I thought the diagnostic and labor charge was very unreasonable 170.00 to figure out whats draining a battery is ridiculous. the part for the problem was a battery bolt which cost 3 dollars long story short beware of the high diagnostic and labor charge with this company we paid185.54 for a battery bolt what a rip off
