There are car repair places closer to home, but none better than Eurauto. Pricing is reasonable and the quality of work is top notch. They are personable and informative, As long as I have a car, they will be my mechanics!

We just moved to the Cincinnati area and during our move, our car started smoking pretty badly. Our Mini Cooper came into the shop as soon as we arrived to town and we were all worried that it was the head gasket and it ended up being a simpler fix than that. We got it back much quicker than anticipated! Robert called us to get everything authorized ahead of having the work done, which was amazing and appreciated. We love the atmosphere of the shop and friendliness of the mechanics. We will be telling everyone we know about this shop. They went above and beyond for us. Thank you Jake and Robert!

Enjoyed the service recd on my 20 year old BMW M Roadster...at first review of the bill felt there was an overcharge.After closer review I had made a mistake and the charge was legitimate (my bad), my apologies to Tim.Both Dave and Tim seem very knowledgeable, professional and easy to work with. Work was performed as ordered with a courtesy call for authorization concerning other issues found. A complete list of items that should be scheduled in the future was a printed list with prices noted (great for budgeting future repair needs)The shop is clean and well organized with a great location, within walking distance to my home in Mariemont.Labor cost are both fair and reasonable.Would highly recommend

We have taken all of our cars here for years including BMW, MB, Porsche. Tim and Dave know our names when we walk in. We trust them to give us the straight story with no hype. Unlike Porsche of the Village where I’ve been told twice that I should authorize them to replace possible bent windshield wiper arms when what they really found was just a possible need for new blades.

These guys have done multiple jobs on my car, fantastic work every time. Very nice people as well, Dillion is particularly nice and professional, highly highly recommend Eurauto.

Usually as trusted care for vintage German cars, but also for any and all out-of-warranty work of every other car we’ve owned (my mother-in-law is also a client...). Have never had an experience in which they haven’t exceeded my expectations. Succinctly, they only recommend what you need and if they recommend, do it. Their work will always be high-value. Fixed a problem for me that 2 other auto shops could not help with, and were very accommodating with a part purchase mistake made on my part. Extremely helpful and precessional service.

Although friendly I wont be returning! WOMEN be AWARE of PREDETORYmechanics!!! For starters no real mechanic performs a tune up and only changes one spark plug and coil! My vehicle was in need of a tune up and only one coil/spark plug was serviced! I gave a little history on my vehicle to bring them up to speed! They were told that 2 coils had been replaced over the summer! At no time was I advised that all 6 coils and plugs should be replaced at the same time! At no time were they told that all coils had ever been replaced!!! Im not the expert and I feel that it shouldve been suggested instead of me paying close to three hundred dollars for the one! The same issue returned less than a week later and now Im out of money and have to pay for the same repair again on all six! Had I been advised correctly by the specialists I couldve avoided this! My money was still taken! Whether I was a referral or had any other work done has nothing to do with being taken advantage of by euroauto! You serviced the vehicle last! Someone tried to give you guys a good recommendation and you all as professionals should have followed proper protocol and been thorough!! Be clear and direct with all of your customers! Be assertive in speaking up and performing yourexpertise! Dont be quick to just take money!!! I definitely should have been made aware so that I couldve weighed my options and made a proper decision! Im not happy at all with the service that I received! Furthermore there was no offer to even check the vehicle for me after the issue returned and my money was taken! Wow some customer service! Im expected to pay for another diagnostic are you serious!?! All I received was a text saying oh Im sorry theres no way to tell when theyll go out!

Great service! Ive been going there a looooong time and have never had a problem. The work is done correctly and on time. They tell me what I can wait on and what needs to be done now. I drive an older car and I never worry about it being unsafe or quitting on me.

They are fast and reliable. They are busy, but thats because of good work. I have used their service twice, and they are fair and reasonable. I will be back. Great customer service!

I have been going to Eurauto for many years and have never been disappointed . Tim explains everything about the problem so I can understand it. He is always honest and tells me what I need to do to fix it. I have always been able to get my car in promptly and know exactly when it will be done.Tim and his employees are always polite and helpful and have given me rides back and forth from my condo or been loaned a car to drive until mine is fixed . They are also fairly priced. I would highly recommend them.

Communication and service has always in the past been very good. But for some unknown reason, it seems to be very mediocre recently. I suspect that they are going through some sort of ownership change. You would think that if this is the case, the new owners would be extra attentive to the customers.

The only mechanic in Cincinnati that I use. Their pricing is fair. They are great at communication at what they come across during diagnostics and repair process make sure you understand what is being done and approve of it. They will never upsell or do we without consent to pad their invoices. I cannot recommended Tim, Dave and the rest of their staff enough.

We went to Eurauto after it was recomnended to us. They are a complete sevice company. They even found replacement mirrors with matching housings for our 10 year old auto after it had been vandalized.They are honest. We were going to fix up an older car and had a $1,000.00 budget for the work. Dave put the car on the rack, examined it and said, I cant guaranyee your budget. It is very rusty. If I replace one item ( brake lines), it will probably break something else.I believe if we had gone anywhere else, they would have replaced the brake lines knowing we would have to come back for more work later. Nickle & dime us to death.We have never had a problem with any of the work they have done.

Eurauto is very good at both customer and car service! They’ve taken care of my cars for years and I’ve never considered looking elsewhere. They should be your service shop!

Great service! Car was fixed a day early and less than the estimate...literally half the cost of the same repair at the dealer. Tim is friendly and professional, his mechanics really know what they are doing.

Had great experiences in the past. Last week the person on the phone was quite confused about putting new TPMS sensors in my Porsche and wanted to call back. No one called.

I am very impressed with this shop. Were from South Carolina, and had some car troubles on the drive up(I,e. car started grinding and pulling left real bad halfway there), so once we got here we parked it and started calling around. A mechanic who was busy recommended another mechanic, who was also busy, who recommended a few mechanics, Eurato Inc being one of them.We called, explained our plight, and they worked us in. The very next day, they called and had it diagnosed; right cv axel was shot, cv joint was pretty much gone, and there was a bad bearing in one of the belts was bad...not to mention, that same belt was almost shredded off because NTB had bent something into it when they put my oil filter back on. Good grief.They fixed it that day, and sent me on my way. Not until later did I realize that they went ahead and replaced my broken driver door handle with a strip of seatbelt that worked perfect for a handle, and put the door check back in place, both free of charge.All in all, I walked away grinning ear to ear, I was so impressed.Im not from the area, but if you need a good local mechanic, Eurato is the place to go!
