I used to be insured by a very popular insurance company that professed to be all that...and they were also known to be cost effective. This company had our business for years, when our relationship ended I had to get my own insurance or keep this company but have my own policy without my ex. I was already scared due to the end of a marriage..needless to say, Id seen Farmers Insurance commercials and they had my attention. I called them and their prices were TRULY within my budget needs! When my marriage ended I felt as though our insurance company had kicked me to the curb simply because he paid the bill. Farmers Insurance treated me with the dignity that our own insurance no longer felt was necessary. Farmers has been good to me and I wouldnt go back to the old insurance, if it were free! They treated me fairly and I can get through to them as far as communications are concerned if I need them. When Sally (my car) was involved in a parking lot accident, it was handled in a timely manner and they referred me to a body shop that didnt try to break me financially. Always friendly. Always willing to help. Always honest. Michael found us insurance when no one else was able to. We were in a unique situation where the foreclosed property we purchased was high risk and no one else would insure us while my husband and I rehabbed the house back to a livable state. Thanks to Farmers we are living in the home we love.My parents lost their home to a fire in 2007 and luckily for them they had Farmers insurance. Their experience with Farmers left a lasting impression on them. As my mom has said, Farmers was good to us.
