the linens! The TV was also the nicest, large TV I’ve ever had at a hotel. The new renovations are beautiful and they have the most kind, attentive, and caring staff I’ve ever experienced, they checked on me often without being overbearing and I was even offered help when clearing snow off of my car. It’s very close to many activities such as Dave and Busters, shopping, and restaurants! Most comfortable I’ve ever been away from home, you will not regret your stay.

AND I LITERALLY MEAN TASTE IT. Been in my room for about an hour I can still taste it in the back of my throat. What are you covering up??The TV service is in a bad place and the Hotel does have a crew here working on it.TV takes minuets to change channels. I understand the use of multicast systems as a way to save on set top boxes but its not supposed to be irritating to try to browse TV.
The hotel is beautiful, clean and spacious. The people are friendly and accommodating. Harbor Kapoor is most accommodating and provided us with excellent service terrific drinks and conversation. We WILL return if we are in the area!
Super clean! Staff was super friendly. Love the renovations and I had a harrowing experience at two other Marriott’s the two nights before and switched to this as a final choice and I was happy I did. Harry was exceptional!

Small rooms. Not enough towels. Cannot/should not accommodate travel sports teams. Garbage never picked up from rooms. No place for players to gather in the storms. (Could not be outside) Management following us around complaining about EVERYTHING. No washer/dryer. No kitchenette. No sitting areas in room. No breakfast. Please think twice before booking for sports teams.

Very clean hotel. Room was a modern design and spacious. With Covid restrictions all the food services were not open, but not an issue as plenty of places to eat very close.
Squishy pillows, rooms with a view, wonderful staff, amenities like bedside phone chargers that actually work (looking at you, Holiday)Would travel out of our way to stay again.Up to date design and features, including a Koehler rain shower with wand attachment.Just one note, when filling the sink basin, just push down on the stopper.Perfect.
We had an amazing experience at Delta Hotels for part of our wedding weekend festivities! All the arrangements and accommodations were so great. Nidhi was super to work with closely for our Sangeet event and she did an amazing job working and organizing with all the vendors. I would highly recommend Delta Hotels for any and all celebrations (weddings/parties/gatherings). The staff were all incredibly nice and accommodating, and helped keep everyone safe.
We only booked this hotel because we did not want to leave, & the restaurant/bar is here. However, I see no mention as of now on the website that this is in fact closed... and we arrived to find out it was closed. The hotel in general is nice, but this was the intent of our stay at this particular hotel. Luckily, there is a chili’s nearby with great staff. Other mentions factoring into score: terrible parking in terms of distance from easily accessible door to bring in bags, the on site Starbucks made me actually sick (threw up half the night), and no breakfast is included.

Stayed overnight for a weddingDirty Room # 205 yellow urine stains under the toilet seat and body hair in the showerWedding service-My cousin was served a drink with a lipstick print on the glassStaff wore gloves the entire time while serving, clearing dirty plates and utensils then would pick up water glasses to refill them.FYI- gloves are only a barrier to the person who wears them if not changed appropriately. Please educate your staff on infection precautions, hand washing and PROPER use of PPE.

Harnoor is the best bartender he has made the past 2 nights at the hotel an incredible experience. As a former bartender I’m highly impressed! Very rarely do I get impressed by other bartenders but Harnoor is the man best drinks I’ve had in a while. Even offered complimentary shots!

Everyone at this hotel from banquet staff to front desk to management has a focus on customer service and it is clear every time I come to this hotel. The rooms are newly remodeled and are gorgeous! The presidential suite is a MUST SEE and must stay.The banquet department goes out of their way to make your event a positive experience from start to finish and the meeting spaces are beautifully done. Included upgraded chairs and uplighting included saves $$$ and makes for a stunning event.
HORRIBLE HOSPITALITY AND CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! Asked the first day to come fix our shower which wouldn’t drain and the 6 days we were there NEVER GOT FIXED!!! No maid service which is fine if your not staying for more than two days! Had to ask for garbage bags to empty our own garbage! Wouldn’t give towels out unless you went to front desk and got them yourself! Hotel was super hot!
A little noisy but clean, comfortable beds and friendly staff. The pool was closed and that was disappointing. Im rooms with 2 beds should be at least queen size instead of full.
Extremely clean room. Appears to be a very recent remodeling. I didnt get a chance to use any of the other services or facilities due to my schedule, but the room, front desk, and parking were all great.

The hotel room was nice and the view was nice. For some reason bathroom door got stuck while moving it and had to budge it off. We were put on the tenth floor where there was a bunch of kids roomed. The kids decided it was a good idea to play hockey in the hallway and were very noisy. I asked staff once to tell them to stop while I was headed out for a bit and Im not quite sure if they said anything to them but the kids were still playing when I got back. I called and told staff over the phone the next time and an employee came up and did a great job to tell them to stop even though they appeared to give her attitude. After they stopped playing hockey they still kept heading in and out of rooms while slamming doors and kept me up late at night with their noises. Not entirely the hotels fault, but still not the best experience. Great staff and Im sure the next time we go will be a lot better. Location is good as well, as there is several places nearby to go shopping and do fun activities.
The hotel was very clean & well run. Jay Bedi the Manager was very present in the lobby, very pleasant & helpful. Harnoor & Jatin at the bar/restaurant were awesome & my wife & I sat & talked to them every night. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

I cant stress this enough! If you are anywhere near this hotel it is so worth it to stay at Delta! All and I mean all of the staff were the friendliest people in Cincinnati! I have stayed here for a total of 6 nights on two trips while traveling for work and the highlight of each day is walking in the doors of the Delta Hotel. I was welcomed with a genuine smile and the warmest of welcomes. The rooms were very clean and well taken care of. One of the rooms didnt have hot water and when I reached out to the front desk I was quickly taken care of with no questions. The hotel has only been open for a month and the floor I was on had recently been finished so it wasnt a big issue. The rest of the rooms I stayed in didnt have any issues at all! Dont bother with the others in the area! The Delta Hotel is where you want to stay!

No queen beds, asked for cot to fit another person (5 people in 2 double beds) but said they didnt have any... no room service to get trash, change sheets, give more shampoo, no bath soap...had to go downstairs twice to get washcloths and still didnt end up with any, only big hand towels. Alarm woke everyone up at 5:30 😴, handle broken on shower door. Overall ok experience, clean and updated...just wish was more accommodating.
