This is a really nice repair shop, people are friendly prices seem alittle high, but they do really good work.

We of course have a Tundra and its older, we needed help with our AC (well thats what we thought) it wasnt the AC and they were very nice and still completed all repairs quickly.... Huge, huge thank you for all the help and professionalism!!!!!! Take Care, James

I hit a curb in my Civic SI. I was able to work with Whities on fixing the suspension in the most cost effective manner. I mainly worked with Greg who is honest and trustworthy. My parents have been loyal Whities customers for as long as I can remember and that loyalty passed to me. I have been a customer for the last 16 years. We like them so much that my parents, who moved to NC last year, still bring their cars back up here to Whities for check ups (when they come to visit that is).Awesome service, great value. Honest and willing to explain everything. I have never felt pressured to buy a part or fix something that didnt need to be fixed immediately. They have even printed out a timeline of when they estimate things might need to be repaired.I highly suggest anyone who drives an import, to come here.Hands down, the best.

My college-aged son had his catalytic converter fall off on a 2007 Mazda 6. Whities (thats how they spell it their web site, no apostrophe) was friendly and helpful when I called - Tammy was very nice and knowledgeable - and they got my son in quickly, repaired the issue, and did so at a great price. Didnt try to gouge or upcharge. In fact, Tammy was even helpful telling him to bring the old part in and they could use part of it to help keep the cost down. (Thanks!) Highly recommend.

Honest people. I bought my car in thinking I needed new tires. They could have sold them to me but told me all I needed was to remove the screw from my tire. My experience was very positive.

They did good work but were overpriced and took longer than expected for the repairs made on my Toyota Camry. The gentleman was confrontational when I pushed back on the quality of one of the repairs.

I can’t say enough positive things about Whities! They will get you right in, they are trustworthy, and they call to explain your issue and send pictures before beginning any work. Not to mention, they are so affordable and truly just want to help you.

Im not sure if I get to call this the best in business, because I virtually never went to others. They always provide the best service, as well as the knowledge into any problems you may have. Greg is a very trustworthy fellow. My vehicle has been well taken care of in the past years while I stayed in Cincinnati.

Whities is one of the very few mechanic shops I fully trust. I like cars and I try to do most most of my own maintenance at home. When I do take a car to a shop, I can spot when someone is trying to sell a service or exaggerate the severity of a problem. These guys dont do that. They are ready and willing to explain every problem in detail to their customers and they avoid unnecessary work, which saves customers time and money. Basically, they are just amazingly honest and they do good work. This is a very impressive operation, and I recommend them to everyone I can.

I stopped taking my Acura to the dealership because of the experiences that I had with Whities. These guys know what they are doing, and they wont try to pile on extra work just because you are getting close to needing it. They explain everything you need, why you need it, and if there is a chance to wait or save money. Honest business with honest people.

Super friendly interactions with all of their people, very informative and makes sure you understand whats going on. Offers different options any time they can. Worst thing is run into is that there isnt any real waiting area, but there are two different places right down the street that are great places to sit, with coffee and food.

They never do a repair thats not needed and will hold failed parts and show / explain exactly whats wrong and why a repair was needed. They always make my wife feel comfortable and dont pressure her into unnecessary stuff. Been taking care of my 99 Honda since I bought it, running strong at 200k.

Weve been going to Whities for almost fifteen years. I trust them completely, and theyre the only mechanics we go to. I trust them so much that Id rather buy a used car and have them work on it than a new car and be forced to use a dealers mechanic for the warranty. They always call with accurate estimates, and they tell you how much life you can expect out of things like brakes or tires. The mechanics have done great work, the front desk staff are all friendly and professional, and the owner can speak Car Guys so you can narrow down the problem on the phone alone.

No [grease] monkey business. These guys always treat us fairly and never try to over sell services. Customer for life.

These guys arent good - theyre stellar. Whities installed a new center console in my 350z after some thugs broke into my car and stole my aftermarket stereo. The Whities team suggested a number of alternatives for the repairs to match my quality and cost expectations. The quality was excellent and the team is very friendly. Whities also installed new stainless steel break lines and ceramic pads. I highly recommend Whities Car Care.

Staff are very friendly and do their best to explain (in simple terms) what the hell is going on! I do not understand car talk or the other gobbaly goop that comes with it. Regardless, I came here recently with my best friend whose A/C was locked. Turns out the wrong parts had been put in her car previously by a different garage. Whities explained not only that but how they were going to fix it. The price was a little expensive but only because we had to replace some bolts, pipes, AND the A/C.

Honest and dependable garage, definitely will return in the future. Whities was recommended to me by a friend and I am glad I went to them.

The Best. They never insist on anything thats not needed on top of the fact that they really try to establish what has been done to your vehicle so they dont duplicate maintenance. Theyre not cheap but this is the rare case in automotive repair where you get exactly what you pay for.
