Clay may have been the Man back in the day but He aint now. Aint worth it.My X3 was there over a month and I paid up front. Car still isnt right! ....An expensive lesson on choosing good mechanics and knowing when to cut your loses and RUN! Take a vacay old man!
Great people great place to take your car for repairs.
I feel like he over charged me. He didn’t fix the problem that I was having and he had my car for almost 7days... not recommended. He claim he fixed some issues and their should be no leaks. It was still a oil leak. A big oil leak, which should have been noticed if he had to put oil in the vehicle.. a hose caught on fire and caught the car on fire... in which he also claims he fixed a hose. The worse experience!
Not only great with German cars, exceptional with American. Very reasonably priced and went over and above to have my car back to me super fast. Guys were very knowledgeable and kept me informed every step of the way. Its comforting being a woman that I didnt feel like I was being taken for my money. Thanks guys! Keep up the great work!
Clay is an amazing mechanic! He does exceptional work on BMWs and always does it to dealer standards! He worked for the BMW Store I believe 16 years...he really does amazing work. You have to be patient with him, and understand he doesnt hold back on how he feels. Lol. Although Clay can be a bit abrasive and might through a wrench or shout out if he is frustrated...he is a funny guy and one of the best damn BMW mechanics I know of! Take your car to him if you want it done right and at the right price. Dont take it to him if you are looking for a guy in a white coat that is going to kiss your ass. He is a one of a kind genuine guy once you get to know him.

Rude to me right at my arrival. Changed front break pads but didnt bleed the breaks and my car felt worse than it was before I took it in.I called and he refused to answer.I wont recommend this guy and his shop to anyone else. You will get ripped off for poor services.
If your looking around for a place that does good work at a great price, this is a place worth trying. The owner, Clay Becker, isnt the most social guy but he knows his stuff. He is very short and to the point, dont let this put you off. Think little German guy working in his shop, mastering his craft! The quality of the work, I have yet to have a problem and I have asked for him to service my 2002 BMW 525i a few times. The price has always been amazing with workmanship that I havent had an issue with.So thankful for a friend of mine Tony at Cincy Imports to have refereed me there. (Cincy Imports, a car dealer in Loveland, takes all their BMWs there for work.)
